    The dry cleaning on our clothes was good but I was not aware of the price about $6 per garment. I should have asked... lol but overall good!

I chose this location for its convenience, but unfortunately my recent experiences have been disappointing enough that I'm considering taking my business elsewhere. The main issue has been a noticeable decline in customer service, especially when addressing discrepancies. On a recent visit, I picked up a suit and three dress shirts. One of the shirts had a visible mark that I had already brought to their attention during a previous visit. I was told it would be taken care of, but when I picked it up days later, the issue had not been resolved. When I politely brought it up again, the response I received felt dismissive. The staff's tone, body language, and overall attitude came across as unprofessional and unwelcoming. I asked to speak with a manager, and while she did offer a refund, the interaction felt rushed and lacked the level of attentiveness I would expect--especially for a long-time customer. Additionally, I've noticed that basic cleaning standards don't seem inconsistent. For example, dirt on shirt collars that I've had successfully removed at other cleaners was left unaddressed here, with explanations that didn't align with my past experiences elsewhere. At over $40 for a suit and a few shirts, this service is not inexpensive, so I expect both quality results and respectful customer care. Instead, resolving issues has become inconvenient and time-consuming, including delays that have impacted my schedule. After two years of loyalty, it's frustrating to feel like concerns are not taken seriously. I've also noticed that similar concerns appear in other reviews, which suggests this may not be an isolated experience. I hope the business takes this feedback constructively, as there is clear potential--but as it stands, I'll likely be looking for a more reliable and customer-focused alternative.

    BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE What a BAD EXPERIENCE…read more First time and last time here! I had them hem 5 of my Dickie's paints and within about 6 month they all came apart. I wasn't upset I figured we're human. So I went back explained what happened figuring they would happily take care of it. After all it wasn't just one pant leg. Smh they asked me to leave my pants and they would have the owner call me. I never got a call back. So I went back a few days later and they haven't fixed the pants and still no owner. They said I can pay to have them done again, and I explained they shouldn't have come apart and I don't want to pay every 6 month to fix my pants. It should be a one time thing. The Person helping me explained they would do it on a different machine so it wouldn't have the issue again. To me that's saying they used the wrong machine in the first place. The person helping me couldn't make any decisions and instead of waiting for the owner that never called me. I just left with my pants still not done and asked for someone to call me. Finally the owner Margarita/manager called me. She was rude and just said it was my fault it's the way I washed my cloths. I explained I never had cloths come apart before even stuff that had be altered in the past. She didn't seem to care at all. All she wanted was $$$$ for bad work in my opinion. Customer service was definitely NOT there for me!
