My daughter went there yesterday to get tips w/dip. The quality was awful, she cut the skin on one of her fingers, the nail technician was very rushed - daughter was very disappointed. I cannot believe they charged $75 for this. Will never go back. read more

Terrible mani and pedi- I requested dip on nails and gel on my toes. she asked me 3 times if I picked a color and I told her no I was waiting on the color board that has matching colors. bi requested short, rounded, natural nails. she cut them squared off...I reminded her and she said I file and she didn't exactly that, filed them "squared". The dip is streaking from her using a wet brush to knock dust off and the dip is very uneven and not covering the entire nail. The pedicure constisted other rubbing my calf muscle over and over and over, no feet massaging. the polish - gel was not tho l enough and you can see thru. read more

Horrible I hated my nails. The lady cut them without even asking how long I wanted them. She cut me three time and started bleeding bad and she didn't say anything. Didn't ask what shape until they were to short. Couldn't do what I wanted designed. Payed $60 for short nails that are the size of my normal nails for acrylic and French tip. The lines are messy and not straight. Sat there for an hour until I got helped and I had an appointment. Very rude and rushed through the whole thing. It looks like I have toes on my fingers. read more

This is the most negative experience that I've ever had at sapphire nails. Keep in mind, I have been coming to this salon since 2020 and I'm not usually one to speak up much if something minor doesn't look right. Most of the time I just fix it myself. Today, I was getting my nails done for a trip I'm leaving for in two days. I came in as a walk-in asking for a specific design on my nails along with dip and tips (I was prepared with backup ideas as well!). I requested one of the colors for my toes and she had me find the closest match. The pedicure was fine, but things went wrong when the nail tech started on my hands. Once my pedicure was over, I showed her the picture again asking if she could do my nails exactly like it. She responded saying that she couldn't do designs and I was left pretty upset by this, as she just continued doing my nails with the same color as my toes. This is not what I wanted and I had other ideas for both my hands and toes if my original idea wasn't possible. I would've much rather done something completely different. On top of this, the nail tech was very rough when filing the tips down and she did not give me the shape I requested. I wanted oval and received almond shape, at least that's how it appears to me. I also noticed that my thumbs were pretty uneven and kept looking at them the whole time. I did speak up eventually and she began filing one of them down so much that it was shorter than the other. When she noticed me continuing to look at them, she told me "they're even". If you look at the pictures, they CLEARLY are not. Additionally, the edges of the other nails aren't smooth at all and the finish is so bumpy. After all of this, I do wish that I spoke up about my experience at the salon and I realize that I probably may have received better quality if an appointment was booked. However, I did not want to take up more of the tech's and my time by making her redo everything, so I tipped nicely and left. But, regardless, I spent $114 for everything including a tip when the quality of my nails is genuinely upsetting. I will definitely book an appointment and ask for someone more experienced next time read more

Extremely helpful fixing a bad nail as a walk-in client. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Ruby is AMAZING! She's quite literally the only nail tech that I'll ever let touch my nails. Big fan!!!

Eh, in a pinch maybe ok. Had a good score but I'm a little skeptical. Nail polish bottles have spilled polish all around. Shields between customer and tech are dirty. Only came here because our regular amazing place was closed. Would I come back...only if desperate for nails to be done. It wasn't especially good or relaxing. Just decent. Tech was nice. read more

Disappointed is an understatement. I asked for the left picture and got the picture on the right. Not only did they come out like this, they also charged me $100. What a joke. Don't go here. read more

Called and made an appointment, When I got there they soaked my dip off for almost an hour my hands hurt so bad from the acetone and we're peeling, When someone finally came over to do my nails she was shaping my nails she was very rough and cut my cuticles and made me bleed. She seemed very rushed there wasn't a lot of people there to be so rushed. My sister also got her nails done the color she picked out wasn't even the color she wanted her nails were crooked also. We will not be returning read more

Sabrina is amazing! We always leave happy with well done nails. They keep it very clean and take their time with each guest.

