Myles and his son were so nice! Super professional. They cleaned our four bedrooms in an hour and a half and it was a really easy process. Fair pricing. Will definitely hire them again! Carpets look amazing! read more

Myles and his son were friendly, professional and efficient, and my rug looks great. Would definitely hire again.

Myles and Romero did an amazing job! I have never hired a carpet cleaning company before and found Myles here on yelp with great reviews. They exceeded my expectations; my carpet has never looked better! They cleaned dirt and stains out of 20+ year old carpet in my teenagers room, it looks like new carpet! They also removed stains from new carpet we put in our master and it looks brand new again!! I am thrilled with the results and highly recommend Myles and his team! read more

Myles was on time, communicative, and pricing was simple. The carpets smell fresh, and everything except some red marker stains came out. We'll most likely be using Apex next time we need the carpets cleaned. Thank you! read more

I appreciated Myles' team's efficiency and straightforward manner. No hidden fee and they were easy to communicate. Myles had great energy and a problem-solving attitude. You won't be disappointed. read more

Have been using Myles for years. He and his crew do a great job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Used Apex to clean a couch that had been in a fire. Miles was great from the start. The couch came back spotless. Will definitely use this company again. read more

I called three carpet cleaning companies two weeks ago to get our carpets cleaned before Thanksgiving company arrived this week. I made the decision to use Myles because of our initial discussion over the phone. He was pleasant and secondly, he was going to be there himself to work on my carpet versus hiring a crew to perform the work. He arrived a few minutes late but called ahead to let me know which I appreciated. His assistant, Jared was on-time and waiting outside until Myles arrived. They got to work right away and started with the three bedrooms before tackling the den and living room last. The carpets look great, something I should have done before moving in in 2004. The total time from start to finish was about 2.25 hours and I am very happy with the results. Myles and Jared were very friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Apex was not the least expensive nor most expensive. In short, a positive experience and I would hire them again. read more

I love how clean he left my carpet and couch he was punctual and honest and upfront with the pricing I definitely recommend him.

Apex's owner responded within just a few hours and scheduled to come out almost immediately. They were quick, efficient, friendly and my rugs look brand new! read more

Myles was extremely helpful and accommodating -- and did an excellent job cleaning my upholstered sofa. It was pretty badly damaged (from puppy training and other pet damage) and came out looking good as new after the cleaning. Due to a logistical issue with my building's management, Myles even agreed to meet me at another location for the cleaning. He and his assistant, Romero, were both friendly, professional, and dedicated to the work. Many thanks to them both! read more

Myles and Jered were professional and efficient as well as very responsive. There are colors in my rug I hadn't seen since it was new! We did couches, a chair and two rugs. Resonable pricing too. read more

First time customer. Had Apex Carpet Care steam clean the berber carpet in a 2BD/2BA apartment unit today. Very happy with the results. Boy what a difference! The 3-year old carpets look like new again. Quick call back, text updates, early arrival, finished in 1.5 hours... what more can you ask for. I will be using Apex again. Thanks Myles read more

Myles and his assistant cleaned the carpeting in our upstairs areas today. Even though we knew going in that a lot of the food and pet stains were probably not going to come out, the carpet looks a lot less grimy and a lot more fluffy than it did before being cleaned. Myles quote was also lower than several other quotes we received. He was on time, professional and efficiently got the hoses upstairs and back out without anything leaking anywhere (which is a definite concern when your house has 109 year old hardwood floors). I highly recommend him! read more

Thank you, Myles and EJ, for working your magic on our old but beloved sectional! We have a light colored, microfiber sectional that started to look and smell pretty bad. Before buying a new one, I found Apex on Yelp and decided to see if we could extend our couch's life a little longer. So glad I called because Myles and EJ just left and our couch looks and smells new. Not kidding! Love supporting local small businesses - and Apex is practically a neighbor! Prompt response to my initial call, very punctual arrival and super efficient job (took about 1.5hours). I would definitely recommend and use again in the future! read more

Great guys, we needed to get our carpet cleaned in a very short amount of time and Myles and crew came through! Met with us on a Sunday when they are normally closed. Super easy and quick, and did a great job. Highly recommend. read more

I just had my vintage couch reupholstered. It looked amazing, for less than 24 hours until my bf accidentally spilled red wine on it. In my dispair and confusion I tried to clean it with water and this evil product called Folex, which only made it worse. I called a bunch of people and ended up chosing Myles because he and his wife were so professional and thorough on the phone. Myles showed up on time and worked on the couch for 2 hours! When he was done he called me out to show me the results and explain the work. Apparently in the sunlight if you tilt your head to the left and bend at a 45 degree angle you can still see the outline of the stain. I don't know, Myles' eyes must be better than mine because the couch looks amazing and I don't see the stain at all. Thank you Apex Carpet for saving my couch and my relationship! read more

I Google for a carpet cleaner on my area, since the one I used before has gone out of business, and came across APEX Carpet Care. From the moment I called I could sense a very professional team. His wife Lori and Myles are very friendly and totally upfront. Not only the accommodated their route to fit my busy crazy schedule but Myles + Tony showed up on time and after 2.5 hours of hard sweaty work my carpets are like the first day I moved in. *** They did all they could to eliminate the stains my wife's dog decided to decorate the carpet with.*** Totally recommend them. Why not 5 stars? well...Nothing is really 100% perfect, right? LOL read more

so great, so thourough! family owned and operated. He got black coffee stain outta my white carpet! I would give them 6 stars if I could. They take pride in their work! read more

