I appreciate their swift response, understanding, and excellent customer service. Moving forward, I'll just double-check app connectivity before loading, but their quick resolution is exactly why I'll continue bringing my business here.

When I came back home I checked some of my clothes is missing and a big red blanket. I'm pregnant 35 weeks and I live super close so I thought I rather pay for them to do it instead and they also returned my basket broken. I would rather hire someone else who's more responsible I paid $70 to lose clothing Oh and to add to that my bath mat they couldn't even dry it properly I just opened it to put on the floor there's water drops and it's wet lol You can see from my ring camera I gave them a white basket with stuff and a large green bag that had my red blanket in it. I only have two big blankets. Also I checked my cameras you can see how it doesn't make sense to put a giant big green bag with the blanket on top of a little plastic bin. The lady claims there was a crack in it no there wasn't it's a flexible plastic one. Now that I see the camera how he's putting all that weight there it makes sense and you can see why I handed him two separate but that's what he did when I closed the door. She said the only issue was the wet clothing. Yeah .... Sure she's mad because of my review. Saying she's checking the camera there's way too many issues here for it to be something like this. I lived in DTLA and used to have a constant laundry service with Gator laundry and only once did I have a problem with them bleaching something out of using them 20 plus times. She didn't even offer any sort of compensation just being pissy about the review. The fact I called earlier today at 10:30am wondering if they would deliver my clothes she blamed the drivers had been busy. Really? Because the clothes is wet. Obviously they don't care how they handle anyone's clothing. She offered nothing but just being defensive as if I haven't gone to this laundry countless of times and you can clearly see in the photos how much stuff they took and how much was brought back. I didn't have time to check it all because I was trying to leave my home I was honestly hoping they would look for my blanket and offer a wash card. Because yeah my blanket did cost me some money and the basket while it's not expensive it's obvious he shouldn't have put all that weight on there. There was so many ways they could have handled this situation but it's cool.

I was very impressed with their Website , made it very easy to setup account online & schedule a pick up & delivery at your convenience from your iphone & select text messaging to get notification on pickup & delivery times so you know exactly when their arriving or dropping off . They had a extensive menu providing pricing and any add ons or other laundry requests customer may want with their laundry to be followed you could select from . I went with their basic laundry wash & dry offering no add ons . When the laundry arrived back it smelled so fresh & clean with a really nice light clean sent , it was expertly sorted and folded with care all into a Soaperstars bag they provide you with your service that you will use to put your laundry in . We will now continue to use Soaperstars for all our laundry needs .

I came to CleanSpin in the middle of the day on a weekday. It was fairly busy but always a few free…read moremachines and it felt safe. The woman in charge was friendly and constantly on top of everything, wiping everything down. The space is clean. The wash cycles I used were between 24 and 28 minutes. The credit card readers worked well. If management is reading - I wish the machines were numbered. If you have loads scattered throughout the place because those are the machines that were available when you got there, it's hard to keep track of where your stuff is. There was one issue but I suspect it might be true for all laundromats - I hadn't used one since you could smoke in restaurants and back then no one had a sense of smell. Anyway, I use a strong but fragrance free detergent and when I wash at home, my clothes have no smell after. I did 6 loads at CleanSpin and when they were done they all smelled like perfume. I ran all of the machines again, dried my clothes, took them home, and every thing I washed there smells very strongly of harsh detergent with a strong fragrance that is not what I used. Some of my clothes also pilled in a way that happens with harsher detergents but not when I wash at home. Fingers crossed that it will only take me one wash at home to get the fragrance out. CleanSpin is in the same strip mall as York Kebab (formerly named U-Pick) which has great affordable food, lots of vegan options.

First of all, this is not a quick cleaners. They do not do any work on site. Everything is done somewhere else and returned back. So if you're in a rush then you should look elsewhere. I asked for my shirts to be ready at a specific time and it was easy. Second, the complaints about the woman working there. She's just matter a fact. I came in 17 shirts. (Judge me.). She did..."You should come sooner." All I could do is laugh. She's old school Korean. Think dad at Kim's Convenience and not gonna pat a fragile ego. We agreed on a date for the shirts to be done. 5 days and guess what? They were done in 5 days. No fuss no muss. Decent price. 17 shirts were under a 100 bucks and no complaints. I thought the service was good and delivered as agreed upon. I could see how a complex request would be lost in translation though. Lessons. Be decisive. Be clear in what you ask for. Don't cry. The second time I went, they played Mariachi music. So, this is how it works - you can use coins, but if you're like me, and kinda hesitant to use coins in the middle of a pandemic, you can download an app (FREE!) and it'll connect you to the machines. You can load the money via ApplePay or another card. You load your clothes in the machine, close the door, and pay for the machines through the app. (Trust me, it's a lot easier than it sounds!) The dryers are a bit pricey (like all laundromats). I think it cost me close to $2.00 to thoroughly dry my clothes (it adds up after so many loads). But other than that, I highly recommend it. Just a very clean Laundromat, very professional workers and just in a hidden nook in HLP.
