I was here stuck with my baby struggling and he he was being rude telling me to move my vehicle, as if I could it died. He didn't want to help me jump it so I had to call someone to come help me. Fast forward I scheduled another appointment because there's no other local provider unfortunately he stated there was no tech available the first time I got my vehicle towed to him then the second attempt he said there was also no tech available but he'd still assist me once we walked outside he completely decided to just refuse my service. When I've already been in contact with him twice, he agreed as we were walking outside then completely changed his mind!!! After the vehicle had been towed to him twice. Absolutely outrageous. Not to mention I had an infant child with me this man did not care just wanted to be rude straight up!

Drove it for about a year with the light zero problems and took it to him when I had more cash and the tags were up for renewal. This guy is legit! It's difficult to find a mechanic who is skilled, transparent, and fair with pricing, but this shop truly delivered. I highly recommend them and will definitely return for future repairs. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop. When I had my vehicle towed there from…read moreCarMax, the front engine splash shield was on the vehicle when it was dropped off. After the repairs, the splash shield was missing. When I brought this up to the shop, I was told they had nothing to do with it and that it may have already been missing when the vehicle arrived. The problem is, I personally saw the part on the vehicle when it was dropped off. Unfortunately, I did not take pictures beforehand, which I regret. The shop also told me they don't replace missing parts. That leaves the customer in a difficult position when a part is missing after the vehicle has been in their possession, especially when the customer has no way to prove exactly what happened. What makes this even more frustrating is that my insurance company won't discuss the part directly with the shop, leaving me stuck in the middle trying to resolve something that should have been handled professionally. I'm not accusing anyone of intentionally taking the part because I cannot prove that. However, the way this situation was handled has completely damaged my trust in this shop. Customers should be able to leave their vehicles with a repair facility knowing that all parts will be accounted for and returned with the vehicle. I strongly recommend taking detailed pictures and documenting every part of your vehicle before leaving it at this shop. I wish I had done that myself.

After getting nowhere elsewhere, I brought it here and spoke directly with Mike. Mike actually took the time to listen to the symptoms and diagnose the problem instead of immediately trying to sell me expensive services I didn't need. They diagnosed the actual issue and gave me a very fair price to fix it. No pressure, no upselling, and no guessing. Just straightforward, professional service. It's hard to find shops that value diagnosing the root cause instead of throwing parts or expensive services at a problem. Because of this experience, I am 100% going to recommend Mike and his shop to all of my friends and family. Thank you for being honest, knowledgeable, and treating customers the right way.
