Hollow Spirits Heights!…read more Got to check out the soft opening of Hollow Spirits in The Heights last night and it did not disappoint. We tried a few of their cocktails, including the Lavender Moon and a refreshing Moscow Mule. Both were seriously good. One of the coolest moments of the night was when the owners hopped up on the bar and shared their vision for the space. When Hollow Spirits officially opens in the coming months, it will be a full-service cocktail and food restaurant, and if the drinks are any preview of what's coming... it's going to be a great addition to The Heights. It's definitely sweet but not overwhelming. The service is always fun and cheerful. The ambiance is modern and space themed in an elegant way. Love going there with friends for drinks and you can also grab food from the food hall and bring it to the bar area. I'll definitely be back to try the other ones!
