    This was the best car buying experience I have ever been involved with, and I have bought quite a few cars in my life. Jeff Knepp was my first point of contact as I live in Los Angeles, he was absolutely amazing in the way he handled the entire transaction. Never one did I feel pressured by he or anyone from their group. We were able to come up with real pricing on the phone, and we pretty much made the deal on a Friday night, and I was in an uber the next morning bright and early to pick up the car. After arriving to the dealership I was greeted by Jeff and the rest of the staff, handed the keys to the car, and was given a few directions around the neighborhood so I wouldn't get lost finding my way back to the dealer after the test drive. Got back to the dealer 20 mi ties later after a short hop in the car, and after I said let's do it, I was shown to the finance department where Darouny Menna, finished up the paperwork for me. Again, I have dealt with lots of finance people, and most of them get really pushy about trying to get you to purchase extended warranties, and vehicle protections. There was non of this nonsense with Darouny. She went all of my options once, and let me think about, but never kept pressuring me into trying to purchase anything extra. Again, this was very refreshing, most places don't give up on trying to push things on you, but she was as professional as you could have asked for, and I was in and out of the dealer in just over an hour! Thanks guys. When I'm in the market for a new Audi, I will be giving you a call.

A very special car…read more Jim--the salesman--was both charming and made my first encounter with the car both welcoming and exciting. This is my first exotic--and he never once made me feel out of my league. (Although he is a savvy negotiator!) Steve finalized the deal and remained transparent throughout. As it happened, I test drove the car two weeks prior to coming back to purchase it--and, to my surprise, when I drove it off the lot, two blocks later...a conspicuously loud squeak I had not heard earlier was apparent. (It was the serpentine belt.) During the fulfillment of financing, a minor discrepancy in the material filed by Milpas (they cited the sales price a few dollars _less_ than what we had agreed), caused my bank to take pause--and afforded an additional convo with the dealership about the squeak. Steve graciously offered to replace the serpentine at his expense... Suggested I bring the car on back for the repair. Even though I was unable to do this due to international travel, Milpas honored that agreement a month later. And--while having the work done--the dealership was even kind enough to offer a pick up from their local mechanic. Moreover, since bringing the car home, the provenance of the car--everything Jim told me about the vehicle to help clinch the deal--has been verified by third parties...i.e., by an entirely different dealership's service manager familiar with the car and its former owner. The car is the most expensive vehicle I have ever purchased...but it was not a purchase made impulsively. I don't regret it an iota. I must say: I have never loved a vehicle more...it's an absolute pleasure in every way. But importantly: while--with any used car purchase--buyer beware...I'm _extremely_ grateful the guys at Milpas operate with such integrity. This is not a used car dealership like so many others. Gorgeous inventory. Superior service. Real gentlemen. Highest recommendation.

We had a great start to end experience with the entire staff thought the process of purchasing a brand new vehicle and trading in a used vehicle. Initially, we started communicating with Tina who is the online sales manager and had conversations with the Andy, the dealership manager. We set up an appointment to come in and test drive a vehicle. The test drive went well and then we got to the sales and numbers conversation which went smoothly. Obviously, you do some back and forth, but if you do your research and due diligence, your back and forth becomes a shorter process. Then we worked with the finance manager and closed out all the paperwork. Everyone who we interacted with was friendly, professional, well informed, prepared and basically we worked toward a goal: for us walk away with a vehicle at a fair price, for them make the sale. Great experience and we will go back for future Ford/Mazda purchases.

I call and call and I never get call backs. As it turns out my paperwork was never filed to their lender. And they got some reason didn't "catch it" until I brought it to their attention that something is not right. Well stupid us we decided to buy a truck from there as well. Keep in mind in one month we spent a little over 100k with 2 cars there. Everything for the truck is done in a reasonable amount of time I get my plates and registration. A month later I get a bill from their corporate office saying I owe them like $500 bucks. Wtf. Also trying to get parts from service is terrible. So incompetent, lazy and rude.

I was in the market for a used Jeep, and the one I found at this dealership (it was a lease return) was a 2022 Jeep Sahara 4xe, which is a plug-in hybrid with a 4-cylinder turbo engine and 8 speed automatic transmission. This isn't your father's Jeep to say the least, and I was skeptical, but it was the trim/color I wanted and loaded with features. I spoke with Santiago about it on it on the phone, he answered some questions about the hybrid set-up, and scheduled a time for me to come look at it. Mind you this is in Santa Barbara, and I live in LA; from my house this is a 1.5 hour drive with no traffic. Santiago inspired some confidence, otherwise trust me I wouldn't have spent 3+ hours on it. No rush at the dealership, I walked around it and inspected it for a bit while asking Santiago some questions. Some minor scratches but other than that it looked brand new. I even checked the engine bay, and Santiago showed me some not-so-obvious things e.g. the rear panels come out. Test drive was basically "where do you want to go", so I drove it around town for a while, and then on the freeway for a few exits. I did a lot of testing at different speeds and acceleration to see how the hybrid drivetrain worked, gas engine on/off etc. Worked flawlessly with 34k miles on it. It was worth the price, so I bought it on the spot. Financing was easy, and they offered a 3 year bumper-to-bumper warranty for a monthly fee, so I took it. I will cancel that after a while, I did it just in case there was something wrong with it that the dealership didn't catch (e.g. something with 4 wheel drive behavior). Came with 4 brand new tires, and a brand new spare! P.S. I was curious what the negative reviews were about, and every single one of the ones I looked at were for service, and most of those for Dodge vehicles. I can't comment on the service of course not having used it, however you should look around at whatever dealerships are a reasonable distance from you, and use the one that is best reviewed. You can use any dealership with the original warranty.

