Has anyone noticed the employee with the long hair who is on shift but spends most of his time hanging out with his girlfriend in his car or washing her clothes? Sometimes they disappear too. Getting help almost seems impossible. Anyway, the other guy who's usually here in the evenings is great and always present/helpful! Clean place. I was harassed by the older male owner. From the moment I walked in. This is the first time that has ever happened to me. The place is always clean. My only complaint is that man. He stood right in front my washer, looking in. He said I put too much clothes in the washer, but I definitely did not. I also stood in front of the washer because I didn't feel comfortable him looking at my clothes washing. He didn't move just Stared intensely at my clothes and me. This laundry mat is well maintained and very clean. The man who runs it and is there at night is helpful and constantly cleaning. They do close at 10 pm Sharp so be mindful of when you get started. I've used the $2 & $4.50 (based on size of load/items) & washers and both leave items clean. Dryers at .25 per 10 minutes I thought were ridiculous but in 10 minutes they really do leave your clothes almost dry. So delicates would be fine for 1 round. On another note- my washer and dryer are both LG and both have been problematic since day 1. I will never buy LG washers or dryers again. They are always on sale and that is the reason why (experimental technology for years ). read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst laundromat ever. I was in the middle of washing my clothes at my apartment when I realized our dryers were out of order. So I walked my wet clothes to this spot and tried to dry them and was kicked out by staff because I didn't wash there. Was laughed at while being escorted out. Worst experience. read more

Nothing too special about this place except that they have Wifi. What gives this place a 3 star only is because the parking is really tough. It shares a parking lot with a 7-11 and once in a while you'll need to wait. The choices for machines are mediocre at its best. The large washing machines are 5 dollars while the regular 1-2 loads machines are 2 dollars. Dryers are a .25 cents for 10 minutes but all you need is .50 cents to get everything dry. Over all this laundry place is ok. It does its job. If you get over looking for tough parking then this place is for you. read more

Refugees from the damaged and red flagged location off Hyperion/Rowena will take comfort in knowing this one is almost exactly the same. Differences are the 7-11 is on the left hand side, half the size, and actually 25 to 50 cents cheaper per wash load. I go to this laundry mat instead of many other for a number of reasons. One , the people who do laundry here are not confrontational and only have one purpose, to do their laundry. Second, they include wi-if. Third, their dryers and washers work fantastic. Fourth, it's conveniently located near 7-Eleven and down the street of a Starbucks. Fifth, I've been coming here and noticed that they had great customer service, especially the manager. He comes in with his wife and they are great staff. I have never had anything unfortunate happen here and I'm glad it's here: that's why I have this a 5 star. read more

So close to my area. Place is always clean all times. They have free wifi so you dont get bored waiting for a hour and half. Limited seating and parking is okay. Usually full on the front where people load and unload. They have quarter changer on the site. Machines are clean and they are open til 10pm. They also have soda machine and arcades for the kids if you have one. They have bigger commercial laundry and dryer depends on the loads you need. Place is well maintain i must say. Attendants are very helpful. Soap and laundry stuff vending machine is also available incase you forget to bring one. Two thumbs up!! read more

I really didn't have positive experiences here (I have yet to whack my head at any other laundromats...). It's very hard to park. People will double park 3 cars thick. It's almost always crowded on weekdays, and it's a small joint. Yes, it's definitely clean, and the owners have been in the house when I've gone. But here's the thing: the 1.5 load $1.75 front load washers that I would need for most of my laundry? Issues. Lots of signs not to overload. I did not. In fact, I put in barely more than half, which was one load, and on two occasions, have pulled out completely sopping wet laundry. Last time, the owner offered to supply me with a dollar to add all that time to my drying of my sopping wet clothes. Not interested in subjecting my clothes to that much abuse, much less that much more time, I opted to actually rewash the whole load and then dry like normal (too bad I couldn't just get a spin cycle...). For which he gave me $1.75, though I used the $2.75 machine that's 10 minutes less time (though after I started my delicate short cycle, he came by to tell me that delicate also has issues with clothes coming out wet). What? That's not very helpful when I do a load of delicates on every visit. That incident also took up a whole other hour....and since it's happened more than once, I'm staying away. Today I used a 2 load washing machine elsewhere for the same price that also was a shorter time, and had no issues (while loading in far more items). I appreciate that there's no tvs blaring here, it's a good spot to sit and do laundry, but I've also had a large item go missing AND the fretful last visit also included another customer accidentally/on purpose swiping up against my bum. Other major no-no: my clothes come home smelling like other people's chemically detergent. Not ok! One load I put quarters in and THEN noticed the leftover detergent, the owner merely dumped it out without cleaning it out. Maybe I just have bad juju with this place, but the experience of going here was far more stressful than laundry needs to be. read more

