I messaged their manager with a list of 10 things they had not cleaned that we had agreed would be cleaned (e.g. fridge, baseboards, fans). He said he would personally come over to clean and then never did. On top of that they broke two things in my bed which I had to replace at my personal expense - peloton electrical cord and central leg under a bed. Pretty astounding how bad they were and how unprofessional it was for the owner not to make good on his word to come back and finish the job his team was paid to do.

The next day, a team of two were at my door 30 mins earlier than expected. Overall, they did a good job and my home is much cleaner than before. However, I'm glad I did a walk through before they left as I noticed a couple countertops in the kitchen had been missed. After they left, I noticed one of the bathrooms had not been thoroughly swept, and the baseboards were not dusted. As I had requested a "deep cleaning" I was a bit disappointed. Red Maids Cleaning sent me a follow up text to inquire how the service was. I let them know my concerns and they very graciously offered me complimentary services for my next appointment, and a good discount for the current service. They also offered to have the cleaners come back to clean any missed areas, but I was not available. Very great management. It is clear they care about their customers and reputation. I would recommend them if you need some maintenance cleaning done around your home.

I will preface by stating that the coordinate I interacted with (Yulissa) was kind, courteous, and had excellent customer service. The cleaners however were another story. They arrived 1 hr earlier than the agreed upon time, took their time cleaning (I found them sitting around chatting), and when I confronted them about the speed of their work, they said they were here early and blamed my house for being too big. Afterwards I was informed by Yulissa that the cleaners claimed I agreed to a 4 hr cleaning when I said no such thing. Their cleaning however was decent, and after confronted, very speedy and efficient. Price is also some of the best that I could find. Give this place a try, but be prepared to supervise the cleaners closely.

I started with New World Cleaning Services - the last straw was when I (1) walked into the power bathroom of my renovated home and saw toilet water from the toilet brush all over new wallpaper (what kind of person cares so very little about the quality of their work that they shake out a toilet brush all over a wallpapered wall?) and (2) despite having explained many, many times that bleach, ammonia and other harsh chemicals cannot be used on a marble tile floor because it is a natural stone, they had used something other than the gentle soap I gave them and stripped the finish off all of the tiles on our new marble floor (this was discovered late at night, getting ready for bed). I then started using New World Services but that was just as bad. Newly refinished hardwood floors have been scratched and the crew cracked and broke part of a very expensive imported chandelier and did not tell me - I was left to figure this out weeks later. If you are OK with a cleaning crew seriously damaging various parts of your home, and not telling you that they did it - leaving you to find it out - then by all means, hire them as either of these companies are for you.
