I had two cars washed by Guillermo/Nova Spa (and his partner/helper, whose name I don't know) for…read morethe first time, and both ended up damaged in the process. Guillermo won't own up to either. One car is only 4 months old and was being washed for the first time. It ended up with a ding on the trunk, most likely from the end of a hose or something else hard being knocked against it. The other has a large scratch across the passenger door handle, which Guillermo informed me "looks like nails scratches." Even setting aside the damage, the cars simply were not cleaned well. There were spots and smudges all over one car, and an obvious spill on the center console of the other was left untouched. Needless to say, I won't be using him again. I wouldn't trust Guillermo to wash a bicycle again, let alone a car. If you care about your cars, I suggest you stay away from him as well. Edit to respond to the lying business owner: I do know for sure, and I'm helping people avoid what happened to me. Own up to your mistake if you don't want me to tell people to stay away from you. I wouldn't have a problem with you if you took responsibility.

Dominick and his assistant spent more than 5 hours (10 man-hours) working just on the exterior of my old Cruiser and the results were truly remarkable. Dominick is very polite, has excellent communication skills, a terrific website, and arrives in a pristine and well-equipped work truck. He even made an appointment to stop by two weeks later to inspect his work, and included a free hand wash. First class in every way and highly recommended.

10-year-old car looks like it's new (no kidding!)…read more We bought our prius almost 10 years ago. It's the workhorse family car so it gets used daily. We had it professionally waxed a few times in the first few years but that trailed off after our first son was born 8 years ago and especially after our second was born 6 years ago. Since then we've only done very infrequent washes at a car wash place (typically automated). The only things going for this car is the fact that we keep it in a garage (unless we're traveling) and, since 2020, we've worked from home. But that's still a lot of wear and tear over 10 years with no significant care in terms of maintenance. Last week, we wanted an interior and exterior detail - something more than what you get at the automated places. Having seen so many great recommendations for Dominick on Nextdoor and Insta, we reached out for a quote and was pleasantly surprised at the cost. We said yes and I was floored at how well it came out - especially the interior (nobody has gotten the vents and other nooks and crannies that clean - ever! Most don't even try.) Dominick was also on time, well-spoken, and highly courteous. It was such a pleasant experience, and such a great result, that we decided to opt for his paint restoration package. After all, we'd like the car to keep going in good shape for at least another 5 years and easily could be another 10+. Seeing it clean also made it clear how much of a beating the paint had taken over the 10 years. Dominick came back today and spent about 6 hours working on it. Clay bar, touch-up paint for the bigger scratches (which I provided and he applied per our plan), paint restoration, and a protective ceramic coating. HOLY COW! The paint looks like it's brand new again (and I'm not joking)! I had no idea this was even possible. Dominick is amazing and I'll very happily recommend him to any and all! The photos and videos show today's before, after, at least one in-progress image, and a video that pans from right to left showing restored paint and then paint that had not yet been restored. Re the latter video: it's not a trick; the paint change was that significant. One last note: Toyota's touch-up paint doesn't include the sparkles that are found in the original paint. That's just how their touch up paint works. So for the small number of scratches that were too big to be buffed out, you can see the (now blue instead of white) line, if you know where to look. This is not a ding on Dominick in any way - I was warned years ago that this would be the case by a trustworthy auto body shop. So 99.9% of the car looks brand new, and the 0.1% looks a heck of a lot better. Only a multiple-thousand-dollar paint job could do better!

I called Apex Auto Glass to describe my issues and they confirmed they did tint homes and made me an appt for an estimate, and worked with my crazy schedule without an issue! I was send confirmation and reminders leading up to the appt which was very helpful. I was also given a window for arrival time that was convenient and reasonable. Anthony called to say he would be arriving in 45 minutes and he was actually early!! (Love this so much) Prior to his arrival I had tried to peel off some of the film and removed TWO LAYERS OF TINT‍ and there was still more layers of tint completely covering the windows. Anthony assured me that removing the tint would be no problem. He was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and helpful with the situation. We had VERY old auto tint on the windows. He walked me through my options after examining and measuring each window. I was worried and unsure, and so he left me with the two samples he saw working best for my situation-this way hubby could also weigh in when he was home. Anthony was polite, professional, and super nice!! We made the appt right there for removal and installation. As soon as Anthony arrived back to the office he mailed me the estimate, which was extremely reasonable!! Right before the appt I had some trepidation about my choices, and I called the office. Anthony called me right back and talked to me about what results I wanted and how these would work out for me. I am now feeling awesome about the job. Yay! Anthony and Angel arrived right on time, and got right to work. In a nutshell they rocked it!! The windows actually had TWO more layers of window tint that was very old and required a LOT of scraping and patience. Hubby and I were outside working and you can tell that these two enjoyed working together. They're so nice to each other and they made really quick work of the removal and I can tell you it looked like a nightmare to get off. But not a cranky comment from Anthony and Angel!! These guys were amazing!! We learned Angel is the automotive tint expert and if I ever need my car tinted he is definitely my guy!! With Anthonys expertise and experience we were in SUCH GOOD HANDS!! The guys finished and cleaned up absolute every teeny piece of the crummy old tint. I was super impressed!! And it already felt cooler inside the house!! Previously with hot weather we would have the window blinds shut, heavy curtains closed, and the ac cranked. I can confidently say that with hot weather we don't have to close the house up like a tomb. We DON'T EVEN HAVE TO CLOSE THE BLINDS!! The difference is mind blowing!! We are already planning on doing this tint on windows in some other rooms. If you are looking for stellar service, professional work, and knowledgeable technicians, then look no further than Apex. I was a pain in the bootie cuz I didn't know what I needed and Apex came through with everything I needed for this job and we could NOT be happier with the finished work. 10/5 for Apex, and especially Anthony, and Angel!!
