    We had an absolutely horrible experience here. We left a deposit for two Porsche 911. One was a regular standard 911 the other one was for a Targa. We paid the deposits in advance and received the order number and even did the bills ourselves online. Months after we are finished the cars arrived and now they are telling us that they cannot sell us the car because we are out of state buyers. I made it very clear to them before leaving the $10,000 deposit that we were out of state buyers. Tracy, who we dealt with agreed with us and told us it would not be a problem. Now we are months past the deposit our cars are in stock, but they are not letting us purchase it because we are out of state buyers, which is absolutely ridiculous because I made sure of this before leaving my $10,000 deposit. I would not do business with them because they will take your deposit and then maybe sell your car to someone else there's no point in leaving a deposit because it does not go anywhere. They will come up with excuses to why they cannot sell you the car then why accept my deposit to begin with. For anyone reading this review, please look up our company Premier Auto Rentals. We have storefront locations in five cities in the United States and we are Very experienced car buyers. We feel very wrong and upset because we were told one thing and They are not releasing us cars. The funny thing is we are cash buyers. We do not need any financing. We are ready to send the wire however they are not sending wiring instructions. Please see screenshots for more info. Hopefully this review will teach the dealership a lesson and they will not play games with peoples money. We are not some pushover. We are a company as well who have been in business for 11 years. Update they agreed to sell us the car after threatening our companies lawyer and now after seeing our review they refuse to work with us. Look at more screenshots

    I live down in Oceanside in San Diego. I found an exact pre-owned car I was looking for, for my wife, online. It happened to be at Santa Barbara BMW. I submitted a request for more info and Jimmy Trieste got back to me. Jimmy was very helpful and not pushy. Showed me respect as a customer, sent me videos of the car when I asked for them, and helped me get everything in order so I could come pick it up easily and quickly, while still doing my due diligence on the vehicle. I took a train up, and Carlos picked me up from the station. They had the car cleaned and ready for my test drive. I checked everything out, then Shannon in Finance helped me efficiently get my paper work done. I was out of there with a gorgeous 2020 X3 in great condition for my wife! Thank you all. I would happily recommend Santa Barbara Autogroup to any one of my friends and family members.

Delip was so helpful, and right away he alleviated my biggest concerns about what might be wrong with my car. He gives you his full attention, and very patiently answers all of your questions. He also stays in communication with you step by step through the whole process of getting your car back on the road. You don't even have time to wonder what's going on, because he has already let you know! Big Brand has some of the best customer service I've ever received at an auto repair shop, and I'm definitely going to be using them from now on.

Have bought multiple sets of tires here for different cars. Yesterday I brought in my BMW for a new set of rear tires. When I picked up the car, there was a massive scratch on the hood along with scuff marks on the back left door. The car is barely over a year old and was pristine. I always baby my cars so I noticed the scratch right away. The manager played dumb and claimed it wasn't them. He was a complete a-hole about it and didn't take any responsibility. Needless to say I'll never be taking my business here again.

I set-up an appointment, showed a little early, and by my appointment time the car was on the rack and the tires were mounted, balanced and back on my Outback in no time. They noticed my brake pads were close to needing a replacement and pointed that out to me. I had already set that up and was just waiting on new pads, but it showed that they're on the ball and observant, which I appreciate. They weren't pushy about it, I'm sure they would have given me a great price for the work, but I already had it set-up with my mechanic. Tires and brakes are important, it's where the rubber literally meets the road, and stopping your car is more important than making it go! I appreciated them looking out for my safety. I guess that's one of the reasons they've been around so long. Highly recommend. You can feel confident taking your vehicle here for service.

I'm a local and Ian's came with lots of recommends. Maybe they were just having a bad day? I went for tires and can tell you the dealership where I bought my car sells the same tires for less. I called early, took my car in, and was then told they needed it overnight. I was flexible, maybe they saw me as a chump, but they put on a shocking hardsell. Stuff like upgrading tires amd using nitrogen instead of air. It was over the top. Maybe it was a bad day or bad employee but I would not go back.

    Milpas Motors sold me a 2008 Aston Martin Vantage...convertible, manual. A very special car…read more Jim--the salesman--was both charming and made my first encounter with the car both welcoming and exciting. This is my first exotic--and he never once made me feel out of my league. (Although he is a savvy negotiator!) Steve finalized the deal and remained transparent throughout. As it happened, I test drove the car two weeks prior to coming back to purchase it--and, to my surprise, when I drove it off the lot, two blocks later...a conspicuously loud squeak I had not heard earlier was apparent. (It was the serpentine belt.) During the fulfillment of financing, a minor discrepancy in the material filed by Milpas (they cited the sales price a few dollars _less_ than what we had agreed), caused my bank to take pause--and afforded an additional convo with the dealership about the squeak. Steve graciously offered to replace the serpentine at his expense... Suggested I bring the car on back for the repair. Even though I was unable to do this due to international travel, Milpas honored that agreement a month later. And--while having the work done--the dealership was even kind enough to offer a pick up from their local mechanic. Moreover, since bringing the car home, the provenance of the car--everything Jim told me about the vehicle to help clinch the deal--has been verified by third parties...i.e., by an entirely different dealership's service manager familiar with the car and its former owner. The car is the most expensive vehicle I have ever purchased...but it was not a purchase made impulsively. I don't regret it an iota. I must say: I have never loved a vehicle more...it's an absolute pleasure in every way. But importantly: while--with any used car purchase--buyer beware...I'm _extremely_ grateful the guys at Milpas operate with such integrity. This is not a used car dealership like so many others.
