Some of these issues were fairly serious, but they were willing and able to handle them. Relative to these issues, the price was very reasonable. They wore masks, which is a big plus for me. Hired them to drain an old washing machine and remove a washer and dryer. They were very quick and…read moreresponsive, came out the next morning and showed up on time with two guys to do the job. Service guys were polite and price was charged as it had been quoted. Cons: Once they were up doing the work, they didn't have the right tools for the job so they ended up just cutting the hoses for the washing machine connection, which meant we had to go buy some tools and do the rest of the work to remove the hoses properly after they left. They also didn't drain the washing machine completely, and dripped dirty water all over the laundry room floor, on the carpet, and all the way down two flights of stairs. As a small thing, it would have been nice if they had worn covers on their shoes as it was raining and they tracked water in as well, but I understand if they can't wear them for safety reasons (slip hazard). Overall they got the job done when we couldn't find anyone else to do it, but I wouldn't hire the again.

We have used this service for over a year now, and throughout…read morethat year, they have continually canceled on us day of or day before, left our home without it being thoroughly cleaned, thrown out towels, and were just overall unapologetic for any of this behavior. The only reason we continued to use them is because they would fix their issues after we complained, and then kept their prices lower than their competitors. However, the most recent cleaning involved them canceling literally the morning of, without responding to our questions on rescheduling. When I finally heard a response, they asked us for a higher price. We have continued to use them for over a year and this is how they treat their most loyal customers? Adding screenshots of the texts with them so you can see. NEVER USE THEM!!!! Edit (1/15/2023): if you read her response below, she never addresses their tendency to cancel the morning of, without responding to when they can reschedule. That's because there is no excuse for that kind of unprofessionalism. Not cleaning the place well because they have to use vinegar is one thing, but setting improper expectations and frequently canceling is another.
