I'm like cool, there are many other places who want my business and who will do a good job he doesn't have to worry about me bringing my items there or referring my family or friends to this dry cleaners. Besides the cost that they charge you, it's ridiculous. Unfortunately, this is why I go down to LA for a lot of things because up here they try and gouge you and it's unfortunate. Be very leery about taking your items here if it's a pair of jeans or T-shirts maybe but can be Larry because the time I was there they lost someone's clothes and couldn't find them and told the lady to come back in a couple of days.

I didn't have time to find a coin operated laundry mat so I text Chris, the owner of Cj's Drycleaners and he responded right away saying he could accommodate all the bags of laundry I had, including rugs. I had 4 large bags and they had it done the same day and I picked them up the following morning. Everything was so nice and clean, and folded! I was only charged $100. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because the 2nd time I brought the same amount of laundry, this time there was a large expensive pillow included but I was charged approx $140 for the same amount and the pillow was not only still wet, it was damaged on both ends and it's not so comfortable anymore. Not only that, much of the laundry was still wet and they forgot to give me an entire bag that had all my towels and dishcloths. I'm also missing at least one pair of jeans and I have a feeling there is more missing that I haven't discovered yet. Overall, the service is wonderful and they did an amazing job the first time. Perhaps this was a hiccup, it happens but I wanted to give them another shot before reviewing.

I wasn't upset I figured we're human. So I went back explained what happened figuring they would happily take care of it. After all it wasn't just one pant leg. Smh they asked me to leave my pants and they would have the owner call me. I never got a call back. So I went back a few days later and they haven't fixed the pants and still no owner. They said I can pay to have them done again, and I explained they shouldn't have come apart and I don't want to pay every 6 month to fix my pants. It should be a one time thing. The Person helping me explained they would do it on a different machine so it wouldn't have the issue again. To me that's saying they used the wrong machine in the first place. The person helping me couldn't make any decisions and instead of waiting for the owner that never called me. I just left with my pants still not done and asked for someone to call me. Finally the owner Margarita/manager called me. She was rude and just said it was my fault it's the way I washed my cloths. I explained I never had cloths come apart before even stuff that had be altered in the past. She didn't seem to care at all. All she wanted was $$$$ for bad work in my opinion. When clothes are not ready on time staff will tell you their delivery truck is running behind and it will be ready tomorrow. Then you show up the next day and it's still not there. A couple of times I have had to go back three or four times to get all of my clothes because only certain pieces will be ready at different times even though they gave me a pick up date where everything will be ready. I definitely would not recommend these cleaners if you expect to have your clothes back promptly

I never take my clothes to dry cleaners but a friend suggested this dry cleaners and I needed one of my suits cleaned so I gave it a shot and I was sooooo happy that I did, they cleaned my suit and it looked brand new I've never went to another dry cleaners, if your in Palmdale you have to check this dry cleaners out, they have the best customer service! Note that the seamstress is only available Monday-Friday and the staff asks you when you would like your clothing by. Unfortunately if it is less than a week, they won't be able to reach that deadline due to a large stack of other clothings needed to be altered (they showed us the stack that the seamstress had to do). We at least asked for a quote estimate for a trim and they needed to know some specifics such as the length of dress, etc. which I found weird because I feel like pricing shouldn't go up just because you're cutting a few inches more. After we showed them the dress, we got quoted a pretty high price in our opinion. Ontop of that we needed a dress trimmed in 3 days so we walked out. I'd recommend this spot for dry cleaning but for alterations I say to make sure you have plenty of time, money, and are flexible.

It was actually my wife's pant that we needed but it's nice that she cared enough to do that. Also on Christmas Eve, she called to remind me that they were closing early in case I needed my clothes for Christmas. I had forgotten and I did need my clothes so I really appreciated that. There are places you go where they just seem to just want your money, here they seem to genuinely care about you. I highly recommend this place, they also do really quality work.
