Update 2025 We had a leak from a failed water heater that drenched the carpet at our building entrance. Yohance's team offered to come the same day, but because we had an important meeting and couldn't allow the noise from the dryers, DJ came out the next day instead. I had a last-minute cancellation with another company and was scrambling to get carpets cleaned, especially as I had moved most furniture up and out of rooms in preparation. I called on a Friday evening and told the business owner about the issue. I was able to get an appointment scheduled for the next day (less than 24 hours!). Cat urine is one of the hardest odors to do away with, especially when it's gotten through to the cushions but they were able to alleviate the odor some and went out of their way to apply extra coats and do a follow-up visit.
