Evening time staff was horrible. When I went there in morning time, the staff member was very kind. He helped me measure the length by pinning the pants and assisted me through the process. However, when I came back at 5pm, he told me to take the pins home and measure the length myself and come back next time-- even though I went there with my pants on . Even, When I visited the Lancaster branch before, the staff there kindly pinned the hem for me and helped me try them on. I honestly found that very frustrating and disappointing. Dropped off two pants and two shirts to be dry, cleaned and pressed. Nothing was pressed. Had to drive to Lancaster to get my pants pressed and take my shirts elsewhere to get them pressed. Cost such an inconvenience, but the manager Danny promised me a credit for next time. Didn't go back for a while, but decided to give him another chance spent almost $100 with zero credit. It's not about the money it's about customer service. Highly disappointed now I have to go find a different dry cleaner. read more

After many years of using George's cleaners I'm looking for a new better place that provides better customer service. I had to toss a stained shirt that I was unaware of it having stains to begin with. When I mentioned this to Kyle he gave me this unexpected response. He said you should of mentioned the stains, then we could have treated it with chemicals. I said if I knew I was bringing a stained shirt I've would've said that but I was not aware of the stain. I thought the cleaners were supposed to bring this to my attention then I could of made a decision as to treatment or not to clean it. I found out after I put my suit on and was upset since I had already taken it out of the plastic. Kyle tells me we don't notify customers because thier ok with us cleaning the shirt with stains. What?? Who spends money and as expensive dry cleaning has become on stained shirts? ? I told him that I'm not ok with that.Needless to say this was the last straw. I told him my clothes are of good quality and I don't bring stained garments knowingly and throw money away. I am really disappointed in this place. I have been going here since 2018 spent likely $1000s and have brought in my professional business suits, comforters, pillowcases, designer jeans etc. I have never had any issues with them until now. I brought in a very expensive urban street hoodie and specifically told them what to fix on it which was a small orange stain. When I was notified the sweater was ready not only was it not the way I brought it in but it was awfully faded, the color bled on the white letters on the sweater. Also the staff said I was supposed to tell them .. the PROFESSIONALS how to dry clean the piece of clothing. That further confused me because isn't that why I'm bringing it to the cleaners in the first place? Anyway, When I noticed the fading and messed up letters and brought it up to the staff he initially tried gaslighting me which btw is condescending and poor customer service pretending he couldn't see anything. Then initially I was going to have them try to "fix it" and drove off. Then I read the receipt and on the back it says the "policy" which states they aren't responsible for fading of clothing. I just didn't want to be more upset then I already was and took my sweater back then once again the rude staff mentioned well my "friend has a pink one and hers didn't do this" LIKE DID I ASK YOU and what are you insinuating bro! please either re-train this dude so you don't lose anymore quality customers who spend a lot of money here because I will never come back to this place again and luckily I won't go further and complain to the BBB or even worse California department of consumer affairs to this was not right at all! read more

They lost $300+ worth of my bedding and the owner doesn't even have the decency to call me back, let alone give me partial payment for the items they lost. DO NOT TAKE YOUR STUFF HERE!!!!!!!! I went to pick up 2 of my Queen feather down comforters, which I have cleaned here regularly, and when I got home I realized they were not mine. I phoned the tierra subida location and she explained that she couldn't do anything and would have her manager call me. Danny did call me the next day and over the process of several weeks never called me again to give me any updates. I was always calling or texting him trying to get info. After the first week and a half I was asked to return the comforters I had received so I could get the $60 cleaning fee refunded, to which I did. The next time I contacted Danny he claimed I had picked up another set of comforters that same day as the return and told me they couldn't be wrong twice. I explained that I was never given another set of comforters, just the cleaning fee refund upon return of the wrong comforters and he should check his cameras. I then asked to be in contact with the owner to which he would not give me any contact info and I told him I would go to the Lancaster location myself to speak with them. I did visit the Lancaster location to which the employees apologized and took my info to put on the board for the owner and until this day I have never received a call! It's been 2 months!!! If I could leave ZERO stars I would. We dropped off clothes for the "fluff and fold" which is supposed to be a wash, dry and fold service. We paid $75 to have several hundred dollars worth of clothes ruined. Delicates we asked not to be dried were dried and shrunk. Others came back with stains. Some looked as if they weren't even washed. Horrible service don't use this place unless you want your stuff ruined. read more

When using Georges cleaners since 1994 due to the ROTC program love them but know what to do without them. Very professional and reliable.

The service was fast. I got the fluff and fold as I was in town for work. When I opened up the package my clothes were not folded very well at all. Everything was wrinkled and my undershirts and boxers were just layered on top of each other. My shirts were not folded either. I guess they just did the fluff part and not the fold. I'm going to have to iron everything or re wash. For $3 per pound I expected a little better service. read more