Sabrina is the best nail tech that I have been to in the area. My gel always last 2-3 weeks. She is detail oriented and a talented artist when it comes to nail art. I will always ask for her when I come. read more

Absolutely love this nail salon. Sabrina and her staff are welcoming, professional and value priced. This is the best Salon in the area!

DO NOT GO HERE. I called right when they opened at 12:00 to make an appointment and they told me the wait would be 20 minutes. Okay, great not a problem, I went and ran a few errands and came in at 12:19. I waited 30 minutes until I finally asked how much longer and they told me another 10 minutes. At that time I had already waited a little over 40 minutes, for a basic manicure, and had to be somewhere at 1:00. I left, and immediately felt I needed to let others know not to waste their time. I understand walk-ins might have to wait, but I scheduled an appointment, if they didn't have room that's fine, I could have gone somewhere else. Very, very upset with the service here, I will never go back. read more

We have gone here for years and recently they have been just rude when we enter. I don't know if they are too busy or just tired. But a place we were comfortable just walking in, is no longer a fan fave. Also the girls have had their cuticles bleed and hang nails created. Not sure what's happening but there are way too many other options. read more

I walked in last week for a soak off and a dip. I waited for about 10 min, which was fine since I was a walk in. As I was getting my nails done they had several walk-ins. This seemed to fluster my nail tech and she started to rush a bit. I pointed out a few things but she was uninterested in what I had to say. I ended up with thick, ugly, mis-shaped nails. She sent me to wash my hands and I looked at my nails. When I walked back to the front she had started my another customer and wouldn't speak with me. I will not be returning to this salon. read more

I just left the salon after getting a pedicure. The nail technician hurried through my pedicure and was very rude. I asked for a Classic pedicure (25 minutes according to their pamphlet) and received a 15 minute one. I had to ask the lady to trim my nails and even the lengths of them. Never thanked me or asked me if I needed anything. I will not return. Sharon B. Franklin,TN read more

So I have loved going to Sapphire but this visit PISSED me off. I came in and I was taken almost immediately. I picked the color and showed it to my manicurist and she brings me a red drip and I explain that was not the color I wanted. So she brought me more colors and I picked a very similar color to my original one she brought back a hot pink!! I asked her three times if the color was going to look/ be what the color I pick was and every time she reassured me that they were. Now with this all in mind look at my pictures provided. read more

This place is great! I've had my nails done by Sabrina a few times and she was wonderful. I like my nails very short and she is the only person I've found that got it right the first time! A friend and I recently got pedicures here. They did a wonderful job! read more

They always do a great job! Sabrina and her team know their clients and my nails always look great.

I came in for a pedicure on my lunch break. So I wasn't looking for a luxurious pedicure, just something basically to change my polish color and get the pedicure. Service was quick. I did let my tech know I just had time for a basic pedicure because I was on a time constraint. Though it was quick, she did a terrific job. When it came time to polish, she painted my toes and even told me if I would happen to mess them up, just to come back and she'll fix it. I thankfully did not mess them up and left a happy camper. I will return when I have more time to experience the deluxe pedicure. read more

They did a good job. Short massage, but a good paint job. A little bit of an attitude too but overall I'd give 4 stars.. And I'd probably come back. read more

I just had the BEST gel manicure I've ever had! I was a walk in bc I had some errands to run in that area. I'll def be back!!

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Selly. I went in without an appointment and she took me no problem. I got a simple mani and pedi which look amazing. I'm visiting from LA and she was very helpful in recommending places to eat and see. read more

I've been getting my nails and toes done here for over 2 years. Sabrina does the best acrylics and Ruby or Anna usually do my pedi's. It's a great local place that provides a great service ... highly recommend it! read more

Basic mani pedi, drinks provided, relaxing atmosphere, $40.00 not including tip. Also fast! Minus 1 star for the after treatment, they need a couch(s) in front with drying machines strategically placed so a girl can collect herself before going back out in the cruel harsh world. ; ) read more

I got my nails done there for the first time and was very satisfied. This is a nice place with a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff there is constantly making sure your comfortable. I have returned to Franklin and will be getting my nails done there again, soon! read more

