The whole process was effortless and organized, from the initial phone call to the day of service. I was able to get an evening appointment on a Monday, a few days after contacting them. Their two-man crew came in and were very respectful and polite, always asking first if they needed to move things, etc. They even asked if I'd like to observe what they were doing, which I thought was pretty cool. One of them smelled cat pee on one of the rugs and so he let me know that he'd be using an enzyme spray to get the odor right out. Jose's team took away about 2 years of grime, pet hairs, soda stains and various yucks. They explained the process from beginning to end and were very attentive to any questions. It would be accurate to say that there was a lack of any smell. Just a clean sofa. A bit about their communication prior to the job. I received quick and clear messages from the company. They quoted me a price and gave me a vey reasonable window of time for the appointment. They weren't the least expensive quote, but I didn't think it was worth the risk to save $10 by going with someone with lower reviews. They reminded me the day before and confirmed the timeframe.
