Francisco at was great. I needed one shirt pressed ASAP for a wedding last minute, and he got it done in under an hour. He also pressed my 5 other shirts same day. Great service, fast turnaround, and Francisco really helped me out when I was in a rush. Definitely recommend this cleaners! read more

I requested a mending service for a pair of pants. The fabric is delicate, so I made it clear, mending only, nothing else. We discussed this and repeated the instruction. Well, they took an iron to the fabric and burnt it. It's now crispy and full of burn holes and entirely ruined. The worse part is that they said nothing when I came to pick them up. They charged me the full mending fee and forgot to mentioned that they ruined the garment. The value is poor. They should have comped the service for a better value. I wouldn't mind a replacement garment either. It was a beautiful garment and I am so sad. read more

Very good cleaners. They are a quality establishment and they have your clothes there when they tell you they'll have them.

The BEST cleaners in the Rancho Vista area!! Lee is wonderful, professional, courteous and will make every effort to meet the customer's expectations - even with rush orders. read more

Lee is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She really cares about her customers and makes sure you are happy before you walk out of that door. I come here all the time for dry cleaning, as well as getting alterations, and I couldn't be happier. read more

Good cleaners! I gave them my husband's tie with a stain on it and they got it clean!!

Caring, concerned and supremely helpful. A lady whose concerns for her customers comes first.

I'm extremely disappointed in the Service and quality that I received in the lack of communication when placing order it grieves me not to give a recommendation and such a bad review. read more

False advertising. They do NOT do same day as advertised online as advertised on the huge sign in their store.

These cleaners are okay if you can wait to pick up your clothes a week later. But I've used other cleaners where you can drop off one day and pick up max 2 days later or before. Here, you have to wait so much longer. I just tried dropping off some suits for my husband (tuesday) and they wouldn't have pick up until next Monday after 5pm. The owner is a sweet lady but I can't do business where it takes too long to pick up. read more

Amazing people run it. Been going here for years. They also do alterations and we have never been disappointed. Once I accidentally threw a pair of my husbands boxers in and they dry cleaned and pressed them at no charge lol. read more

I had an appointment at 5pm. Waited around til 5:20 and someone finally apologized for the wait. At 5:30 I got up and left. How unprofessional! What is the point of booking an appointment if you're going to help anyone who walks in and make whoever else had an appointment already a second priority. This was my first time ever coming here and I am beyond disappointed. I won't ever come back, had to go find som other place last minute! Just insane. read more

This is a good option, one of the better overall places in the AV. Drop off was simple, the cashier was super friendly, they accept Apple/Android Pay last time I checked, they're open later than most places and the time to clean and pickup for standard service was decent. It helps because I don't get off work until after 6pm sometimes and many places are closed by then; at Silver Hanger I can still pickup my stuff during the week by 7pm, which helps. I deducted a star, however, due to the prices; they could be more competitive. In comparison with George's cleaners in Lancaster (price per piece, as of Summer 2019): Slacks: 5.50 at Silver Hanger, compared to 5.75 at George's Dress Shirts, no starch: 4.00 at Silver Hanger, compared to 3.00 at George's Also - I didn't see a noticeable difference in cleanliness compared to other cleaners in the area (all have been pretty good). So while I'd rate it at 3.5 based on cost for what you get in return (although it may be necessary for them to compensate for being open later, idk), the customer service, mobile payments options and convenience within my work schedule bumped it up to 4 stars. However, you may rate it lower, especially if you clean a lot of dress shirts Iike I do, as the price will quickly add up. If you prefer to drive farther, leave work early to pickup clothes or deal with lesser customer service in exchange for saving a few bucks, I wouldn't blame you. read more

Fast Service Great pricing for uniforms! The starch lines are placed perfectly, and not off centered like many places (I'm pretty specific about my lines). I came in earlier and they had my uniform ready. They are absolutely amazing and very friendly here. read more

Received free cleaning as my items were not completed on time due to an employee coming down with COVID. Excellent service, and the cleaning was superb. read more