This is by far the worst nail salon I've ever been too. Me and my friend went to get a fill and gel manicure. Let's start off with the gel. She started trimming my nails EXTREMELY SHORT hurting me and wound up making me bleed. After she used the tool with the blood, she did not sanitize or apologize. A massage is supposed to be included with the manicure and it was about 30 seconds. The paint job was a bit sloppy, but I was just ready to leave. When I get gel they usually last 2-3 weeks. Let's just say this manicure didn't last a full week. As for my friend who got a full, her nails were crooked and her skin was bleeding from using the tools on her skin. They also painted all over her skin looking like a sloppy mess. She went back the next day and they were very rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place on my worst enemy. read more

I had an acrylic done on my nails with polish and it started chipping in less then a week. When I went back and asked for a different color they tried charging me. They ended up painting them a different color but after my nails dried and I was already on my way home I realized there were tiny bumps all over my freshly painted nails! Not going back. read more

terrible treatment from the moment I walked in the door, they never spoke or made eye contact with me, they finally told me it would be an hour and a half before they could even get to me for a fill in!!!! the salon is clearly prejudice as I am a black woman and they were nice to all the other customers who walked in that were white. So I guess if you are rich and white then you would love this salon, but if you are a minority they will treat you like an inconvenience. I sat there for like 20 minutes and then I finally left, there is no need to spend my money where I am not appreciated!!! read more

Best nail salon I've been too! It took me a while to find the perfect nail salon but I'm so glad I tried sapphire out, I've been going here for about a year. I love my acrylic nails and everytime they do them awesome! Sabrina & Sandy do my nails perfectly. All my friends and I are regulars! read more

This used to be my favorite salon, because they get you in and out quickly. But the last 4 times I've visited, the quality of my gel nail finish has gone down hill. They are streaky and don't last more than two weeks. Not sure what they have changed but I will have to find another salon. For comparison, I go to a salon in chicago when I visit my daughter. The nails last for a month and they give you a neck massage at the end. Wonderful! And $15.00 cheaper. read more

We loved this place the first few times we went. So much so, that my mom gave my $100 gift cards to this salon for my birthday, Christmas, etc. Made appointments for this morning at 10am for a fill-in with shellac polish change; and a shellac polish change. They started taking my shellac off first while my mom sat and waited for someone to begin working on her nails. 10:16, 16 minutes after our appointment time and my mom was still sitting, still waiting. I asked if there was someone else who could work on her nails, and they said it would be a few more minutes. The only reason we made appointments in the first place was because we have a meeting at noon and wanted to have plenty of time for a relaxing experience. I told the girl doing my nails that we needed to be out by 11:15, 11:30 at the very latest and she assured me that my mom's process could be done in 30 minutes. If you've ever had acrylic nails with shellac on them, you know that there is no way on God's green earth that the entire process of removing the shellac, filling in the acrylic nails, giving a proper manicure and re-painting the nails with shellac could be done (and done correctly) in 30 minutes. I had them finish taking my polish off, paid for it, and we left. Long story short: They lost 2 customers today. Save yourself frustration and go elsewhere. read more

The only reason I went to this Nail Salon was because a friend gave me a gift certificate and it is close to my work. I went in, picked out my polish, sat down and gave them my $28 gift certificate which has NO expiration date fully expecting to pay the difference plus tip. The tech takes one look takes the certificate to the front then returns and refuses to honor the certificate. They acknowledged that it didn't have an expiration date but since the employee that wrote it up was no longer there.....they would not honor. Needless to say I left without my pedicure and returned to work with naked toes..... read more

This is my go-to nail salon since moving to Franklin a few months ago. I always get in quickly, sometimes they even do my manicure and pedicure at the same time to go quicker, which I appreciate. My gel manicure always last at least two weeks if not longer. Love this place! read more

Worst pedicure I've ever had! Will not go back. They had a bad attitude too. They started doing a ladies pedicure that had sat down after me too but I was done before her . Worst Pedicure. My pedicure was 20 minutes. The water was hot I could not put my feet in and secondly when I told the owner/manager my feet hurt because the technician was so rough she said" we are short staffed". I would go anywhere else in cool springs except this place! Horrendous! read more
