I'm loving Saranac Commons on Main Street! There's Hatch Coffee, Booth Bakery, and a pizza place that blew me away. I especially loved the cost-friendly, flatbread-style pizza it was super flavorful and really hit the spot. I really liked Saranac Commons! I was here a while back and it is where Black Label Brewing is located and that was a good experience. Bit there is more here than the brewery and the location has a few restaurants here and a biscuit place. There is also shops (like a plant shop) as well so it's a nice area to go to to enjoy locally owned businesses all in one spot! read more

Very cool place! Nice, friendly, and relaxing space with various food choices. The coffee at Hatch beaker & burr is superb and worth it! Boots Bakery & Lounge has a delicious variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes that makes you yearn for more. This is one of my favorite places for a work from home day when I need a break from actually working at home. I love starting with a coffee from Hatch, getting a pastry from Boots, having pizza for lunch at Peace Pie, and grabbing a beer from Black Label once 4:30 rolls around. It does get busy and loud at times, but I actually prefer that. There are seats with outlets if you're hanging out for the whole day. I'll be back many times! read more

Astically pleasing to my eyes are the color combinations of letters on the painted building out front, hanging glass bottles inside, chalk board lettering, aromas and diverse choices of sips, savors, art and collections. The open area invites friends to gather and people to meet. I could thoroughly enjoy lots of time here. I encourage you to do likewise. read more

LOVE the addition of the Saranac Commons to this eclectic street in Spokane (it's nice to bring West-siders who are visiting here and show them that yes, we too can be hip!). It's a welcoming space for all, and the different shops (and connecting door to the comic book store next door) mean it's ok to stay for awhile and try a lot of different experiences.I love going in the early afternoon for a late brunch biscuit at Biscuit Wizard and an early afternoon beer from Black Label (it's a wonderful combo) with a cookie from Common Crumb to finish it all off. read more

Beautiful place, but the food was pretty bad. I got the Italian sandwich and the bread was so burnt it was crumbling apart. My fiancé got soup with her salad and the soup was served cold. Would not recommend at all. Too expensive for this bad food experience read more

Absolutely delicious with friendly service! It's a good all-in-one place. They have different shops for coffee, lunch, dinner, beer, as well as a shop with plants, paintings, and more. It's definitely worth checking out! Their ceiling is a bunch of empty hung bottles. I'd definitely recommend lunch here! read more

The fact that this is a similar Vive to the public markets in Seattle just shows how cool Spokane is becoming. The different little spaces that are in the Commons could keep you entertained for hours on end. The coffee shop is so good, and there are knick knacks of cool things all over. The addition of the Biscuit Wizard is the icing on the cake. The coolest lunch date spot in town. read more

It is an ok place, the businesses come and go . So its hard to know what will be there next week. The bakery is ok, not bad, not great and definitely not worth the price. The cafe is also overpriced and the coffee servers/makers seem to come and go. I often go over to order coffee and no one is there. The bar? It is annoying because I do not like to have to ask what beer they have and how much is it......Also their giants kegs seem to have quite a stench at times..If the place disappeared next week, that would be unfortunate. This is an open concept retail area, with several vendors located inside. It's right on a revamped section of Main Street, with park benches, bio swales, and patio seating. The commons offers cute little shops, baked goods and coffee. Plus there is a FANTASTIC brewery in the back. You can't miss it--but look for the bottle chandelier.
