They were able to get the bottom pretty clean but when I went to pick them up, some of the woven areas in the the body of the drapes appeared to have yellowed. I believe those areas were woven with different type of thread. I told the counter person that I would leave the drapes and have the owner call me after he had a chance to re examine them. The counter person called the owner right away on the phone and the owner told me that the drapes had been pretty dirty and he felt they had done a good job but he was willing to clean them again to see if it could be improved. I left the drapes and they had me return about 4 days later. The drapes did look a bit better the second time so I paid for them. I was appreciative they tried to improve on the first cleaning without pushing back. The drapes are old and I think they were as clean as anyone could have gotten them.
