Mario has been in business a long time and from my experience with him I can say I already know of several reasons why that is true. His work is thoughtful, thorough, caring and beautiful and he correctly takes pride in it. He did my Honda Accord two hours after detailing a $750,000 2020 Rolls Royce and I sense I got the exact same service as his previous customer. He eliminated many more scratches than I thought he might and cleaned up the interior so well that it looked like it also had received a detail job. What impressed me the most about Mario was his total professionalism. He knew he might be about ten minutes late to our appointment and instead of simply showing up late and apologizing, he attempted to reach me three times to let me know and then when he did not reach me, called a fourth time to make sure I knew and that it was alright with me.
