They send dates of service for 1 year in advance and coordinate at the beginning of the week for the exact time of arrival. These reminders are perfect to help us deconflict with our busy family schedule (and to remind us to straighten up before their arrival!). When it comes to the cleaning, their work is thorough and spotless. The first thing I see when I get home is the gleaming kitchen sink!! They do a wonderful job in the bathrooms, bedrooms, and with our floors. Any tricky area we ask about ahead of time (like a shower) is given extra attention at the next appointment. Unfortunately, the cleaning was incomplete, and we were also disappointed by the communication and professionalism during the service. After we posted our original review, the company publicly acknowledged our concerns, apologized, and promised us a full $280 refund. They also offered a complimentary re-clean, which we declined because we had already cleaned the apartment ourselves. We accepted the promised refund in good faith. The company had already cashed our $280 check for the cleaning service. We could have placed a stop payment on the check, but we trusted the company's written commitment that they would issue a full refund. Unfortunately, the refund was never issued. We have followed up multiple times by phone and email, but the company has ignored our calls and stopped responding to our emails. What is especially disappointing is that the company publicly acknowledged the problem and made a clear promise to refund our money, but then stopped communicating with us after receiving and cashing our payment. We are still waiting for the $280 refund that was promised to us. We simply expect the company to honor its written commitment and return the money they agreed to refund.
