This review has been a long time coming! I had my nails done at this salon back in October. I don't normally get them done but it was my birthday weekend and I had a feeling a proposal was coming up (I was right!) and wanted it to be perfect. I went in for a gelx full set, coffin shape and this new age pink French tip design. Everyone was so nice and the owner Tren even gave me cuticle oil as a bday gift. We talked the whole time about everything under the sun and it was lovely. When I got home though, I just didn't like my nails. And the longer I looked at them, the more upset I was. I called first thing the next morning asking if they could fit me in for another set, prepared to pay as much as I needed to. Tren got me right in. We talked about what I liked/didn't like, reshaped the nails, redid the design & when I went to pay - SHE DID IT FOR FREE. I told her to please let me pay as it was my own mistake in trying something new (I'm an acrylic almond shaped girly that sticks to neutral colors), and she said no. She told me it is more important that I'm happy with the service, and to just come back and see her. THAT is how you run a business!! Update - 5/25/23 - I decided to give this salon one more try (my regular salon/nail tech started canceling my scheduled appointments at the last minute, misshaping my nails, cutting my fingers, etc. - very frustrating after being a regular customer for 2+ years). The team is very nice, the salon is clean, but once again my nails look horrible. I just had them done 5 days ago - 3 nails have chipped (I get dip manicures, so chips almost never happen when I've gotten them), all of my nails are bumpy/not smooth, some of the color has faded on several of my nails, I have tiny divots in some, and my cuticles are all damaged. It's so frustrating spending money on a service and having it look so bad :(. I had really hoped for a better end result (again, I will reiterate that the team there was very nice & professional), but it looks like I will need to try another salon (yet again ). read more

Had gel pedicure with a newby- kept digging her fingernails into my toes, cut too short, left polish on toes in spite of scraping each toe with her sharp fingernails after putting polish on. Took forever. Someone had to come over and show her how to use the chair and gel light. read more

Was not offered to choose what kind of pedicure but usually the simplest or mini pedicures take more than 20 to 25 minutes. The lady was nice but.... I am updating review because owner of the salon called the next day to apologize and said she talked to the person who did my nails. A friend uses ann at this salon and said she was great! I wish i could give this place ZERO stars. Worst nail experience of my entire life. The man who did my nails sawed them wayyyy to much with the drill. They kept getting hot and it hurt. I tried letting him know by pulling away. He knicked 4 cuticles with the drill and i was bleeding. Never apologized. Never cleaned up the blood. Never did any kind of blood spill procedure. Then used the wrong tool for underneath the nail and sawed my finger pads to where they were hot and in pain. It took him 2.5 hours for these nails that were so thin and could see through the color that wasn't opaque to begin with. SAWED most that time. When he saw i was uncomfortable and hurting the man said "haha you in pain, haha". Not funny to me. I then go home and my nail breaks in HALF ALONG with my REAL NAIL. Week goes by, happens on the other hand. I'm in so much pain, and i do hair for a living and work with my hands all day. This is ridiculous I have had nails this exact same shape for 6 years this shouldn't happen. They were wayyyy too thin. The professional wasn't there at all. Save your self and go somewhere will they actually take good care of you and care about your nail health, like THE NAIL BAR. read more

Trinh did a wonderful job getting my feet summer ready. This was the perfect place for a lunch break pedicure, and it only took 30 minutes and was a good price! I loved all the magazine options, as well as the refreshing beverage offered to me. The environment was relaxing and clean.
