We were in the process of leaving the second time. Every time we would go, multiple games wouldn't work but it's part of the pinballz experience and we just wrote it off as no big deal but the losses do pile up. I was there today and it was busy and more than half of the games didn't work. When they did work; they had glitches. I found an employee which is tough and they saw what I was saying and apologized and said to go to the counter and they can credit me back. The woman at the counter wasn't as nice and told me she wouldn't be crediting me back for games that didn't work and said it with a huge attitude. The way people treat people there is wild. I've literally spent thousands of dollars and when telling them I was having issues with 5 games and would like to be credited back for the games that didn't work; they seemed to take satisfaction in telling me no. I won't be back and no one there cares. Broken games and counter people with superiority complexes aren't a great match but they will still make their money. The last thing this place is is fun.

We showed up on a Saturday night and I was expecting it to be a lot busier. I assumed it would be crawling with rugrats and ankle biters but my friend and I were it. They had a Saturday night special where it was unlimited play with any type of blaster. There was about 1.5-2 hours left before they closed up and figured we could play a lot of games. Since it was the two of us it was mano y mano while we had a gamesmaster/ref/time keeper there. The space is littered with Darts and with the variety of blasters available you need to be cognizant of what 'caliber' you're using. A family ended of four ended up coming in so despite being outnumbered 2-1 we beat them due to superior tactics, coordinated teamwork and the fact that two of the them hadn't hit puberty yet. So had to keep checking my phone to see if there was a link to close it. Finally after the timer was up to order food, the option to close the tab popped up. During the movie I received a notification that my card was charged. The girl had told me it wouldn't be charged it would be applied to the gift cards. Went to the front to get my balance on the gift card I had left and come to find out they applied my gift cards to another table. The manager figured it out and gave me my balance owed back on a new gift card. I walked out the door and then turned back around to find out about my credit card charged, I wanted a receipt for the refund on my cc. Someone in front of me was getting comped 4 movie tickets for their troubles. The manager could not give me a receipt for my credit card and said I needed to just wait 5-7 days.
