I rarely write long reviews, but this laundromat absolutely deserves one especially because of Alonso and Griselda I drive all the way from East Palmdale to Quartz Hill every Monday, and the main reason I keep coming back is because of the outstanding customer service from Alonso and Griselda. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel welcomed and taken care of. That kind of service is hard to find these days, and it truly makes a difference. Alonso is always incredibly attentive and patient. Whether it's helping choose the right machine size, explaining how the payment system works, or making sure everything is running smoothly, he goes above and beyond every time. He never seems rushed and always takes the time to make sure customers feel comfortable and confident using the machines. Griselda is equally amazing. She is kind, friendly, and very helpful, especially if you have questions or need assistance. She keeps the place organized and makes sure customers feel supported. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and wants everyone to have a good experience. The laundromat itself is always clean, well maintained, and comfortable, but what really sets this place apart is the level of customer care. Alonso and Griselda create a welcoming atmosphere that makes doing laundry something most people consider a choreactually pleasant. It's not easy to find a business where employees consistently provide this level of service, and it speaks volumes about their professionalism and work ethic. Because of them, I choose to drive the extra distance every week rather than going somewhere closer to home. If you're in Palmdale, Quartz Hill, or surrounding areas, I highly recommend coming here. Was given a stamp card by the owner and when I came back I approached one of their employees (an older lady) and informed her that I'd be using a certain amount of washers and if she can please stamp my card, she told me to hold on and that she'll get to me, she then proceeded to ignore me for the remainder of her shift, even had the audacity to ask if I was going to use the restroom before her shift was over because she was going to lock it up and before I knew it she just up and left! Cute small laundromat has a total of 24 washing machine and 20 driers. 12 small washers at a cost of 3$ a load, 6 large washers at 4.50 a load, 4 x-large washers for 5.50 and 2 mega load washers at 7.00. The cost to dry is .25 cents for 8 minutes. I wish they had deals like if you come between these hours it's 20 cents cheaper but I can see how it might not work being that it's a small laundromat. It's pretty clean inside some of the washers need maintenance as it's hard to close some doors. They hang open having to use a little force to close the door. The soap intake on some of the washers need a deep clean having a lot of soap build up on the inside but not all machines. I hope you enjoy this information read more

the washers and dryers are not bad value as far as that. the older lady who is here in the morning is very rude and not polite. I've been washing here for about 5 months now we just had a recent issue with change we had stuck about 2 dollars in the change dispenser. I did not receive my full 8 quarters and I went to tell the attendant and she shrugged it off and stated that maybe they were charging a fee for changing dollars to quarters. I then tried one more dollar and only recieved 3 quarter. She was very unprofessional when my grandpa had approached her she continued to fold clothes and ignore him. read more

I've come to the conclusion that many Sandy's locations are dirty and I have photographic proof. I doubt they EVER clean the machines. Whenever I come they are FILTHY with hair, dirt, and grime. I bring a spray bottle and disinfectant to clean out each machine before loading my clothes in. Sometimes the machines are literally COATED in a layer of dirt that comes out with my cloth. Please hire a professional cleaning service to come a few times a week, even once a week would be great. I understand you can't control who washes what and how clean or dirty the previous customers clothes/items are.  But you CAN clean the machines and service them properly. Many of the machines have MOLD inside which shows lack of basic maintenance and hygiene. The sink outside the bathroom is FILTHY and has been for WEEKS. PLEASE owners of Sandy's, hire a cleaning service to deep clean the grounds. It's getting really bad. read more

This is a good place to go for large items. Also used this wash and fold to dry all out closes when our dryer went out and was being repaired. Normally clean and calm inside. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices have gone up some, $5.50 for a large washer. Best new thing they have put in since I came last was the ability to use a credit card for washers and dryers. I'm just going to say, if you are running late to a job or delivery maybe you should learn time management. I was driving with my teenage son who is learning how to drive and is following the rules of the road on this beautiful Tues morning on Jan 30th by George Lane park. Your minivan with your companies name plastered on the side of was railing us so closely that I could see the drivers face. Then when we came to an actual complete stop your company minivan was honking their horn like a crazy person. Again I know you don't know who's driving in front of you but, it might be wise to drive safely and at the posted speed limit especially in front of child being present. I almost ruined my daughter's Snoopy blanket, by washing it in the same washer with a dark comforter. What was I thinking? There were dark blue stains all over the white parts of the blanket. I panicked, because my wife was going to kill me. The attendant on duty (Lisa) helped me rewash with stain remover and vinegar. We luckily got all the stains out! When you have a lot of laundry to do this place is great! Clean, safe and tons of machines. They have wifi and tv and air conditioning so it's a very comfortable place. I hadn't had to use a public laundromat in years until my dryer broke down. I remembered using Sandy's in the past so I went there to dry my clothes. I found it to be a little different due to Covid 19 no sitting to wait for your clothes and now you can use a credit or debit card instead of lugging all that change with you. My husband and I went here for the first time today and were very dissatisfied and we will not be going back. It was dirty, the dryers did not dry very well at all. It felt very wet in there as if dryer vents were not clean and heat was not getting vented to the clothes and heat was just going into the laundromat. The lady that was supposedly working there was rude and very distracted. There was candy on the floor along with soda cans and other trash. The restroom was absolutely disgusting, even the employee that was walking out as I was walking in was grossed out.. Employees do not get paid enough in my opinion to have to endure such grossness. I used 6 deluxe style washers and 4 dryers.. I had to switch dryers for one load because it would not dry my towels. The floors in a few areas were wet, as if washing machines overflowed. The employees didn't seem to care. A few washers were out of order. The place needed serious vacuuming. The clients were much friendlier and informative then the employees. I didn't see a sign asking you to not put your pods in where the detergent goes to please put your pod directly into the washer. Having not seen the sign, I prayed my laundry would come clean!! I just moved here, but my things haven't arrived yet and that includes washer and dryer. I haven't been to laundromat in decades! Since this place had good reviews, I decided to go for it. Once I got there, I discovered that they can do your laundry for $1 a pound with $20 minimum. They can also come get your laundry and deliver it back to you for an additional $3. I thought this was a great deal because I hate doing laundry in my own home so you can imagine my lack of enthusiasm about going to laundromat! I had them do my laundry so I could do the rest of my errands. When they called to get my clothes, they were nicely hung and folded and placed in bags. I've been coming here for the past year. At first it was just because they were close to my house, but after trying out a couple other Laundromats, this one is by far the best one. Facilities: Ridiculously clean, some lint here and there , but you'll never find random socks lying around or old dryer sheets on the floors. There's also plenty of counter top space to sprawl out and fold all your stuff. There employees who are always there when I am (and I feel terrible for not knowing their names by now),But they 'constantly wiping down the machines, moving the carts back so they're not all the store, closing machine doors... the little stuff that actually matter and keeping this place looking inviting. Machines: are always clean and they have several BIG washers that you can use for your heavy stuff (blankets, comforters and pillows. Entertainment: they have free WFI Service: They offer a Laundry Service! And WOW!! The fluff n fold service is the best. When you're a working mom this service is a life saver!
