They have add one such as goody bags and food/drink options for adults. We added a couple food platters for adults and the goody bags. Pros: - Affordable and convenient - low stress - kids had an absolute blast Cons: - Overall service was very average and slow. Inexperienced party host staff. - Room wasn't set up / ready until bowling was nearly done. - Upon arriving at the venue we learned that they didn't have goody bags available that day. This was disappointing because I would've expected a heads up at least one day in advance so that we can make other arrangements. They did provide an extra $10 on each child's game card to make up for it, which was nice.

After hearing every excuse in the world including having a "manager" basically shush me and act like I was being unreasonable for demanding they stick to the party plan and stop being late to everything. After all this we ended up having to stay an hour and a half later than we had planned to experience everything we paid for and half the kids had to leave by that time which was really upsetting. They have no respect for your time they just want your money and once they have it you're no longer important. They had the nerve to give us a 1 hour of bowling for free gift card (to make it up ) while they gave us a $475 bill and wanted a tip. As if we are ever going back. This is after hearing "we have other people besides you to attend to what do you expect us to do we can't fix everything". Like I'm supposed to pay for a party package and not expect to get everything I paid for because they have more than one party . Just lazy !!! They have ZERO accountability, not one person really gave a damn. It was more like a burden to have to work. The whole place is going down hill and the restrooms are beyond filthy. The food is atrocious and even when we had to wait came out cold. Never had such a trashy worthless waste of money experience in my life as I did at this place. This isn't an opinion it's what happened.

The pinball machines are typically $1 or more per game, while the classic arcade games are just 50 cents each! I was especially in awe of the incredible pinball machines, including The X-Files, John Wick, Aerosmith, South Park, and more. We were in the process of leaving the second time. I was there today and it was busy and more than half of the games didn't work. When they did work; they had glitches. I found an employee which is tough and they saw what I was saying and apologized and said to go to the counter and they can credit me back. The woman at the counter wasn't as nice and told me she wouldn't be crediting me back for games that didn't work and said it with a huge attitude. The way people treat people there is wild. I've literally spent thousands of dollars and when telling them I was having issues with 5 games and would like to be credited back for the games that didn't work; they seemed to take satisfaction in telling me no. I won't be back and no one there cares. Broken games and counter people with superiority complexes aren't a great match but they will still make their money. The last thing this place is is fun.

Since it was the two of us it was mano y mano while we had a gamesmaster/ref/time keeper there. The space is littered with Darts and with the variety of blasters available you need to be cognizant of what 'caliber' you're using. A family ended of four ended up coming in so despite being outnumbered 2-1 we beat them due to superior tactics, coordinated teamwork and the fact that two of the them hadn't hit puberty yet. They do have a good supply of books at the front of the store. There was a set up for gamers in the back of the store. There is a cool incentive to buy books here where you can earn points when you buy something that can add up to $5 off your next purchase. Neat. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'd come back here.
