Five stars because this was my very first VR experience and it was super fun! But based on what my more experienced friends said, I suspect the tech (graphics and latency) might be better elsewhere. Didn't matter though because the feeling of immersion is intense. Walking across platforms and through corridors. Shooting robots and flying drones. Getting caught in cross fires and working as a team to fight. Man, so fun! Their orientation was good. Explained everything very well. And they have several other games too. We almost did the escape room VR because the halls in our group wanted to so something not scary. But we convinced them to kill robots!! I wish I had video of what we looked like walking around in the game. Haha

Did a walk-in and able to pay and play immediately with no wait. The young woman we interacted with was very friendly and helpful! We played two VR games for a total of $152. Each game was :30 mins long. Overall a wonderful experience. We will be returning with our boys so they can experience it as well!

Had an absolute amazing time here! I was in Austin for a bachelor party and we all wanted to try this. We hung out for a bit before deciding to start playing VR. The owner greeted us when we walked in and explained how each of his games work. He was very knowledgable and nice, answering any questions we had. Our group of 8 played "Outbreak" and it was so much fun. I hadn't played much VR before so I was blown away with the clarity of goggles and overall emersion I experienced. I truly felt like I was "IN" a video game, we all even had headsets with microphones to communicate while running around. This will ruin all other VR games you have or will play, it's that good! I highly recommend giving it a try.

Zero Latency VR, the Austin location (also one in San Antonio) has only 5-star reviews for a reason- it's awesome!! Garrett, the owner, is a friendly guy who made sure we had everything we needed for a great time. We played Outbreak, as it is the most popular. Shooting zombies was a lot of fun. There are 6 games to choose between. I want to try them all! It's a big open VR room and everything is clean. Axe throwing in the same space. Thanks for a great time!!
