I could not recommend them enough! Francisco is incredibly thorough, detailed, and knowledgeable. He is also super easy to chat with and prices his services very fairly. We hired Francisco to vacuum the floor of our car after a big water jug spilled. He went above and beyond, cleaning the car and even dismantling some of the exterior car pieces to show me how deeply the water had permeated. He was honest in letting me know it wouldn't be perfect, since the water had already soaked in so deeply, but that he'd do his best to remove as much liquid as he could. He did an AMAZING job! He also gave me advice on what to do next if I notice a mildew smell and said he'd check in with me in a week. We've been using Vico's to take care of our two vehicles for over a year and I'm ashamed to realize I had never left them a review. We started with Francisco detailing both of our vehicles for a very reasonable price. He left them looking like new again. I'd been using another local company but they were very expensive and I couldn't afford to as often as needed. This was my first time using the Yelp application to send quotes out for services. It sent it to three separate local businesses based on information I provided. Vico's response time was not only quick to begin discussion regarding quote, but also to book an appointment. After comparing a quote from second business, I chose to go with Vico based on other Yelp reviews. Francisco was the person I communicated with. He was very accommodating with my morning schedule when booking my appointment, as well as sent a reminder for the day before. The day of my appointment Francisco showed up a few minutes early (which I don't mind, but is also let me know there was no rush to start) and was ready to begin work. We talked through the specific areas I was wanting attention on and off he went. After completing the work he gave me wonderful suggestions on car seat covers and other protectants I could use on my car to prolong the leather and paint quality. The suggestions were NOT in the "up-sale" category. You can tell he really knows what he is talking about and provides genuine suggestions based off feedback I gave him. The customer service is superb. The job I hired him to do is amazing. With the above stated I will he hiring him again to detail my much older truck. Highly recommend Francisco (Vico)! My cat peed on my front passenger seat, and while I did try cleaning it out myself, my efforts did little to diminish the smell. When I reached out to Franciso the first thing I noticed is how personalized his response was -- I had reached out to a few places on Yelpl and appreciate that he actually responded to my situation with a quote for the specific service that would be needed for it (rather than a menu list of services offered which is what I got from others). When Francisco came to look at my seat he was incredibly open and upfront about what he could/couldn't do for the given situation, and what the pros and cons of each cleaning option were. It was so refreshing to get all the information - good and bad - upfront and with such ease. I never felt pressured to do any of the options, and appreciate how communicative and genuine he was. And luckily none of the potnetial issues we had discussed came up!
