They played stitch on the tv while my son received 2 fillings on his cavities and they explained everything to me and him prior . They were patient and kind . I visited Millennium Dental for a cleaning and had a wonderful experience. Dulce was very inviting at the front and was very helpful checking me in. Melissa the dental assistant was also extremely friendly and made great conversation. Dr. Nusser explained my updated x rays with me in a clear and concise way and was very thorough with my cleaning and future treatment plans. I wish I could give 0 stars. I have had almost every tooth in my mouth worked on here, and every major service they have provided me has had to be redone. Crowns fall off just after about 1 year, the root canal that was done was not completed thoroughly causing me to have to have it done again. Another serious concern is the dentist attempted to get me to use all of my benefits in the first month of the year! What if another one of the crowns installed by this place come out again, and I have no benefits? I strongly advise against this establishment due to their shady business practices and poor quality of work. read more

I was diagnosed with a dental abscess and called the Tracy office to make an apointment (I used to be a patient at the Stockton office). The girls in the front desk were very friendly and were able to accomodate me for the next day after work. Dr Ramon and his assistant stayed an extra hour (after the office was closed) to help me out. He ended up doing a root canal on that tooth. Pain was minimal. He prescribed an antibiotic to fight the infection and I was given a follow up for the next week. Thanks Dr Ramon and continue doing a great job for your patients!!! I also want to say that I'm excited to hear that Dr Lita will be seeing kids at the Tracy office... she is amazing!!! My daughter is never scared to go to the dentist and always has had a good experience (she loves so get the goodies!). I already scheduled an apointment for her for this week. I get no surprise bills or charges. They informed me of my proper dental care needs, and had someone go over my financial options. Ramon is always so kind and attentive. I came in to have 4 teeth removed by them for my braces and my fillings redone. I felt no pain. Everything went great, they all treated me with the utmost care and were so kind. A piece of my tooth fell out and I went to Dr. Ramon he said I needed a root canal. I told him no I don't want that it doesn't hurt just give me a filling. After the anesthesia wore off I was in the most excruciating pain of my life, I should have listened to him I needed a root canal. I called millennium dental first thing in the morning and they got me in immediately. I've had bad experiences with other doctors and I'm terrified of rubber dams I feel like I'm being suffocated. The assistant Mari was so sweet she talked to me and helped calm me down. Dr. Ramon is so gentle I didn't feel him give me the shot and he explained the procedure to me as he was going. I really liked that he called me later that night to make sure I was doing better. The staff here are so nice and make you feel more comfortable about coming to the dentist. read more

I personally love this dentist and its staff. I've been seeing them since I was a little kid and now my daughter sees them. I live in Sacramento and drive to their Tracy office since their scheduling to see Dr. Ramon and Dr Lita work with mine. They are very professional and make sure you're 100% comfortable. From what I observe at each visit, they have awesome rapport with their patients and treat them like family. The doctors here are also very honest and don't beat around the bush which I appreciate. Just like a lot of people out there, I try to avoid the dentist until I'm forced to go so I need a place that will help put me at ease. This place is it. I've never been to another dentist office as I don't trust anyone but Dr Ramon and Dr Lita. read more

This is my second time here. The receptionists are very professional an courteous. Today a met a new assistant she was very pleasant. She asked how my morning was. i told her because of working 45hrs a week and my days off go to a 90hr internship and school, im tired. Not to mention the male dog barks all day because my female dog is in heat. Lol she found a way to make me feel valued and make me smile. The dentist is pretty gentle. My first visit i replaced old fillings w the tooth colored ones. I needed 4 done he insisted i do one side first to avoid possible sensitivity throughout my mouth. I liked he was more concerned about me vs a pay check. Other dental offices in tracy focus on doing as much work that same day. So i loved that! Today was my second visit. He was very gentle although i did feel a lil and he added more numbing stuff. The female doctor not the assistant she did my polishing. They all did a great job.. I will continue to come here as long as i live in tracy. The only thing i was a lil bit annoyed about was that my appointment was at 845am and on the dot the receptionist called to ask if i was on my way. I thought she could've granted me a 5min courtesy before calling. I arrived 5min late, but then again it was my fault for being late. Lol read more

hummmmmm.... my children have been going to Millennium Dental before it became Millennium dental, and for the most part the transition went well and WE loved the previous owner and staff. I would say in the past year or so things have changed. The Orthodontist they previously used is no longer there and all of the front and back staff have been replaced. Where to start...first of all, contacting anyone in the front office is very difficult. I would say 50% of the time someone answers (and that's being generous). Wait time for service has increased (up to 1 hour), and the quality of my daughters braces have seem to be mediocre. I frequently have to come in to have a wire adjusted, when it was just adjusted or the wire completely pops out & thus my daughter has learned to place it back in herself... YAIKES!!! &&&& nice try trying to collect payment when a written contract was established as to when payment is due... NEED I SAY MORE??? that's both a wasted of my time & theirs when they already have difficulty answering their calls. I am very disappointed at the customer service they NOW provide. After my daughter is completed with her treatment plan. I will find a place that I am more compatible with. read more

Millennium Dental is a great place to go for all your dental needs. The staff is awesome and very professional when it comes to taking care of patients. I had a root canal done and it was painless and completed within the scheduled time. I have had other dental work performed at this office in Tracy and everything was to my satisfaction.
