Wow! Best car buying experience ever! I've bought many many cars, this experience was amazing! Steve had me at HELLO when I called to inquire about a vehicle I saw online. Made an appointment for the next day, and boom! The car was mine in about an hour.... I got lucky finding the truck we were looking for here....this place is one of a kind, the inventory is outta this world and Teddy tops it all off !

Great Service, I love the VOLVOL XC90 that I purchased from this dealership. The people from there are very nice and friendly. I tested drive and that was a great experience. So I decided to purchased the Volvo. I would recommened everyone to check it out this dealership.

Milpas Motors was the best experience I've ever had buying a car! Steve Hartman took such amazing care of me and the whole process with the deal, the financing, the paperwork was so easy! He has kept in touch to make sure I am happy with my Jag. I am overwhelmed with joy!!! And he went beyond the call of duty and then some when I had a little issue - he took great care in helping me. I can't recommend him enough to anyone in the SoCal area or anywhere to get your cars from Milpas Motors. I drove in from Los Angeles and it was easily worth it!

I just got a crazy a** call from the owner of this place, he complained to me for 7min ripping me a new a**hole. All because I mentioned to one of his salesman how I never got a call back from them. He then accused me of having a budget of 9k something I never said. My budget is 20k for a luxury suv that I wanted for my kids! He then said I had got emails from them! Nope! Never did, he said if I leave a review hes going to contact a lawyer. So im not allowed to tell my experience. I checked my folders before I posed this. I screen captured it all. I have no return messages on this car! Not from cars guru or car fax! He then told me I said I might not want to go that far! Lol ok Normally when a person contacts you about a vehicle, you send a email around the lines of. Hello blah blah it was nice talking with you. Hope to hear from you soon. NOPE! But I sure did get a aggressive call about how he messaged back several times. And that my budget was 9k. I guess this man knows my finances more then I do! I screan captured his call and length. Never in my life have I been contacted by a business owner angry because I said I wish I got a call back. As you can see in the emails there is nothing after I sent him a inquiry. Twice

I spoke with Dennis, the owner, and we went over what I was looking for, including price range. Within a few days he was able to present me with some options that matched exactly what I wanted. He was very meticulous and made sure that every option he presented me with was in great condition, with no problems. It can be a little scary to make a big purchase without seeing , or testing it out first, but Dennis made the buying experience an excellent one. After narrowing down my options, I finally selected my new car, and a week later it arrived. He had it detailed and filled up the tank, which was a nice surprise. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. Dennis was honest, efficient, and never made me feel pressured. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and was always willing to answer any and all questions. 4 months later I am still happy and love my new car. I will definitely recommend Santa Barbara Auto Solutions to all my friends and family.

We had a great start to end experience with the entire staff thought the process of purchasing a brand new vehicle and trading in a used vehicle. Initially, we started communicating with Tina who is the online sales manager and had conversations with the Andy, the dealership manager. We set up an appointment to come in and test drive a vehicle. The test drive went well and then we got to the sales and numbers conversation which went smoothly. Obviously, you do some back and forth, but if you do your research and due diligence, your back and forth becomes a shorter process. Then we worked with the finance manager and closed out all the paperwork. Everyone who we interacted with was friendly, professional, well informed, prepared and basically we worked toward a goal: for us walk away with a vehicle at a fair price, for them make the sale. Great experience and we will go back for future Ford/Mazda purchases.

I call and call and I never get call backs. As it turns out my paperwork was never filed to their lender. And they got some reason didn't "catch it" until I brought it to their attention that something is not right. Well stupid us we decided to buy a truck from there as well. Keep in mind in one month we spent a little over 100k with 2 cars there. Everything for the truck is done in a reasonable amount of time I get my plates and registration. A month later I get a bill from their corporate office saying I owe them like $500 bucks. Wtf. Also trying to get parts from service is terrible. So incompetent, lazy and rude.

I was in the market for a used Jeep, and the one I found at this dealership (it was a lease return) was a 2022 Jeep Sahara 4xe, which is a plug-in hybrid with a 4-cylinder turbo engine and 8 speed automatic transmission. This isn't your father's Jeep to say the least, and I was skeptical, but it was the trim/color I wanted and loaded with features. I spoke with Santiago about it on it on the phone, he answered some questions about the hybrid set-up, and scheduled a time for me to come look at it. Mind you this is in Santa Barbara, and I live in LA; from my house this is a 1.5 hour drive with no traffic. Santiago inspired some confidence, otherwise trust me I wouldn't have spent 3+ hours on it. No rush at the dealership, I walked around it and inspected it for a bit while asking Santiago some questions. Some minor scratches but other than that it looked brand new. I even checked the engine bay, and Santiago showed me some not-so-obvious things e.g. the rear panels come out. Test drive was basically "where do you want to go", so I drove it around town for a while, and then on the freeway for a few exits. I did a lot of testing at different speeds and acceleration to see how the hybrid drivetrain worked, gas engine on/off etc. Worked flawlessly with 34k miles on it. It was worth the price, so I bought it on the spot. Financing was easy, and they offered a 3 year bumper-to-bumper warranty for a monthly fee, so I took it. I will cancel that after a while, I did it just in case there was something wrong with it that the dealership didn't catch (e.g. something with 4 wheel drive behavior). Came with 4 brand new tires, and a brand new spare! P.S. I was curious what the negative reviews were about, and every single one of the ones I looked at were for service, and most of those for Dodge vehicles. I can't comment on the service of course not having used it, however you should look around at whatever dealerships are a reasonable distance from you, and use the one that is best reviewed. You can use any dealership with the original warranty.

Literally the only thing that makes me consider not getting another jeep is having this dealership as the local jeep dealer. Every single interaction I have with this place makes me wonder how they stay in business. Everything about this place is just horrible. Service is a nightmare every single time. Whoever is in charge of this outfit needs to be fired ASAP. I'm done. I've spent so much money here, I've sold them a jeep, I get all my service done here, and I'm just done. They just don't care about people and it shows. They don't care about the vehicles or the service, and it shows. This outfit is shameful, never walking in those doors again. You shouldn't either. Everyone hates this dealership and crown in Ventura is just as bad if not worse. It literally kills me. I hate everything about this place, just look at the reviews and make your own judgements.
