After spending some time watching these guys work and how professional they were, I'd say this company was well worth the investment. The whole process was effortless and organized, from the initial phone call to the day of service. I was able to get an evening appointment on a Monday, a few days after contacting them. Their two-man crew came in and were very respectful and polite, always asking first if they needed to move things, etc. They even asked if I'd like to observe what they were doing, which I thought was pretty cool. One of them smelled cat pee on one of the rugs and so he let me know that he'd be using an enzyme spray to get the odor right out. We had Final Touch over on 03/01/2025 for several items including cleaning of our kitchen and dining room floor, cleaning of all carpets and cleaning of our sofa and loveseat. Everything was excellent. These gentleman took there time, making sure everything was great. We have a pretty old condo, not that nice in places; however, they were wonderful and took great care of everything. They even went over the estimated time by a bit, which I did not care about at all. We arrived home as they were finishing; however, decided to let everything completely dry out and went out for about 5 more hours, before returning home and moving things back into place. Our carpet is old; however, they made it look about as good as possible. (Although it needs replaced sometime soon). I was most amazed at the floors and the sofa/loveseat. The floors I swear became about two shades brighter, and the sofa and loveseat look like new, despite being 10 years old. I would definitely use these folks again in the future. read more

Gave me a very reasonable quote and scheduled for today. Trino and Junior arrived on time, very nice guys. They are very conscientious, wore medical like booties on their shoes and followed all COVID-19 protocol. They have a neat notification system that gives up to the minute status on their job. This would be great for busy apartment managers or those not on site. Got right to work. They run a hose from their company Van into house. It may have been an hour maybe an hour and quarter. I should post before and after photos, as they did a remarkable job, however I'm a bit ashamed how dirty things were, the health department might condemn us, slightly kidding. The carpet and tile grout were like new! We are very impressed and totally pleased! It's such a pleasure to do business With skilled people who know their business. We Highly recommend these guys. It's an ease scheduling the appointment (even when I had to cancel the day before and then reschedule). Gabriel was assigned to the job and I received texts letting me know that he was on his way.
