They do an excellent job on all my dry cleaning needs. Prices are reasonable and the turn around time is about 2 to 3 days, depending on how many items I bring for wash or dry cleaning. The ladies working there are extremely helpful and friendly. Service with a smile goes a long way and for me, that's a plus. Will keep bringing my business to this place, it is very close to home and so far, my experience has been great.

Note that the seamstress is only available Monday-Friday and the staff asks you when you would like your clothing by. Unfortunately if it is less than a week, they won't be able to reach that deadline due to a large stack of other clothings needed to be altered (they showed us the stack that the seamstress had to do). We at least asked for a quote estimate for a trim and they needed to know some specifics such as the length of dress, etc. which I found weird because I feel like pricing shouldn't go up just because you're cutting a few inches more. After we showed them the dress, we got quoted a pretty high price in our opinion. Ontop of that we needed a dress trimmed in 3 days so we walked out. I'd recommend this spot for dry cleaning but for alterations I say to make sure you have plenty of time, money, and are flexible.

There's clearly no system in place to keep track of customers' belongings. On top of that, the way they handled the situation was disappointing. No urgency, no real accountability. I'm like cool, there are many other places who want my business and who will do a good job he doesn't have to worry about me bringing my items there or referring my family or friends to this dry cleaners. Besides the cost that they charge you, it's ridiculous. Unfortunately, this is why I go down to LA for a lot of things because up here they try and gouge you and it's unfortunate. Be very leery about taking your items here if it's a pair of jeans or T-shirts maybe but can be Larry because the time I was there they lost someone's clothes and couldn't find them and told the lady to come back in a couple of days.
