    Chorizo Breakfast Sando
    Eric J.

I got lucky when I saw only one car in line. Pulled right in and in no time ordered the chorizo breakfast sandwich. Very friendly service from the line worker. She made the sandwich very quickly, and I got it piping hot. I'm glad it was so well assembled that it wasn't a mess to eat as I had to drive and eat it. Great and quick drive thru experience at an old coffee stand and supporting local.

I was really craving a breakfast sandwich after an exam and stumbled upon Sandos while scrolling through yelp! A bit out of my way from my normal route, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of breakfast sandwiches served in the shack on the side of the road. I wasn't sure what to order, so I asked the server what her favorite sandwich was. She suggested the spicy breakfast scramwich, and it was delicious! The garlic knot was perfectly fluffy, and you could taste just how fresh it was. I loved the bell peppers and onions in the eggs, and the sauce was a great complement to the sandwich. I only wish that it was bigger/more filling, but also cause it was so good. Everyone working inside was so kind, I'd love to check out what other sandwiches they have to offer as well!

If you haven't been here yet, I feel bad for you. Sandos has cured so many hangovers for me at this point, they have a special place in my heart. You can't go wrong with any of these sandwiches, fr just ask them to surprise you and I guarantee you'll be happy with the outcome. I swear ever single employee at Sandos is the coolest person I've ever met. They are all genuinely so nice and I want whatever they're putting in their coffee. They're amazing? Honestly they're half of why Sandos is so great. Instantly boosts my mood. You need to go. You won't regret it. 10/10 recommend. ILY Sandos :)

Spice chorizo sandwich on a GF bun

This place is a regular for me. I always get a spicy chorizo breakfast Sando. They also have GF buns. They are slower than a fast food place but that's to be expected when they are making fresh sandwiches by the order. Love this place lots and everyone I've taken also loves the food.

Drifting down Ash on my way home from the YMCA, I was startled to see Taco Vado gone, and in its place, Sandos! I pulled up to the window and a line of cars quickly built up behind me. I discovered Sandos was only in its third week since opening. I decided to order the breakfast sammich with sausage and the Italian sammich for lunch. Both were delicious. The meats were flavorful and the dressing items tasty. The garlic knot finished the sammiches perfectly. The Italian came with turkey in place of salami, but I wolfed it down anyway. Based on the lines on either side of the place, I'm sure Sandos will prosper in this location. I was very glad I stopped by!

The sandwich: gone in less than 10 minutes. So good. The garlic knot bread: fluffy inside, crusty edge, doesn't hurt your mouth. The meat: delicious and piled high. The veggies: crisp, flavorful and fresh. The presentation: a great center cut and carefully loaded sammy; didn't fall apart and left a great cross section to gawk at the beautiful sandwich. The people? So kind, practicing excellent communication with each other, and handling their overnight success like champs. They even threw together a grilled cheese for my 3 year old. She described it beautifully as "yum yum yummy in my tum tum tummy." I took a mom tax bite, can confirm it was exactly as she described. So stoked to have you, Sando's!! Can't wait to return!

Meh. Stick to Jimmy John's for the basic sandwich and far less $. Bummer, bc we like to try non-chain eateries.

I ordered the Fig Sandwich and the Fancy Pants Sando because I could not decide between the two as they both sounded very unique in different ways. I called the place up and arranged to come pick the food up. The person on the phone was very thoughtful in keeping in mind at what time I would arrive so he could arrange for the sandwich to be toasted at the right time. I appreciate small details like that. When I arrived, I noticed there were several tables and a bar where you can essentially get brews and food. I noticed they had several beers on tap which I was very curious about, but unfortunately did not have time to sit down and eat at this establishment. The person at the bar was extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome. The two sandwiches came up to $40ish. I brought the sandwiches home and first tried a few bites of the Fancy Pants Sando. I will have to say it was the better of the two sandwiches. I appreciated the goat cheese in the sandwich and the mix of different ingredients, but it was not something I would consider to be a great sandwich, at least not for me. Others might find it pleasant, but I did not care for it much. The fig sandwich was the one I was more excited about and expected some sweetness to be cut down by the bacon. I don't think it was a perfect balance between the two, and I got a tad much of the overwhelming sweetness of the figs in this sandwich. Again, others might enjoy it, but I didn't care for it. I really wanted to give this place a great review, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. The beer looks fun though and might be a good reason to give this place a try, and you may enjoy their sandwiches and many people have. For me, that's a no-go.

