We were making dog bowls so of course we wanted them to be food-safe but it was a bummer that we would have to pay an additional fee on top of what we had already paid. I was charged more than others in my group! We were instructed to make our bowls outside on the picnic tables which weren't flat surfaces. The event poster also stated that we could shape our clay by hand or use the spinning wheel. The spinning wheels weren't even offered to us. Overall, I attended this event to make new friends and create something nice for my dog. I accomplished both so that was a win! While I most likely won't come back, this business is a fun concept that is great for groups of young children and I even saw a mother bring in her young daughter with her to glaze pottery together which was so sweet but the pricing and timing to pick up your artwork could be clearer. Also parking is very limited so park next door at the gymnasium.

They refused to help. I have tried calling them, and they have not answered. This company is an absolute sham and only wants to take your money and run.

I did send another email asking if they can search for my original account, or what happened with the points I accumulated over 4 years. Got nothing back and now it's the weekend, so maybe I'll hear back this next week. Who knows. Maybe we are seeing a fall in movie theaters. I have now started ordering at the bar because the food has been incorrect. At least I can talk and explain the food to someone without whispering in the theater, and disturbing others watching the previews or the movie. I ordered The lemon pepper wings with chips and salsa. The chips were stale. Which whatever. I really just wanted the wings, which were great. Nice strong lemon flavor, and the pepper was perfect. Wings are good. French fries are cold, and chips are stale. Mojito was great. My experience just gets worse. There is another movie theater near where I work. So maybe I'll just switch theaters.

Employees are very inconsistent about their policies. I was told by a few employees and their…read moremanagers that refills were unlimited initially, and when I tried to get my 2nd refill after seeing two movies in a row at the theater, as I prepared to see another one, I was met with hostility by a different employee that was there, and the managers chewed me out when I tried to politely explain things. The managers that handled the situation were extremely rude, and basically dismissed everything I said like I was a liar or something. I didnt make a big deal out of it because I just saw it as a simple misunderstanding because apparently refills are only honored once and that's it throughout the day. Apparently, not every employee honors that policy. From that point on, I usually abide by their policy, regardless, of what their other employees tell me. After all, I used to work in customer service myself almost my entire life, so I understand what employees that work at stores, theaters and etc go through daily. However, this hasn't stopped one of the managers that handled the situation to give me death glares every time I come into the theater. She doesnt greet me with a smile, nor say "your welcome" whenever I say thanks when she does help me out a few times since that incident. I reported this person already to Regal directly, and I dont believe she's been punished accordingly for her rudeness, and lack of customer service. I dont expect every employee I meet at a service outlet to be buddies with me. That would be absurd, but I do expect to be greeted with a smile and customer service if im paying money into your establishment, regardless if you like me or not. I dont feel that's unreasonable to ask for. This includes service with a smile. Granted, most of the managers there are cool people, and I get along with them just fine. However its their main manager, whos name I won't mention because I dont want to doxx her. However, I will warn people that the employees aren't always consistent about their policies which can create issues and misunderstandings.

Picture and sound quality-spectacular. I'd give it five stars but can't because of the seating. Though it's super comfy and luxury, a lot of the reclining chairs had wear and tear. Pretty bad actually. Other than that, it was still a fun night at the movies!

I recently had the opportunity to play The Squid Games at Sandbox VR, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the outset, I was excited about the promise of an immersive virtual reality adventure, but the reality fell disappointingly short. First and foremost, the customer service for the staff was lackluster. We arrived 15 minutes before our gameplay and waited over an hour to play. We were told, after asking, that they run behind an hour on weekends. There was no communication from any of the staff as to what was happening. Additionally, the game suffered from frequent technical glitches and crashes, disrupting my gameplay and further contributing to my disappointment. It's evident that more thorough testing and optimization were sorely needed before releasing this game to the public. In conclusion, my experience with The Squid Games at Sandbox VR left me feeling let down and frustrated. The subpar graphics, clunky gameplay, and technical issues make it difficult for me to recommend this game to other virtual reality enthusiasts. There's a lot of room for improvement, and I hope the developers will consider addressing these issues to provide a more enjoyable and engaging experience for players in the future. read more

My equipment broke at the beginning of the game and the workers and the owner tried to tell me it was still working. The gun didn't shoot. I raised the issue more than 30 times while the game was going that all I could do was just watch. my 5 man group that paid over 200$ for this was ruined. I spoke to the owner and he even doubled down that I was the one that was incorrect and the one gun I had was the only one that shot once maybe every 30 seconds or more. How do you fight a horde of zombies with 2 bullets a minute? Then I even said hey can we just go again because the game broke. He refused and said the only thing possible was to refund the 1 person's game time. Expect five 1 star reviews. Its ridiculous hes selling a service and not a product but cant let us try again even at a later date when they arent busy? I see him offering it to some other reviewers. read more

Came for a girls night left in tears. YOUR EMPLOYEES TAKE PICTURES UP WOMENS SKIRTS. Unbelievable and sickening. Never once have I felt more vulnerable and taken advantage of. Absolutely terrible customer service, if something goes wrong don't expect anyone to do anything about it. The workers can give you a manager's number, but no one will ever answer. Also they do not reply to their emails that they ask you to write them on to discuss problems. Their replies to help you "solve problems" are them saving face. read more

