The guys in the front desk were very friendly, they let us connect to their speaker through Bluetooth and I played some hard rock music that I found fitting for the occasion. The session lasts 25 minutes. I added 2 TVs to smash, those are very hard to break since they only have metal bars and not sledgehammers as other rage rooms, I'd avoid purchasing them as extra next time. The guys were nice and gave me an extra computer monitor to break, it was fun! They also have 1 fridge and a broken washer that you can smash. Very therapeutic!

Note: it does get warm in the room so dress appropriately since you will be given a jumpsuit. Also make sure you're wearing closed toe shoes. They go over the rules and you will get I believe 3 warnings and I will say my daughter got a warning for dropping the mallet. They have everything you need to smash and you are able to bring in items also. The people who reserved it after us brought in a bunch due to bulk pick up just happening. Something to think about if you choose to go. I intended to go back with just my daughter and do the paint room and other things they had but we haven't made it back since. There was dust covering almost everything, piles of clutter throughout the space, and very little lighting, which made the entire environment feel uncomfortable rather than exciting. We had made a reservation online, but when we arrived, nothing was set up or ready for us. The masks and gloves we were given were visibly dirty, and the protective suits hanging on the wall looked just as unclean. While we should have worn them, I'm honestly relieved we weren't asked to because they didn't appear sanitary. The entire time we were there, we both felt on edge. The atmosphere was so unsettling that we kept saying it felt like we had walked into the movie House of Wax. We seriously considered leaving, but because of the strict no-refund policy, we decided to stay and make the best of it. The rage room itself was underwhelming. Most of the breakable items were beer bottles, which isn't necessarily a problem, except that several of them still had beer left inside. As we smashed them, the leftover beer sprayed onto us. The room was also much smaller than we expected and was already covered in broken glass and debris before we even started, making it feel crowded and less enjoyable. In total, we spent over $170 after adding an extra crate and purchasing the video footage. For that price, we expected a much cleaner, more organized, and more professional experience. Overall, I can't recommend this place. If you're looking for a fun rage room experience, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. This one felt neglected, unsanitary, and simply wasn't worth the money.

I think they would say it's "chef inspired" if I recall reading that on the menu or something. There are TVs everywhere! So whether you're bowling or sitting near or at the bar, you'll be able to catch the game. Celtic Axe Throwing - Austin is a separate business but housed in the Brewtorium. Yes, throw axes!!! It appears to be thing. While I waited, I thought you have never thrown axes on a board. Let's do this darn thang! Have I thrown darts? Yes! Have I shot arrows at a bulls eye? Yep! Have I gone skeet shooting? You betcha! Why not throw axes to add it to my games with a little danger? What is the worst that could happen? Loose a finger or toe...perhaps get knocked in the head from a poor throw? Well none of these thoughts scared me. I did have to sign a waiver disclaimer. This is what should have sent me sprinting out of the building. You always have to face your fear. I did it with no lost body parts...not even a scratch. It was a ton of fun. It's inside a brewery, so you can easily have fun throwing axes then sit down, grab drinks and/or food, and chat with friends. When you walk-in, walk straight down the hallway and the axe throwing room is to the right. They are about 6 lanes. It was $20 per person for 1 hour. We each had our own lane. 1 hour was plenty of time! There are also games you can play - I highly recommend after you get the swing of things.