Every contact I've had with Grain Shed employees has been more than pleasant; they truly seem to enjoy working there, and take good care of their customers. I need to shout out to Toby and Audrey before I go on. They each provided 110% on customer service, being personable and making sure we left happy. On 2 separate trips to Spokane, I've visited the Grain Shed 3 and 4 times over the course of 3 days (yes, if you do the math, I went twice in 1 day, and the restaurant was NOT just around the corner!) Everything I've tried is delish, but in case you have to limit yourself, I highly recommend the OG, the beets and feta toast, the bread flight with sauces and cheese, the molasses ginger cookie, and maybe a chocolate croissant. I've heard their bread pudding and pumpkin pie (holiday special) are out of this world! I tried to get over to listen to their live music before leaving town, but still need to squeeze that into my schedule. Travelers: save space in your luggage for a loaf of bread. Sadly, no shipping at this time, but I'm waiting for it! This SoCal resident is officially The Grain Shed's #1 fan. I dare any of you to try to take away my title!

The Grain Shed does a farm to table model and is a bakery and brewery. I got a snack here along with a beer and left quite satisfied. I got a Grilled Cheese Sandwich on some of their house made bread with some Cheddar, Swiss and Provolone cheese. The exact name for this sandwich is the Cheesy Toastie. And of course moving on to the beer... the primary motivator to come here. I got the Kölsch beer here called Field Trip. I do love a good Kölsch as they are nice, light bodied beers. And they are especially nice in the summertime. Flavor features in this beer is maltiness, breadiness, a bit of hoppiness and a dry finish. Another beer that Steve and I tried was the INWPA which was a Pale Ale. It was also a nice light bodied beer which again hit the spot despite it being a different drinking session. Flavor characteristics in this beer is citrus, a yeastiness, hoppiness and a biscuity trait. Good beers and sandwiches and we are aiming for a return whenever we are in Spokane again.

Started off with a Perfect Peach & Huckleberry Lemonade Mimosas that were divine! Everything on the menu sounded amazing so we ultimately decided on the chicken and biscuit with country gravy, the Honey Gochujang chicken sandwich with fries and the verde Hash with eggs on the side. The chicken and biscuit was a winner but be prepared for the food coma afterwards- worth every bite! Their fried chicken is perfectly seasoned and moist. I'm glad we shared the chicken sandwich because it would have been too much , too sweet, on its own. I was Expecting to get more heat but it was mostly sweet- could have used more of a tangy slaw and house dill pickles for texture and acidity. The title with Honey in it should have tipped me off. The Verde Hash was the best hash I've ever had and a generous portion. The use of roasted poblano peppers, red peppers, carnitas and potatoes was taken to next level with the feta cheese on top! Great flavor profile and big enough portion to share. I can't forget to mention the delightful server who patiently gave suggestions and went out of her way to make our first Bruncheonette Experience memorable. Tip- put extra time on your parking meter because you're going to need to take a walk after your meal.

Shared the Verde Hash and Vegetarian Breakfast Burrito (which we had as a bowl to make it gluten free). The hash was amazing, had such good flavors, and a generous portion of meat and the potato medley. The burrito flavors were pretty good, but wish it came with more tots since we didn't have the tortilla to go with it. It was definitely enough (maybe a little too much) for two people to share. Would absolutely have wanted to try more items! The host and waitress were both super friendly and our waitress was the perfect amount of checking in (at the right times), asking correct questions, and noticing our needs. She was so excellent!!
