Repulsive place, there was literal dog or cat poop inside washing machine #3. I moved my body pillow to a different washing machine but ending up leaving it there, no amount of laundry sanitizer would give me peace of mind if I kept that pillow. To top it off there was no soap at the handwashing station, the quarter slot wasn't working properly for some of the washing machines, the doors to the washing machines are FILTHY. All in all, horrible experience. I took my laundry out and went to a different laundromat to wash AGAIN because I was so disgusted by the conditions in this place. After my review two nights ago I went in to pick up my final load that they had to wash, which I dropped off prior to my posting. At which point I politely asked the girl for a contact number for her manager. She immediately said he will be calling me and that she saw my review... Called me a liar. And refused to replace my laundry bag which they broke... Which I had informed her of when I dropped of my laundry. Her response was "take it up with my boss, he will be calling you... Really this place is going down hill fast. I mean it was never the greatest but damn. If you can get the washers to take your money then you have to worry about if the water will run. There are signs that say hot and cold don't work yet warm does. How do you get warm water ???? From hot and cold... duh... and don't get me started on the dryers that don't heat up. I really like doing laundry here. They have a new laundry service (fluff and fold that is AMAZING and saves me so much time. The area where the laundry is used to be a little sketchy, but the owners have seriously cleaned it up and I feel so much better going to do my laundry there now. It is the only coin wash I use, HANDS DOWN. They are ALWAYS cleaning in there, so I know the fluff and fold will be just as clean as the self-serve laundry. 5 stars, I absolutely love this laundromat. This is my first time experience. The place is so clean! The Tennant's wear uniform shirts so you know who works there. She was also standing at the front making sure everyone was helped and didn't have a nasty unapproachable look. Again, it's so clean! Also it's nice and cool! The chairs are super clean and we'll kept I am just... So impressed with this place! There is a small seperate room with a vending machine and a few games, the washers are seperates by signs. I have not been in a laundromat in forever. I just moved and my current washer and dryer will not fit through my laundry room door....so, I had to go the laundromat. I did not know what to expect. Good Scents Laundry is great, and the onsite attendant is very present and keeps the place very nice and clean. Until I get a new washer and dryer, I will be going here. I will probably go to here when I need to wash comforters and blankets after I get up and running at home. read more

We've used Good Scents for quite awhile now. They added a wash-and-fold service fairly recently, and sometimes we use that when we're pressed for time. Overall, the value is good, and we haven't had an issue up until today, where we received a call from the woman working at the time (around 7:30pm PDT, Tuesday 7-14-20) stating that our laundry "smelled" and that "none of the girls wanted to fold it." Our first question was "well, did you use detergent?" but out of politeness we didn't say that over the phone. Instead we went in to pick it up, found that our laundry had been sitting unattended in one of the large dryers for some time, and was told to fold it ourselves by the woman on duty at the time. This is a stark contrast to the service we have received before, which was only ever positive. Our feeling is that the woman working there just didn't want to fold our laundry. Laziness perhaps. We pre-treat all of our laundry before bringing it over, and have never received a smell complaint before. If you plan on using their wash-and-fold, beware. Update: we received a phone call this morning informing us that our money had been refunded along with an apology for the service we received. I did not expect such a prompt response (or any response at all) but I am amazed and humbled. Thank you Good Scents for your consideration. read more

This place has gone down hill. It used to be really clean with machines in great working order. I started coming back here a few months ago because I felt this was a great laundromat. I can't believe it is the same place. Every other machine is out of order and for the amount of people that come here that is unacceptable. The owners seemed to have abandoned the quality that they initially bestowed upon this place. No bathroom for patrons, the floors are disgusting, and as I mentioned every other machine is broken. I asked the attendant for .75 cents back because I put money in a dryer that wasn't marked out of order she said she couldn't reimburse me but .25... smh.... During Covid-19 you would expect a certain level of cleanliness in a place that facilitates cleaning... Hmm guess not. I shriek with disgust when an article of clothing hits the floor. I must say the attendants that work here are decent in character I suppose but the quality of the establishment has suffered tremendously. I guess today is my last time coming here... It is a task to find a decent place to wash clothes in Lancaster. I have never been so disappointed in a professional laundry service before. I have been dealing with several issues at home, which involved laundering my clothes and bedding. I wear black leggings as my regular attire, and each pair of leggings cost me over $50 each. I count my leggings before I give them to the laundry service. Well, good ol Good Scents laundry, took it upon themselves to steal 3 pairs of my newest leggings. I will never take my laundry there again. I do not trust the people that work there. I went to this place at around 8 o'clock at night and found ample parking. There was a security guard outside because most of the stores surrounding the laundry that were closed. I feel very safe. The place was very clean. A lady was cleaning the entire time. I didn't understand how one of the machines work so I asked her for help and she came over and help me with a smile. The people who do their laundry there are super nice, the lady that works there doesn't care about the safety of others just trying to have clean clothes during covid 19. Her mask was off multiple times she pulled it down to talk rudely to people. She tried to mop during a PEEK hour when ALL dryers and most most washers were being used. Most of us kept going in and out so that we aren't crowding the place because you know there's covid outside. She blocked the door to my deaf husband and baby when they were trying to get out since my son can't wear a mask we don't want him in there longer than needed. When I tried to get out she said wow that's what they taught you to do walk on a wet floor wow. I said oh I'm sorry I was trying- and she cut me off and just said okay whatever.
