They charged me the full mending fee and forgot to mentioned that they ruined the garment. The value is poor. They should have comped the service for a better value. I wouldn't mind a replacement garment either. It was a beautiful garment and I am so sad.

I didn't have time to find a coin operated laundry mat so I text Chris, the owner of Cj's Drycleaners and he responded right away saying he could accommodate all the bags of laundry I had, including rugs. I had 4 large bags and they had it done the same day and I picked them up the following morning. Everything was so nice and clean, and folded! I was only charged $100. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because the 2nd time I brought the same amount of laundry, this time there was a large expensive pillow included but I was charged approx $140 for the same amount and the pillow was not only still wet, it was damaged on both ends and it's not so comfortable anymore. Not only that, much of the laundry was still wet and they forgot to give me an entire bag that had all my towels and dishcloths. I'm also missing at least one pair of jeans and I have a feeling there is more missing that I haven't discovered yet. Overall, the service is wonderful and they did an amazing job the first time. Perhaps this was a hiccup, it happens but I wanted to give them another shot before reviewing.

Before trying out this business I had a glimpse of the reviews and should have really taken that into consideration. To make this easy lets just say I brought in a couple of clothing items that were pretty expensive in hopes of getting them altered. After almost 10 days I reached out to get a status update and find out they completely lost them. I ended up going in person and one of the associates explained how they must have gotten mixed up with a delivery and were lost. At first I wasn't as frustrated because I understand stuff like this happens. I tried helping the business try and find a location that maybe had them to see if I could help find my missing items. The young man had no idea what places would have them and connected me with one of the tailors (his mom) to see if she would have a better idea. Well this is where the story takes a turn. The young man gave me some advice on how to interact with his mother, which I thought was strange. At first, she was apologetic for losing my items but as soon as I mentioned helping to find them her mood instantly changed. Fast forward a week I have been going back and forth with this lady trying to see of any places that would have my clothes and it got no where. I was able to get a compensation of the amount for which my clothes was worth but what's really annoying is that there are countless reviews that have the same story. As much as I am to blame for trusting this business it really annoys me how unprofessional a place could be when their entire business is built on trust. What makes the entire situation even worse is that I was more than willing to work with them to find a solution. I was patient, i tried to help, and i gave them the benefit of the doubt when they lost my clothes. Instead of appreciating that and handling the situation professionally, I was left dealing with an associate who completely changed her attitude once the conversation became more complicated.