Loved the variety of room, didn't love the wait time that counted against your total time if you weren't in a room. Not sure how it would be possibly, but having your minutes tick away while you waited for the groups in front of you to finish with a room was irritating. Our family of five did have a boatload of fun though at 8, 11, 14 and 42. Lots of skills levels so it was good to be able to pick a variety of games. Note to anyone with shorter kids - maybe skip the basketball room as our 8 year old took a rebounding ball right to the face because he was the perfect height. Also, sometimes the rooms don't work. We wasted time in one room because it stopped working and we didn't know. It let us do two full rounds with literally nothing happening. They do fix them fairly quickly, but your time is gone already and you don't get it back ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ This would be great on a weekday where I assume the crowds are smaller. Would do again - we all came out sweaty and smiling.

I've been DYING to go back ever sense. I don't think I can even explain to you how addictive and all consuming the joy of playing these games are. Bonus, it's for sure a work out. If I lived closer I would would be at this joint two or three times a week, and in the best shape of my life. The games are all fast paced and high energy, but does it feel like a workout? Not at all, until you realize when you are so SHWEATY. It's like burst sprints mixed with body weights and maybe some yoga? It was fairly busy when we went, which means we had to cycle through rooms pretty fast, but there are so many rooms! You can always go back for your favorites again later, and some of the ones that "looked" boring were actually the most fun for me. I was practically BEGGING them to give me a membership, but they don't do those... Yet? I was visiting from The Bay Area, California for my birthday, and we decided to play The Heist. There were 5 of us, and 4 had played escape rooms before (not at this company). The room design was awesome, very intricate and detailed, and the puzzles were really well done and very fun (Zelda Ocarina of Time vibes in one puzzle). It had plenty of things for us to do and find solo, and then still come together to solve the puzzles as a group. We smoked it, escaping with over 20 minutes left, with no clues, so we were ecstatic! We got out of the room and much to my surprise they made me a hand-drawn birthday card!! So incredibly sweet, and totally made my day. Coming off of our high of escaping The Heist, we decided to try their hardest room, Prison Break (with a discount for playing same day!). We were split into two cells at first, which proved difficult because we weren't communicating as well as we should have been. We needed a little bit of guidance in the beginning, but once we were out of the cells we started working better as a whole team. The final room was my favorite, I completed a really cool chess puzzle and then there was a detailed bookcase one too that I managed to figure out! I personally felt very accomplished in this room and we managed to escape with around 7 minutes left! Overall, these rooms are meticulously designed and sets were immersive. The puzzles were clever and made you feel very smart when you figured them out, which made the rooms that much more fun. They really focus on teamwork, which amplifies the connection and good vibes of your friends and family. Guidance was kind and not overbearing, allowing you to struggle on your own before gently nudging you towards what was blatantly obvious in hindsight. You can tell that the staff there have a unique bond and really enjoy making the guests feel special. They made my birthday a super memorable one and I'm so happy I decided to come here. Did not expect to have as much fun as I did and then some!…read more Short version: Axe throwing and VR is an odd yet a combination made in heaven. If you go for the bundle (which I highly recommended) make sure to do the axe throwing first, as it is a great warm up. The VR experience (specially if you go with the zombie game) will leave you sweaty and high on adrenaline. Long version: Decided to surprise the hubby and plan a date here. I've never been axe throwing, so this was a neat experience. The price is well worth it. The VR experience was literally out of this world. I am not a gamer by any means, so you could imagine my surprise. Talk about being emerged in the deep end! I did not know how much I'd curse until I had zombies gnawing at me which felt oh so real, as a matter of fact, be wary of what the game will bring out of you. In every sense of the word, the VR game is immersive. We loved it so much, we plan on going back and taking some loved ones along as well. Shout out to Zach and Caleb, they were fantastic guides.

The party was for elementary aged kiddos but middle school kids and even parents got in on the games. It was super easy to book online and the team emailed me to confirm the same evening I booked. The staff member was professional, friendly, responsive and helped me pick the location to host. When he arrived he set it quickly and gave great instructions. He kept the attention of kids (as young as 5) and full grown adults for the full game. The set up and equipment is impressive and it was by far the best and easiest birthday party we've thrown for our kiddo! We have already booked again for an upcoming block party.

On the day of the event, I didn't really know what to expect. Mitch was on time, walked us through how the event would go, and started setting stuff up. He was great with our large group of 10-year-old girls and had them running missions in no time. The kids did not stop sprinting and laughing for the solid 2 hours. I highly recommend Run N' Gun for a kid's party or even a team-building event. Bonus, he sends you a highlight reel after the event so you can share it with friends and family. Thanks!!

You'll learn more about each character once you arrive... and once the alcohol gets flowing, it's a grand ol time. Each story is different (and even the same story has multiple endings). All are fantastic. The characters are so much fun (you can choose to be a suspect, a witness, or just be part of the audience). You can dress on theme or not. It's always well written. Sean makes it hysterical. You can see it at Old Glory Ranch or hire for your personal event for a really great price. I love it so much, I'm hosting a Halloween party for my friends and hiring MFH for it. It's a rare Austin gem.