Launderland is a great laundromat. Bright and clean. Owners were very friendly. Prices are very reasonable. It will be my go-to place whenever I need to wash large items (like bedding) which don't fit in the home washer. Parking lot size is medium. Not tiny, not huge. It shares the parking lot with 7-Eleven so I think there are plenty of parking spaces (like 15). I went during off hour (4pm) so didn't have any problems finding parking. The laundromat was relatively busy even at this time (I saw about 6-7 folks inside). There were plenty of washers and dryers (about 40 or so of each type). The washers came in multiple sizes and costs: $1.50, $2.75, $3.75, $5.25. I used the $5.25 and the cycle only took 21 minutes. The dryers came in one huge size and costs $0.25 per 10min. I found that on high temp, 15-20min was enough to dry everything I had. The owners (mom and pop) were there. They are decent, hard-working, and very friendly. As I dumped out my coin bag to find quarters, the "pop" saw me and asked if I wanted to change the small coins (pennies, nickels, dimes). I said yes, he waited patiently while I counted it out, and asked me what the total was without counting himself. Now that is trust. The "mom" was busy cleaning the floor and counters, and later, I saw her putting up a coin purse that someone had left behind on the advertising board. Honest folks! There is a coin changing machine which takes $10, $5, and $1 bills. You can also buy detergent, fabric softener, and bleach from a dispensing machine for decent prices; $0.75 for a small detergent box. Even though it was not dark out yet, the "pop" turned on the overhead lights at 5pm. If you're bored... there are two retro Neo Geo multi-game arcade cabinets playing games from the 80's like Aero Fighter 2 (I didn't make it past stage 2), King of Fighters, Puzzle Bobble, etc. Only $0.25 to play. Also, free Wifi but I didn't try it. I got a strong impression that the owners' first priority is giving customers a great experience. That pretty much sums it up. Yay! 2 quarters seem to get the job done, thank goodness! I like the fact that they have a variety is washers' size. That's always helpful for the wallet. :D Also, walking distance to Fresh & Easy for a healthy alternative to the junk 7-11 tempts me with. Rite Aid Ice Cream is just down the street too! I have a W/D at home, but they do a poor job when it comes to big items. As a result, I have had 2 quilt comforters sitting in a laundry basket waiting to be washed for the past 6 months. Yesterday, my husband and I decided to take them to a laundromat where they have washers and dryers better equipped at handling large items. We chose this one because of all the great reviews. I have never really been to a laundromat before, so I can't really compare it to others. But, I was impressed with this place. It was clean, had a lot of machines, and seemed reasonably priced. The 2 largest washers were taken, so we split our 2 quilt comforters (along with 3 fleece throws we brought along) into 2 of the medium-large machines. They were each $3.50 and took about 25 minutes. When they were done, we managed to get 1 (of the 2) largest dryers. It was $0.25 for 8 minutes. We ran it 4 times for everything to be completely dry. To wash and dry 2 queen-sized quilt comforters and 3 full-size fleece throws, it took $8 and just a pinch under an hour. Pretty good!!! To help pass the time, we played a couple rounds of the old arcade games they have - that got us through a couple dry cycles :-) We brought our own detergent and dryer sheets, but they had them there of you forget. I just caught a glimpse of it, but I think that I saw a box of tide for $0.75 (I could be wrong on that). Also, they have a soda vending machine and, as others have noted, are right next door to a 7-11. The place was crowded (we went around 5:30pm on a Sunday), but there were still a lot of open machines (with exception to the largest ones). Also, the guy working there (he was younger) was working his butt off. He was constantly wiping surfaces down, emptying trash, cleaning the floors, etc. Great work ethic! He was also pretty nice too. I plan to come back whenever I have other large loads of laundry - even if my W/D can handle them, the machines here are much faster and will do a much more efficient job. read more

Tons of food places in walking distance; not to mention it is connected to a 7-Eleven store. The best laundromat I've ever been to. This is my location of choice when our plumbing gets messed up at home and I can't use my washer. I first used it when it was owned by someone who never fixed the place or machines and never came by. It was a throwback to the 70s. A Korean couple came quite a few years ago, ripped out the peeling wallpaper, cleaned it up, replaced machines and hired staff. The parking can be bad at certain more popular times but if I wait a bit something always opens up. I just really like counting on getting my laundry done in a clean environment with functioning machines. The free WiFi has always worked for me and I like being able to get a snack/drink at 7-11 next door. The couple is very sweet and helpful as long as you are a kind, respectful customer. read more
