She was recommended by the Bridal Shop that I purchased my dress, and I was lucky enough to secure appointments in store. For my first fitting, I especially appreciated that she explained each alteration that needed to be done and why, along with additional info/details regarding the fabric itself, and how it behaves. She also provided recommendations for certain things, that made it clear she's very experienced in this area. The bodice on my dress had to be taken in a little bit, and Alice made a point of asking if I wanted regular bra cups or push-up bra cups sewn in. I would normally have gone with the regular cups, but she mentioned that the push bra cups help make the bust look fuller on the outside for photos, whereas the regular cups would make it look flat. It's the details like this that distinguish a good job and a great job. I absolutely recommend hiring Alice, my dress looked amazing and she is wonderful!

I'm like cool, there are many other places who want my business and who will do a good job he doesn't have to worry about me bringing my items there or referring my family or friends to this dry cleaners. Besides the cost that they charge you, it's ridiculous. Unfortunately, this is why I go down to LA for a lot of things because up here they try and gouge you and it's unfortunate. What made this experience wonderful was the attention I got from the owner Zandy, absolutely the most kind and helpful person ever. I went in looking for an event dress. I found one I liked but had to alter it a bit because for me the dress was a little too risqué, immediately without hesitation she pulled the same dress with all the modifications I had planned to do if I would have bought the dress. Very elegant and very simple just how I love it! She had me try it on, fit like a glove. The team that works, there has incredible integrity, and I appreciate that. They could've taken my suit in and rushed it, leaving it looking untidy, but they did not, and instead gave me other options.
