To expensive! It used to be 15 minutes of dry time for 1 quarter back when it was Sandy's coin wash. After it became sudz it went down to 5 minutes per quarter and the dryers don't get as hot as they should. It takes at least 6 quarters to dry a load. read more

I do not like the fact that they will remove your clothes from the washing machine if you leave them there for more than 5 seconds, I do not like somebody touching my undergarments or my clothes in general! The woman working was cleaning the machines a lot but did not speak any English and I had to use talk-to-text for everything, there was a cockroach crawling on the floor just having a grand old time, When I accidentally put my laundry detergent in the fabric softener area the woman said I would have to pay the $6.50 fee to just run the cycle ‍ there was a woman drying her clothes right next to me and she said that her clothes were in the dryer for 45 minutes on hot and her clothes were still really wet, Thank God I was only there to wash my clothes, I have a dryer at home that works my washing machine broke down that's the only reason why I was there, never again will I go there and I do not suggest anyone go there unless you want your clothes pulled out of the washing machine after 2.2 seconds read more

I went to this place for the second time and was not able to do my wash the machines would not take my cards and when I had to go to the bank and return because all my laundry was already in the washers I went back with cash and the change machines did not work they close at 10 but the tenant would not let me put wash in after 6pm this place sucks nothing works and the tenant just doesn't care read more

Place is stupid and garbage. Lazy workers that work here i come at 8:30pm when they CLOSE AT 10PM and he tell me i cant wash when it doesnt even take 1 hour to wash then he says "because he cleaned them." Ok? Thats your job. This place should be shut down. The machines cost 2.25 (white machine) and it does not fill all the way up!! My son and I do our laundry here twice a month. The prices are fair. You gotta come at a time where it's not extremely busy, usually we come Tuesday-Thursday. They thoroughly clean the whole place EVERY night before closing, but most patrons seem to create huge messes. I honestly feel bad for the woman who cleans every night, and even discussed her frustrations about the lack of respect people have for the business. The only negative, which I DO NOT place this on the business itself, I believe it's just the majority of the patrons and the cigarette store next door, you have a lot of unsavory people that hang out in the front, usually pan-handling for money. Other then that, my visits here are usually nice and sometimes quiet, which I we prefer. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. The only good thing I can say about this laundry mat is that it's clean. Other than that the person that is there cleaning it, I don't know if he is the owner or not but he is very rude. If you are there at 8 pm and folding your clothes he is basically pushing you out the door even though they close at 10. If he sees washers or dryers stopped even if there are plenty to be used he is hounding you to get your clothes. My wife and I go here just because it's clean. But if there were other laundry mat closer that were clean then I would stop going to this one. Also he waits to see if the females are with a man and if the man is away that is when he decides is the perfect time to talk to the females. Very unprofessional. read more

I went to Sudz on an early Saturday morning around 7:30ish. It wasn't crowded and it was pretty quiet. The place could be cleaner & I never saw an attendant. Not sure if this is the norm but the smallest washer was 2.25- seemed pricey. read more

Always come here..live right around the corner. I wash the same amount of whites clothes cause I don't even have that much! The washer stop and she said it was overloaded! I took some out then put them back in and the washer started to work!! But she said I can't do that..so she stoped the washer so I had to take my whites out of the washer got water everywhere and send the other lady that was working to clean it up!! I won't be coming here no more!!! Very rude lady and plus she couldn't even help the girl pick it up!! Instead just watch her!!! read more