I've used Apex Carpet Care twice, today and 4 years ago. They cleaned our chairs, sofa and carpet with great care. I am very happy with their service. Myles (owner) is always friendly and helpful. If you're looking for great service and honest people, Apex Carpet Care is the way to go. read more

My sewer backed up into my bathroom, overflowing onto the carpets in the hallway and the bedroom. It was a Sunday morning, and I started going through the phonebook. Nobody would come on such short notice to deal with my sewage lake until I reached Myles... he was available because he had taken the day off for his wife's birthday or an anniversary apparently. I was desperate... he could have charged me just about anything. But he came out right way, and charged me his regular rate. Unbelievable. He did a stellar job. I can't recommend him highly or loudly enough. read more

Had a disgusting clean up, Myles came after hours on short notice and did a fantastic job. People who are unaware of the accident have no idea anything untoward occurred. Usually you can choose two of three: fast, inexpensive and good. In this case, I believe I got all three. Thanks Apex! read more

What a beautiful job Myles and his assistant did on my couch. I received numerous recommendations from my local Facebook group and they were spot on. Great care was given but the cleaning time was very reasonable. I am really happy to add my name to those recommending Apex. Thanks Apex! read more

We are so very pleased with our recent carpet cleaning experience with APEX. Long rugs, white rugs, old rugs, loose rugs . . . they cleaned them all and beautifully. I feel the per room cost was fair and clearly outlined ahead of our work date. I received text updates and arrival times which also added to this 5 star review and great experience. I got the APEX name through our local NextDoor and wanted to share our positive experience here, as well. Both jobs = Myles and his assistant and then Myles and his lovely daughter came to clean our carpets. As an aside, they took it upon themselves to clean a handful of extra throw rugs and leave them out to dry . . . what an unexpected treat ! Paid them on the spot and received a detailed invoice via email same day. THIS is the way to run a business. I will definitely hire them again. read more

Dog diarrhea-d all over the carpet. So gross. And it was quickly settling into the carpet. Miles came to the rescue and did the best he could. What great service! My white dining room chairs looked like they'd been assaulted by small dirty children (because they had been assaulted by small dirty children over the course of 3 years). I had given up hope that they could be salvaged they were so dirty. Enter Apex ... Myles and his assistant showed up on time, worked hard and had a great attitude. They left my chairs looking like they were brand new. Just in time for Christmas too. Happiness! I'll be calling Apex again. read more

I'm delighted that previous customer reviews were accurate. Myles was on time, efficient, and much more cost effective than hauling my living room area carpet to a cleaner's facility. He worked around my teaching schedule and got the job done quickly but effectively; the rug looked *so* much better without all the embedded pet fur and grime. Thanks Myles! read more

Efficient, detailed, courteous and careful! That's how I would describe Apex. Our microfiber living room set, rug and 8 dining chairs never looked so good [well, except when we first got them six years ago]. Highly recommend...very professional and gets the job done right! =) read more

So glad I found this company. I was looking for a family-owned, local business to clean the carpets in my three bedrooms. The owner Myles was so friendly, and was there to do the job with his worker, also a very good guy. I got a quote on the phone and they came out the following week. They steam cleaned the carpets, got a disgusting amount of dirt out of them, and were done. No nonsense. I would recommend them to anyone that asked, and will definitely use them again. read more

outstanding service!! Myles came by promptly this morning and the job was completed in about 2 hours! My couch looks like new!!!

Prompt, real-people response on the phone, and a short wait for the service day. Miles and EJ were right on time, fun to work with and did a great job. Amazing. The reviews were not wrong. They were on time, done with three rooms and a hall and leaving me with a beautifully clean carpet in just a hour and a half! I'll be recommending them to all my friends and neighbors. Even helped me move a piece of heavy furniture! And, it was a bargain....the same job would have taken me 6 or 7 hours plus the cost to rent a machine. read more

My year 18th month old daughter decided to discover what Pepto Bismol would look like on a beige carpet. After I tried both Resolve and Hydrogen Peroxide to no avail I gave Myles a call. He told me that both chemicals having different tactics on removing stains probably neutralized each other because I didn't rinse the stain in between, not to mention that the chemicals in Pepto would possibly make it near to impossible to remove fully. He was schedule to come over and take a look at the stain when he gave me a suggestion to try a home remedy first and see fi that worked. NATURE wins again, not only did it work but the cost to remove the stain the natural way was pretty much around $.50 to do. Selfless and helpful and a stand up guy, I would give this man my business in a heartbeat because he didn't have to share the information with me and pass up a buck, which he knew may not have the result I wanted. I can not speak on his work but his work ethic is amazing and that in itself will have me call this man when it is time to get our entire apartment cleaned, wall to wall carpeting. You can't go wrong with these guys. read more

Myles at Apex Carpet Care is AWESOME! I had a cream colored couch that was getting a little gross, and he made it look like new again! I don't have any carpets, but if I ever do, I will definitely call Apex again. read more

Thank you yelp for helping me find Myles! I made the mistake last summer of answering a telemarketing call for a carpet/upholstery cleaner. My couches were dirty and I thought why not. I got totally scammed. My couches ended up worse than when they started with crazy stains all over. I realized after they left that the receipt didn't include any contact info. I was mortified! After getting new puppies, I decided that this time I would call only a local company with reviews. I reached Myles, the nicest guy in town. He came out spent the whole day cleaning my couches and restored them carefully. He also cleaned all of our area rugs. He and his wife were incredibly professional from start to finish. read more
