The ease of getting started with Kleen was a 10/10 experience and their communication with me was super fast. I was able to get same-day service after inquiring. Wow! During the cleaning while I was out of the house, I got professional communication from Gabriela on Team 25 with a question. Hearing directly from the person in my home was more helpful than a central office, so I appreciated that. It built trust and I felt at ease. Now, here's where things get really exciting... When I came home, and opened the door, I was smacked in the face with a lovely, non-toxic scent and my tiny but cute-as-a-button place was gleaming. Superficially, the house looked amazing - cobwebs from ceiling to floor? Vanished. Dust bunnies in between my giant plant collection? Outta there. Every surface perfectly polished? Of course. But what unfolded over the next several hours felt like I was a little kid on Christmas morning...as my partner and I went about our day, we'd yell to each other, "Oh my gosh, they cleaned there!?" "Wait - they did THAT!?" "I didn't expect them to do THAT!" "I didn't realize that could even BE cleaned!" It happened about 10 times that afternoon and even a few times the next day. My total happiness score (which is already really high) skyrocketed up about 10 points. Needless to say, this is a decision we wish we had made sooner. Customer Service: The customer service team was always friendly, professional, and responsive. Whenever I had a question or concern, they got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. Cleaning Quality: The quality of the cleaning was inconsistent and really depended on who was assigned to my home. Some cleaners did an outstanding job (10/10), while others were average (5/10), and a few experiences were disappointing. On one occasion, my kitchen floor wasn't mopped, and they had to return the following day to finish the job. Another time, I noticed a cleaner heating water in my microwave, which seemed odd and unnecessary since I have hot running water. I was also told that their cleaners are trained to clean around items left on countertops rather than moving them, so areas underneath appliances like toasters weren't cleaned. It was disappointing because those areas were often left untouched. I probably would have continued using the service despite the inconsistency if the pricing had remained the same. However, after the substantial increase, I no longer felt the service provided enough value for the cost.
