I set-up an appointment, showed a little early, and by my appointment time the car was on the rack and the tires were mounted, balanced and back on my Outback in no time. They noticed my brake pads were close to needing a replacement and pointed that out to me. I had already set that up and was just waiting on new pads, but it showed that they're on the ball and observant, which I appreciate. They weren't pushy about it, I'm sure they would have given me a great price for the work, but I already had it set-up with my mechanic. Tires and brakes are important, it's where the rubber literally meets the road, and stopping your car is more important than making it go! I appreciated them looking out for my safety.
