It's a decent laundromat. However the dryers get insanely busy and your having to wait for them. Reason being is because there is people like this who take up multiple dryers for 1 to 3 articles of clothing, seriously? Semi-Luckily an employee saw me standing there waiting and told the lady, that was taking up to 6 dryers for literally 1 to 3 clothing articles each, to move her clothing together. But the customer just ended up moving one of the clothing items into another dryer that only had 2 items in it. She still had 5 dryers with barely anything in them. Have some human decency & respect for others!! read more

I was in this laundromat yesterday. 10:15am to 12:40. Two young women. A child. And thier puppy was in there running around without a leash. The young women were Not wearing masks. I questioned the younger worker why they were allowed inside without a mask. She said she asked them to wear masks. But they did not want to. Then stated she was on the phone. Basically Dismissed me. I am an older person. Disabled. I felt threatened to ask the women to put on a mask. I wear my mask always out in public. I see other businesses requiring masks. What happened is not right. I love this laundromat. Hopefully I do not see this again. read more

Got here at 9:30pm and they kicked me out because they were closing early when the sign in front of the store, in big letters says they close at 11pm. They will only stay open if there is a lot of people already washing in there. I guess one other person already washing is not enough to stay open for someone else. I like this laundry place. Been coming here for years. But every now and then you'll run across a few washers that have mildewed within. You usually have to take a whif of the machines before you wash to make sure that stagnant water on the inside doesn't get all over the clothes. Yuck. I accidentally washed a blanket in there without checking and sure enough, when I pulled the blanket out of the wash it smelled like mildewed garbage. I've been making this complaint for years since they got the new washers. It has something to do with them not flushing the plumbing lines often enough I was told. The old washing machines never did that. CHECK FIRST, BEFORE YOU WASH!!!! read more

I was in Aztec Laundromat today. I was just washing my clothes in peace, the older lady staff suddenly approached me and asked me to leave the laundromat. I asked her what I did wrong, she said I was taking pictures of dryers. I explained I was not taking pictures of dryers, I was putting light on my phone to see if there're dust or not inside dryer. Who wants to dry their newly washed clothes in dusty dryer? Then the old lady staff said I've been complaining about Aztec laundry every time I come. Well... I never complained to anyone in Aztec laundry, but I remember I asked this old lady staff to clean the dust inside the dryer because I saw a lot of dust in dryer. Then the staff said, "we clean up machines every night, if you don't like it, then leave." So, I didn't complain, I said "okay" and kept doing my stuff. This happened about a month ago. I think it was a normal conversation that can happen in every laundromat? But this old lady staff got upset suddenly, asked the younger lady staff to come, and they both told me I'm not allowed to use Aztec Laundry anymore. I was embarrassed and tried to explain. "I never complained in Aztec laundry, this is not reasonable and fair." The older lady even pushed me to get out of their laundromat. I felt threatened and had to call 911 to solve this issue peacefully. But police didn't show up after one hour and I had to leave laundromat. I still don't know why these staff got so upset suddenly. Maybe it's Asian hate and I'm not even Chinese. I hope people stop being so rude and ignorant without reasonable reason. read more

12 minutes ago This place is very convenient and affordable however the keeper of this place is a lady very rude, I had 3 problems with her already. The first time one of the little machines got stuck which it was my fault for putting to much soap on it, I called the number listed on the wall and she answered and would not help me all she said was , well you put too much soap and I'm busy right now so just put downy and water in it. 2dn time the dryers are free, I was folding my clothes and one of my machines stop so instead of asking which this machine belongs to she took my clothes out so someone else can use it. 3rd time one of the big machines stop again she saw it and she just walked away, I then went and looked for her which she was outside and she the said well you put too much soap and I said I only put to scoops in it, and she kept on talking and saying well that it's your error, so then I got upset and told her that she was being rude and not helpful because she wasn't giving me a solution she just kept pointing it out that it was my error!
