I have 2 small area rugs, and 1 small untrainable puppy. One of the rugs wasn't as stained, but the white rug we had in our bedroom was a gross mess. Watch out for hidden costs! I obtained quotes from multiple companies on yelp to clean my staircase and one bedroom. I went with CarpetZoom because they were the cheapest and it seemed like they would provide good service. In their quote they did not specify that their cost included a limited square footage and did not include stains. The final cost was almost 3 times their quoted price. The only reason they didn't get one star is because they did a decent job cleaning the carpet. But I will definitely not use them again since every other company I researched would have been cheaper.
