DJ has cleaned my carpets at least twice and always been kind, considerate and communicative. I trust him whether I'm home for the service or not and he does a great job. I have two cats and light oatmeal carpet. Together that can mean quite a lot to pick up. I'm grateful for your help refreshing our floors each year. Thank you! read more

TJ from Trojan was punctual, professional, and thorough. Beyond the great cleaning, he was highly communicative and shared helpful maintenance tips to keep our carpets looking their best. I especially appreciated the small touches, like providing booties so we could inspect the work without tracking anything back in. After comparing several companies, I'm glad I chose Trojan. I'll definitely be using them again! read more

Update 2025 We had a leak from a failed water heater that drenched the carpet at our building entrance. Yohance's team offered to come the same day, but because we had an important meeting and couldn't allow the noise from the dryers, DJ came out the next day instead. He was incredibly polite, professional, and took the time to set everything up and answer all our questions. They'll also be coming back Friday to clean both floors of our commercial building. Not only do they provide top-quality service, but the pricing is also very fair for the level of work and care they put in. I don't trust any other company now that we've found Trojan Carpet. Yohance and his team have always provided excellent service, great value, and peace of mind. I highly recommend them to everyone! read more

Trojan Carpet care has been my go-to carpet cleaning company for 4 years. I have also recommended them to a couple of my friends who were very happy with their services. It's a father-son team and they are both pleasant to work with. DJ is such a hard worker and is always so nice. He shows up and leaves with a smile on his face every time he cleans our carpets. I will continue to use them. 100% quality work. read more

DJ was professional, arrived on time, and did an amazing job! Definitely recommend. Great price for the work done!

Trojan Carpet care was able to come to my place the day after I calle. They were prompt, professional, and did an outstanding job for a very low fee. I have had them to my place before, and Donovan is a very personable and professional young man. My carpets are old, and an ecru shade that shows every spill or mishap. Having Donovan come out regularly keeps them looking amazing. I would give them the highest recommendation, and be sure that anyone who called them would be as happy as I have been. read more

Our landlord had used Trojan Carpet Care prior to us moving in. They did such an incredible job, that we decided to follow up a year later for our entry stairway. DJ was extremely friendly, professional and executed quality work. The stairway is 100x better!! We will be sure to follow up for any future cleanings. Highly recommend their services! read more

Another great experience with Trojan Carpet Care. The service was five star. We'll use them again.

Donavyn Johnson and the entire Trojan Carpet Care team are top notch! Every time I have needed carpet or couch cleaning, they have been available and more importantly reliable! This last time I used their service was for couch cleaning in Huntington Beach, which is quite a ways away from their main location, but they have always been willing to accommodate! And the clean couches and carpets speak for themselves! Prompt, efficient and reliable service all the time! Thank you DJ and Yohance and Trojan Carpet Care! read more

I have five Persian carpets, area rugs and many pieces of antique furniture that needed cleaning. DJ was exceptional. Never stopped working, was very experienced and a very nice person! We have used Trojan many times and we are very happy with the results. read more

I had a great experience with Trojan Carpet Care! It was quick and easy to schedule a deep carpet cleaning. DJ came on time, was very courteous and professional, and did a thorough job. The pricing is reasonable too. Would definitely recommend! read more

Agree with what everyone else has mentioned below and booked them after reading these comments. I had a last-minute cancellation with another company and was scrambling to get carpets cleaned, especially as I had moved most furniture up and out of rooms in preparation. I called on a Friday evening and told the business owner about the issue. I was able to get an appointment scheduled for the next day (less than 24 hours!). DJ communicated great, arrived early, and did a great job. I asked about carpet stretching, and the company does that, too. I'll try to have them back for that and also look into having them clean carpets for our apartment complex. read more

We hired Trojan Carpet Care to clean our carpets and couch, DJ came out both times and did a spectacular job. He is very thorough and we are very happy with the results. Prices are reasonable, highly recommended. read more

DJ came through and got our carpet nice and clean. Highly recommended. We have three boys carpet was dirty now it looks brand new.

We've been using Trojan Carpet Care for years, primarily to clean our.... couches! We have two young, disgusting kids, and an annual couch cleaning is something I budget for. They are always quick to respond and are very flexible with scheduling. This past time, we had the nicest guy - I feel terrible that I didn't get his name, but every time the staff have been professional and courteous. This past time, in addition to mystery child stains, we had mystery adult house sitter stains, and they managed to get most of it out. Highly, highly recommend. We have no intention of ever using anyone else. read more

Yohance is one of the friendliest most helpful human beings you'll ever meet! Met every expectation and then some. We had leaks in our ceiling and he came in and worked day and night and checked in to make sure everything was drying correctly. Throughout the entire process he communicated exactly what needed to be done and how much time it would take. He went above and beyond and was kind and courteous throughout. Once the ceiling and flood damage was finished, he told me that as soon as we're ready, he can come back and clean the carpets for us. He sent someone named, Donavyn and he did an absolute immaculate job with the carpet. He was efficient and extremely warm and friendly. Pleasure doing business with Trojan Carpet Care! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

