I knew what length my child's legs are and how long I wanted the pant leg to be. The lady decided to attempt to train me on how to do her job instead of providing the service she offers. After I told her I was confused by what she was attempting to explain to me she tells me I confused her. So I politely informed her that I'd be going some place else. The odor threw me off when I walked in but I still had faith..I won't be going back nor suggesting anyone go there unless they plan on attending a course in hemming. read more

I brought in 2 pairs of pants for work that fit me long and they did an amazing job at leaving it at a length where I can use heels or tennis shoes with them. I dropped them off on a Saturday and by Tuesday they were ready! Excellent customer service. I definitely recommend! read more

This cleaners is very UNPROFESSIONAL.... They told me to bring my ball gown to be steamed and it would be done the next day at 5 pm. I arrived at 5 pm my dress had never been touched. Then they asked if I can come at 5:30 . My dress is still wrinkled and the shawl piece not steamed at all upon my SECOND arrival. Then I had to pay an eye a $20 for them to half way steam my shawl and while waiting Cleaner complains that the material of dress is the reason she couldn't steam it. But the day before when she took my FIRST payment and my dress she assured that she does these dresses all the time and it would be ready... I called earlier on the day of pick up 4 hours before my first initial pickup time to make sure my items would be completed and again I was assured it would be. This CLEANERS is the absolute worst cleaners I have ever went to and I would not recommend it for anyone. read more

I went to this place to get my blazer dry cleaned and when i got it back, it smelled like dirty, musty sweat and when i went to complain, the lady in the front was very rude, very argumentative. Overall it was a very bad experience and i do not recommend to come here to get your clothes dry cleaned if you don't want your clothes smelling disgusting. read more

Let me start off by saying this place has great customer service. So I've used another store in the past but let's just say I had to part ways with them. So here I am looking for a new place, I walk in this place and they act like if they need you and want you as a customer. Very shocked and happy at the same time. After I have her what I wanted to be done she asked me if I would be her customer, I gladly agreed.... so fast forward and the third time coming here... I'm glad that I found this place. What cleaners doesn't open on Christmas Eve without posting its business hours? This cleaners apparently doesn't use customer service as its drive to enlist and retain business from its customers. In 28 years of using dry cleaning services in Palmdale, this is the first cleaners to have the audacity to hold or close hostage and not open for some (minimal) hours of service before a national holiday. If you're looking for a dependable cleaners, this is NOT it!!! When I asked the staff why holiday hours were not posted in advance for their customers -- their response was a shrugged, "I'm not the owner". There were also other issues in over a 6 week period where incorrect clothing was in my order or an item missing entirely. read more

They did a great job cleaning my white down comforter, no musty smell and it was spotless. The lady at the counter was super quick and nice.

I don't like writing negative reviews, but I was forced to write this. Long story short, I took 3 pair expensive wool dess pants here to be cleaned, and she shrunk them up. Since there was enough hem space for them to be let out, I asked that she do that in addition to the small credit she offered. Get the pants back and she's shrunk them so much, she had to use hem tape. When confronted, she dead a$$ told me I complain too much. Four other pairs of dress pants were not cleaned at all. I purposefully marked them and got them back the same way I dropped them off. It's the attitude for me. Like, I shouldn't be upset that you ruined my clothes. DO NOT TAKE YOUR STUFF HERE IF YOU VALUE IT! read more

I was a little sketch using their services at first but Leo is an awesome person!! I had to leave to Mexico in emergency and he called to deliver and I was out of town. I came back with so much on my plate that I forgot about the blanket. I called him and he brought it back within 30 minutes last minute notice!! They are definitely my go to dry cleaners!! This place steals your clothes! No courtesy of calling the customer before they decide to pick out of your clothes and sale it! I left a very special dress with two other tuxedos. When I went to go Pick up my clothes they didn't mention to me that my dress was not included with my clothes ! I didn't come to find out until I arrived home! After I paid for full total including the dress. I called immediately and the lady said oh sorry yes it's back here. I told her ok I will go pick up . When I went to pick it up she said it Was a misunderstanding that it was not my dress! I was told that leaving clothes past 30 days they get rid of it . I was very upset because why weren't the rest of my clothes taken . It was only my dress! Very unprofessional they stole my dress and my money by still charging me for it! I requested to speak to the manager/ owner he didn't return my call until i kept calling a week later ! shows how much customer satisfaction is for him! Finally spoke to him and he was going to try to help me and supposedly get back to me and he didn't ! I tried calling back and he never called me back! Nor did I get a refund on dry cleaning the dress that is no longer in my possession! They are liars and steal your clothing they know they can profit out of and Dnt care about customer satisfaction! This place is the worst place to bring your clothes. I highly suggest you take your clothes else where, horrible service, messed up my head beanies and didn't take responsibility and tried to charge me more. Had no respect for me the customer I will never come back luckily they didn't mess up my jersey such a waste of time and money to come here. The owner is a straight B***h all I wanted was for her to fix them and she acted like a brought them to her messed up.