Literally the only thing that makes me consider not getting another jeep is having this dealership as the local jeep dealer. Every single interaction I have with this place makes me wonder how they stay in business. Everything about this place is just horrible. Service is a nightmare every single time. Whoever is in charge of this outfit needs to be fired ASAP. I'm done. I've spent so much money here, I've sold them a jeep, I get all my service done here, and I'm just done. They just don't care about people and it shows. They don't care about the vehicles or the service, and it shows. This outfit is shameful, never walking in those doors again. You shouldn't either. Everyone hates this dealership and crown in Ventura is just as bad if not worse. It literally kills me. I hate everything about this place, just look at the reviews and make your own judgements.

I…read morelooked at a car on Saturday but their service department needed to repair something and Sam the General Manager told me he will have it fixed Monday morning and shook my hand and said I can go back Monday to make the purchase. I had an appointment today at noon but my other thing I was doing ran over so I messaged Chris and told him I'll go at 6pm to buy the car. He said he would put the car aside for me. Prior to 6pm, I was on my way to the dealership from Ventura when Chris called me to say he sold the car. That's right, prior to my agreed upon appt they sold the car and my daughter whom I was buying the car for was very upset. Sam gave me his word he would have the car ready for me and Chris told me he will make sure the car is on hold for me. I didn't realize they have a 1 1/2 star rating on yelp until I sat down to write this. I will never buy from this dealership and would suggest people stay away as well. There is so much better out there and better humans to associate with and do business with. Shame on you Sam Bitar and Christopher Kehr for treating people this way. This type of business behavior is why people who care about the way they are dealt with won't cone to you. And a message to Frank Figueredo, President...you have employees mistreating customers and I will tell everyone in all of my circles about your business culture and I will not forget Christopher's name and Sam's name. Two very despicable humans who must think for it to be acceptable to be so underhanded.     I can not begin to explain how horrible the service center is. I have an older Chevy Silverado…read more2500 that the tie rods on one side snapped. My personal mechanic told me to take it to the dealer because they were the only ones who could get the needed parts and he is 120 miles away. I should have known better and just paid to have it towed the 120 miles!! Once my truck was taken in, I wasn't given the name of my service manager, I was told I would get a call to go over what was needed. After hearing nothing for a week, I started to call. I was finally told that my service manager was Kevin and he would call me back. 2 days later I received a call and was told what was needed to be replaced, we agreed on a price and I was told it would take a few days. After a few days I did actually receive a call telling me that the needed part was on back order and it was going to take a few more days. Great, its now been over 12 days, I called multiple times a day and asked for Kevin by name, I was generally sent to a voice mail for somebody else, and did not receive any call backs. Finally, last Friday I called and stayed on hold for over an hour because I refused to wait for a call back, because I hadn't gotten one in a few days. after an hour, I finally just had to hang up. Finally i received a call back saying that they found a problem in one of my brake lines. They said they would get it fixed by Monday. Well, today is Monday, after not hearing from them, and several text messages to Kevin and a call to his cell phone with no response, I finally got somebody from the service center to answer. I was then put on hold for another 20 minutes, before somebody got on the line, and then told me my truck was not drivable because it wasn't finished. When I asked why, he told me "i don't know, I was just told its not drivable". At this point in time I asked to speak with the general manager and was told I would be given a call back. They still have my truck, I do not have a formal quote, I have been told what the parts cost, I am scared about what the labor will be, and at this point in time I may call a tow truck to go get it and tow it to Oxnard instead. Stay as far away from this dealership as possible!!!!

I spoke with Dennis, the owner, and we went over what I was looking for, including price range. Within a few days he was able to present me with some options that matched exactly what I wanted. He was very meticulous and made sure that every option he presented me with was in great condition, with no problems. It can be a little scary to make a big purchase without seeing , or testing it out first, but Dennis made the buying experience an excellent one. After narrowing down my options, I finally selected my new car, and a week later it arrived. He had it detailed and filled up the tank, which was a nice surprise. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. Dennis was honest, efficient, and never made me feel pressured. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and was always willing to answer any and all questions. 4 months later I am still happy and love my new car. I will definitely recommend Santa Barbara Auto Solutions to all my friends and family.
