My son washed his expensive white suit with colored clothes. His suit turned pink. I took a chance brought it to the cleaners to see if they could get the pink out which had settled in the fabric. The lady at the cleaners told me that she would do her best but don't get my hopes up. When I went to pick up my sons suit it was white as snow. I was so happy. They really saved the day. I am now very disappointed with Dryclean Express (Lancaster). They ruined two of my garments and completely ignored my inquiry about how they would remedy the situation. I waited for nearly six weeks without any response before finally going in to retrieve my items. After that, I began texting the owner directly, but they still did not respond. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. While I will admit they do good work most of the time, the owner's integrity is now in question. A lack of communication and accountability is no way to treat customers. They've just lost a loyal customer because of this experience. read more

I saw all the one-star reviews and had to add my two cents. I understand some people have bad experiences and want to rant, but other people have a consistent, great experience and take it for granted. I wear business suits 5 days a week in a job I've had over 10 years. In the hot AV, the equals a lot of dry cleaning. These guys have the fastest turn-around in the AV. But that's not why I use them. I use them because they clean well and they press their suits well. Other places don't line up the seams right on the pants, or have the press too hot, which makes the job quicker for them, but damages the fabric and gives it a sheen that makes it look bad. I'd rather pay retail rates and get it done right, than chase after places that advertise a lower price per piece (which they won't honor for suits anyway). I have also used them for alterations/tailoring will good results. The seamstress is usually only around M-F 10-1, and tends to leave early, so call ahead. She sets her own prices, so if she's not in, they might not give you the correct price when you drop it off. The prices are always higher than what you think it should cost, but I've shopped around and haven't found a better option. read more

Spoke with owner over the phone I explained to him, he said I will give you a called as soon as I get to see the problem. It's been 1 month 1/2 . Wish I can give zero stars!!!! I took two pairs of my Banana Republic palazzo pants to be DRY cleaned and also have the waist extended by adding an extra button. It appears they washed it and dried it or maybe the machine tripped out and of course the pants shrunk. I took it back and the owner's first question to me was how old are the pants. Then he said it's the machine, it's not our fault. Then he said everything has a life. He then proceeded to measure the pants I was wearing to basically check and see if I was lying when I say they shrunk my pants. The fact is, when I brought in the pants they fit me and when I got them back, they didn't. Instead of owning their mistake and offering to pay for my damaged pants they tried to stretch out the pants. They can no longer be zipped up. COMPLETELY RUINED. If you want your clothing DAMAGED with no compensation or even an apology, bring your clothing here, they are great at that. He never even offered to give me back money for the cleaning that ruined it, nothing. read more

This place is fantastic. Quick turnaround and arguably the best seamstress in the AV area. Their prices are reasonable for the quality and service. I have had more trouble than its worth coming here. I have uniforms that I bring in. One they left a huge spot on pants and wouldn't refund me. Then had buttons that came off, took to have fixed. Picked up, got to work and the button is holding on by a safety pin. Went back in, complained. They said will fix it, 4 days later picked up. Went to work, same freaking thing happened. And now a button is missing of another area. Called and of course manager wasn't there. Don't trust this cleaners. Employees are rude and worthless. read more

The worst service at this place. I was told price I was going to pay for 3 items, one being hemming of a bridesmaid dress and when I got there to pick it up, it cost me almost $100 to get my things. That is ridiculous! On top of that they ruined a pair of my pants with bleach! How can I give negative stars? Worst dry cleaners EVER! Stay away from this place at all costs. The owner Mike is a disrespectful human being. I left an item for service and was supposed to be picked up couple days later. Showed up and it was "missing". Came back another couple days later. Still missing. Gave them a week and still "missing" I finally get a call stating that it's miraculously ready ten minutes after I walk out. Only to pick up the item severely DAMAGED!! This was a brand NEW item, it was torn, burned and resewed noticeably to "fix" their damage. When confronted, he got into the face of my wife and began yelling at the top his lungs cussing and shouting saying he will not refund for the service or damage. What kind of an owner is that? And infront of kids as well!!! No respect for a women or kids. There's a special place in hell for people like this. Great customer service. Fast turnaround time. And the clothes smell like... clothes. I've tried a few places that have returned my clothing to me with that putrid dry-cleaning smell and there isn't enough perfume in the world that can cover it up. I like coming here because I know the quality of the cleaning (dry cleaning and regular was) is superb. I've also been extremely satisfied with any mending and repairs I've needed. The first time I went here it was great. The second time, I had a pair of pants altered and the left leg opening was definitely smaller than the right to the point where I could barely fit my foot through it. I wanted the opening to be smaller, and I think I went a quarter inch or so too small, which is my fault, but the right opening is usable. They shortened a dress shirt of mine as well and now the sleeve at the cuff billows our strangely. Really disappointed, won't come back. Would ask for a refund before posting this but they closed, so I can't. read more

Horrible place. I took my work uniform here in perfect good condition. When I picked up my items my zipper was broke on my sweater which they didn't notify me about. I called them and they said bring it in and they would fix it for free since they broke it. Well today 5/13/2016 they just called me to say they are not responsible for breaking my zipper and I would have to pay for it. Why should I have to pay for something I brought to you in good condition. Never will my family use this place again. read more

Horrible customer service. The woman at the front counter is rude. I tried twice to take a dress in to be altered. The first time she said the alterations person only worked 10am-1pm. So I tried to come in at 11am the next day and was told she left early because she finished her work for the day and to try back other day. First time trying out this dry cleaners and was a bit taken off guard on the price. They charged me $26 for 4 clothing pieces (which were brand new) that only needed to be pressed. Maybe not the greatest price range if you're looking to find a affordable place to dry clean. read more

Do not get your alterations done at this location. I took two of my business suits to them to get altered. Suit one I needed done within 5 days for a business meeting out of town, I doubled checked with the girl who helped me to see if this was enough time to do the alteration and she assured me there was plenty of time. She even made my ticket pick up date for a day earlier then I needed it. When I went to pick it up the morning I was leaving town my suit was not even started on, the owner tired to get me to leave the suit and come back and pick it up, but I didn't have the time to go back there and besides I didn't want them to rush and do a crappy job, so I just took that suit home with no alterations. The other suit I had explained I didn't need for another week or two and I would be back to get it. When I was quoted the price for the second suit alteration it was 31.00, when I went to pick it up they charged me 46.50. I asked the owner Mike why is this $15 more then I was originally told? Mike said they called me to confirm the additional pricing and I said it was ok. Sadly they never called or left me a message to ask if this was ok for the additional alterations. I would have remembered. Unfortunately, with having two concerns in the matter of two weeks I will never go to them for any services. read more

This place is awesome! I call to see how much it cost and it starts with 3.80ish for clean and dry, dress pants. Which is not bad compare to other places. It was quick and easy, PLUS they will have it ready the NEXT DAY with no extra charge! I would defiantly recommend this place. (They email me when it was ready) read more