I had water damage from a pipe that broke under the floor/carpet. I contacted Yohance and he gave me a fair quote and scheduled the job for today. His son Donovan showed up at the promised time and did a great job on all the carpet areas and the kitchen linoleum. I'll be calling these guys again! read more

I'm not a Yelper, but JC came and gave me an estimate for our 2-year old carpets beset with 4 dogs and multiple tiny humans with food. He was cheerful and communicative. He texted on his way to do the job and during the job so I could meet him to see what had been done, offering to text me photos if I couldn't get back in time. The job was great. The carpets look new. All the furniture is still lifted on pads pending drying, and what I hadn't taken up off the carpets, he removed himself. Great job at a good price! read more

Trojan Carpet Care - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

I have to say this carpet cleaning company is by far the best carpet cleaning company I ever dealt with. They're very reasonable. I had the privilege to use them again today (3/25/23) I had used them years ago and I have to say they don't disappoint. I their customer service. The guy who came today to shampoo my carpets was DJ he was so courteous he called me this am to let me know when he'll be showing up to clean my carpets then he text me to let me know he was 4 min away and then he called to let me know he was outside. He came assessed what carpets he was cleaning then he went out to get his equipment so he could start he explained how the carpets would be cleaned and even told us what happens when you use stain remover on your carpet instead of just putting down carpet cleaner you wipe it up as well. He was very professional to myself and fiancé. He was quick as well and I must say my carpets look amazing. Before he left he was nice enough to give us advice about opening the windows so that the carpet can dry faster and he gave my fiancé and I some carpet booties to wear so we won't mess up the carpets with our shoes. If you're looking for a wonderful and professional carpet cleaning company go with Trojan carpet care trust me you won't be disappointed. Trojan carpet care is my #1 carpet care I'll use forever. read more

We recently moved and our cat has had a hard time transitioning, resulting in some unfortunate couch peeing incidents. Did I mention it's a new couch too? oy. Enter Trojan. Yohance and his son, DJ were so helpful and professional and flexible. It made a really frustrating situation a little easier. Cat urine is one of the hardest odors to do away with, especially when it's gotten through to the cushions but they were able to alleviate the odor some and went out of their way to apply extra coats and do a follow-up visit. They were also very upfront about what they may or may not be able to do which I appreciated. They went above and beyond. I haven't experienced customer service like that in a very long time. I'm crossing my fingers we don't have anymore incidents but if we do, I will absolutely be calling Trojan. read more

My family has been using Trojan Carpet Care for years. Honestly, we don't trust anyone else. Recently, DJ has been working on our carpet. He's kind and thoughtful, and our carpet and furniture come out great. I recommend their service and pricing. read more

I called Trojan after finding the company on Yelp and reading the great reviews. One of the best experiences and resources I have used in years. And I use a lot as a consumer and property manager. I had a tough job - chairs soiled by a cat. And Trojan's team got the white chairs clean and odor free. They even warned me ahead of time that that was a tough assignment, but they delivered better than I thought possible.. The owner was responsive, super nice and fast in setting up a time to come out. DJ was great at his craft and customer service. I had 10 dining room chairs and three armchairs. Then one room of carpet. I would give 5 stars, two thumbs up and my definite repeat business when I have a need again. Call Trojan and you will get a great price, warm service and superior cleaning cleaning. I am in Pasadena area but they said they go all over LA area. read more

Wow, i just called for a quote and the guy that answered gave me a number way too high. So, i responded, "Oh, that's okay. Thank you very much," and with no hesitation, he hung up on me. I'm glad they quoted me so high so i can give my business to good people! Another company in the 626 quoted a number exactly half of Trojan. He was a sweet guy and easy to deal with. Lmk if u want his number and I'll happily provide! read more

I contacted Omar from Trojan after the company I intended to hire tried to scam me on steam cleaning my apartment. They promised a low low price and by the end of my consultation, they'd tripled it for mysterious, bureaucratic reasons. I had to scramble to find a new cleaner as soon as I could. Right away on the phone, Omar was extremely professional and helpful. I just got the sense that these are great guys who run this place. Omar was able to see me the very next morning at 7am, going out of his way to make an early appointment. The technician he sent was very pleasant & did an excellent job on our rug for a price which was quite reasonable. There are a lot of options when you're trying to get your place cleaned and a huge range in quality, so I have learned. If you've got a few places you're looking at, I'd say drop em and go with Trojan. I'm very happy I did! read more

I took over lease of a friend's studio and the carpet in the studio was in some serious need of cleaning. After talking with several carpet cleaners, I decided to go with Trojan Carpet Care as they seems to be offering best price as well as professional service. Their staff came right on time and the total time, including cleaning and setup, was little over 2.5 hours. As they carpet was heavily soiled, he used the Rotovac machine for cleaning. The results were outstanding - my friends said that they did not expect the carpet to be this clean. The staff was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. He even cleaned a portion of the carpet in hallway outside my door, even though it was not agreed upon. I would highly recommend Trojan Carpet Care to everyone. read more
