I didn't have time to find a coin operated laundry mat so I text Chris, the owner of Cj's Drycleaners and he responded right away saying he could accommodate all the bags of laundry I had, including rugs. I had 4 large bags and they had it done the same day and I picked them up the following morning. Everything was so nice and clean, and folded! I was only charged $100. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because the 2nd time I brought the same amount of laundry, this time there was a large expensive pillow included but I was charged approx $140 for the same amount and the pillow was not only still wet, it was damaged on both ends and it's not so comfortable anymore. Not only that, much of the laundry was still wet and they forgot to give me an entire bag that had all my towels and dishcloths. I'm also missing at least one pair of jeans and I have a feeling there is more missing that I haven't discovered yet. Overall, the service is wonderful and they did an amazing job the first time. Perhaps this was a hiccup, it happens but I wanted to give them another shot before reviewing.

I called and spoke with Emily, who asked us to bring the pants in. When my son did, he was told it was a cigarette burn and that nothing would be done about it. Frustrated, I called back and spoke with Roxanne, explained the situation, and emphasized that the pants were brand new. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she hung up on me three times. This is not just about the money--although seven pairs of pants at $35 each being ruined is significant--it's about customer service and accountability. A simple acknowledgment or willingness to work toward a solution would have gone a long way. Instead, we were met with denial and disrespect. Well, they took an iron to the fabric and burnt it. It's now crispy and full of burn holes and entirely ruined. The worse part is that they said nothing when I came to pick them up. They charged me the full mending fee and forgot to mentioned that they ruined the garment. The value is poor. They should have comped the service for a better value. I wouldn't mind a replacement garment either. It was a beautiful garment and I am so sad.

I get a call and realize I forget to get my suit from them as soon as I see who is calling me. When I answered the call, the lady on the phone doesn't ask how I am, she justs asks if this is me. (Okay, that's no big deal). I said, after realizing I had forgotten my suit there, "I'm sorry, I completely forgot... be right there to pick it up." Before I finish she goes: "You have clothes here we are gonna sell them." I said, "Excuse me, you're not gonna sell my clothes." I go on to tell her they have just lost a customer who had been loyal and doing business with them for almost 5 years. This was the forst time I had ever forgotten my clothes there. I get to the store, now upset, and the lady tells me it's their policy. I go on to explain to her the notion of customer service and good business practices - that you don't push your customers away over a simple mistake or forgetting something. She wasn't having it, but referred me to their policy... I get the policy... they don't want folk leaving things there long periords of time. I get it... HOWEVER... when a customer who has used your services for so long forgets (due to circumstances beyond my control) this is the wrong approach and the conversation should never have started with "We're gonna sell your clothes." I got my clothes and left. Will find anotehr cleaners locally. Find another cleaners who have a better sense of Customer Service, and who values long-term business. These people obviously do not.