My favorite cleaners yet!! Ive bounced around with a few because of commute convenience but not any more. I want to clear some things up. This cleaner used to be located on Rancho Vista and 30th West next to Vons. They moved a few years ago and a completely different cleaners took over the location. (They Suck) I didnt realized they changed ownership and continued to take my clothes there. After losing a $200 pair of pants and taking no responsibility for it, i gave up on this place. Did some research and other customers are having the same problems. Come to find out my awesome Silver Hanger people moved to this location on N and 50th. All has been well ever since. read more

Our new puppy was teething and chewed on my beautiful Prada purse taking off some of the leather on the bottom :( I found this wonderful dry cleaning store that has a guy who repairs purses and am amazed and very happy with his work :) my Prada looks brand new again! Thank you!!! :D read more

Silver Hanger Cleaners - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Palmdale, California

I have been going to Silver Hanger Cleaners for months now and they do a great job dry cleaning, removing stains and altering my clothes. The lady at the front is always friendly and often she's there past 7pm. One time I was late and she unlocked the door to allow me to pick up my clothes. They also provide a discount for my work. I definitely recommend this dry cleaner. read more

I absolutely love their service! I recently had my pants hemmed and they came out perfectly. Thank you!

This place is amazing! I brought in my husbands professional shirts. Stains around the neck, under arms and on the front. These came out bright and brand new! I thought we were going to have to toss them or donate. They were so nice too. Super professional. I will only use this place for all my dry cleaning needs. Thank you so much!!! Very happy. read more

A huge "thank you" to Lee. I was a customer of hers three years ago and I was told she had moved out of the area. I was so happy to know she was still in Palmdale. She did something for me that she didn't need to do. Lee, if you read this, please know that was so kind and I really appreciated it. I highly recommend this place!! read more

Great service with reasonable prices! Recommend! Very professional and willing to ensure customer is happy!

The work was just mediocre, and the price was sky high. I've been in the AV for just about a year trying new businesses and found this place. They charge Beverly Hills prices doing East Palmdale work. $5.50 to dry-clean a shirt, $2.50 to launder a shirt. Way to high!!! read more

They are very accommodating! Left getting my bridesmaids dress tailored to the last minute and they did a great job! They altered my son's jeans perfectly too. Great customer dervice- highly recommend! read more

Great customer service! I took a bridesmaid's dress to be steamed because it had already been cleaned earlier in the year and the owner didn't charge me to steam it and freshen it up for the wedding I was in that weekend! That act of kindness was completely unexpected and very appreciated! You don't find quality customer service like that much these days and it definitely didn't go unnoticed. Highly recommend this business for your dry cleaning needs!! read more

Been going here for years. The absolute best cleaners in the AV, hands down!! Great customer service, good prices and quality cleaning. Don't waste your time going somewhere else!! read more

Beware! Ownership just changed, and the new people don't appear to know what they are doing, or anything about customer service. They took over about 2 weeks ago, and immediately jacked up the prices (my normal dry cleaning bill went up 40%!!). Nobody bothered to mention this when I dropped off my cleaning, and when I inquired about the huge price jump, I was told "You complain, I don't care. Prices haven't been raised in 25 years." Twice since they took over, I showed up to pick up my dry cleaning during posted hours only to find the store closed, with no explanation. When I came in to pick up my clothes it took the guy 5 minutes to find my order. The previous owners had a seemingly bulletproof system, but these guys felt compelled to change it. I won't ever go there again, at least until these guys go out of business, which I predict won't take long. read more

Best in town. Clothes come back clean, spotless, nicely pressed, free of pet hair and without any chemical smell and the person who does their alternations (hems, zippers, etc.) is fantastic. A bit pricey, but clothes are expensive and I don't mind paying a bit more to know that my favorite items will be well cared for and come back like new. A little annoying that as a customer for almost 20 years they won't take my checks anymore because of a few bad apples, but this is not enough of an inconvenience to warrant making a change. read more
