I set up an online appointment with Plume Dental on Saturday, and by Monday morning the Dentist was drilling away on my tooth. Not only did Plume Dental get me a permanent crown by Tuesday afternoon, but the Dentist was cool and the staff were amazing. I don't know if they make awards for front desk dental personnel, but if they do, Josephine should win it in 2021. The service an products they use has gone down tremendously. I recently had bridge work done few months ago. My temporary fell off twice. This tells me the products they are using are not top grade. I also had to come back three times for my permenant bridge due to it not fitting properly. I was told each time it was the lab fault. I just found out the bridge they put in on the opposite side two years ago had a leakage which caused me to need a root canal an replacement. I go every year, they do exam an xrays. I don't understand how this was overlooked. The office manager refused to honor there services . I'm filing a claim with my insurance. Also my son moved had to go to another dentist in the Bay Area the crown that Naglee did had to replaced . His crown was less than year old.

I was nervous and my blood pressure showed that to be true. But they did a truly fantastic job, and I left feeling excited about finding a truly different dental experience! I returned 2 weeks later (yesterday) to get a temporary crown put on a tooth I had cracked. My first crown, but I was confident they would do a good job, and my confidence was not misplaced. In particular, I would like to call out dental assistant, Rachel. She knew I was concerned, and went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable, encouraged, and her dental skills were top notch. He brought up removing my wisdom teeth (which I've had for 40 years without any issues, and every other dentist has told me not to worry about them) and pushed for a deep cleaning. I agreed to the cleaning. The first hygienist who did the right side was amazing. The next day I came back for the left side with a different hygienist, and it was horrible. I was choking on water the entire time, and instead of using the suction tool, she just kept apologizing and letting me struggle. After the cleaning, I asked again about my retainer -- the main reason I was there in the first place -- and was told I'd have to wait two more weeks for an appointment, all while my teeth are shifting. This was a horrible experience. Dr. Tath is not focused on helping patients; he seems more interested in money than care. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for an honest and patient-focused dentist.
