Stopped by on a Friday afternoon as a treat to wrap up the first week back to school (and for the kiddos to burn off some energy!). Grateful to have indoor play area options in Austin during the 100+ degree heat in the summer. This spot is located inside the Lakeline Mall. It has several themed bounce houses and a giant bounce scape with multiple slides, a trampoline, and a ball pit. They also have arcade games which are priced separately from the admission ticket. We had a great experience because there was no one else there when we visited so we got lucky and had the whole space to ourselves. I was so grateful to not have to deal with crowds and chaos. That said this is not a big space so if there were more people, my experience may have been different. I felt like the price ($14/kid) was honestly quite steep for the small space. I would've been fine with it if that included arcade games, but paying additionally for those is a bit ridiculous. We didn't get food from here as it is also overpriced. read more

We took our grandkids and they had such a fun time. The prices are so good and the pizza is cheap but it does the trick. There was plenty of space for the kiddos to run around and the folks in charge don't really mess with anyone and we had a very lovely time. For the younger set, there's the usual ball pit. Older kids may enjoy some of the maze-like structures. It's a good place to hold a party for younger children; they have spaces set aside in the back of the facility for this and will provide an emcee and food. For those looking to have their kids burn off some energy, there are tables for the adults and a concession to order from. The day we were there was soon after an incident at the mall, so it was pretty quiet and not terribly crowded. Lakeline Mall used to be a vibrant place filled with retail stores, but appears to be deteriorating after losing anchor tenants. Inflatable Wonderland is a bright spot near one end. read more

For a relatively small place hidden inside a mall, they know how to take advantage of what they have. I brought my 2 year old son to come check out this place on a Saturday afternoon for a couple hours and we were pleasantly surprised. The place is split in half between inflatables and arcade games. Luckily my son just likes to look at all the lights because the games are expensive. There are more than enough inflatables for kids of all ages. It wasn't too crowded when we want but I bet this place can get pretty crazy. If you need a place to take your kids during some bad weather, I would add this to your list of options. read more

We decided to have our daughter's birthday party here without ever previously visiting. It was a good decision overall! Our guests had a fun time, and all of the kids loved playing in the various bounce houses and large indoor playscape. Most of the kids in our party were between the ages of 1.5 and 6, which is about the perfect age range for this place. It was crowded but not overwhelming, and the place seemed fairly clean and safe. Their staff member, Isabella, was our designated party hostess, and she was terrific. She helped us with decorations , checked in with us on when to bring out food, and even served our guests. She also helped cut the cake, passed out cupcakes and ice cream to the kids, and helped us clean up the party area afterwards. Definitely top notch service, especially compared to other party venues we've used. My one minor issue is their no outside food policy for parties, which limited our food options. They provide some food and drinks as part of their party packages, and we ordered some additional items just in case. We went with the pizza (they ordered from Domino's) and some nuggets (dino nuggies), and both were just ok. They do let you bring cake, cupcakes, and goody bags. Overall, it was a good experience, and importantly, our daughter had a great celebration. read more

The bouncy houses are grungy, use at your own risk. The ball pit is filled with crushed and torn balls that should be removed. There are kids without socks, sock rule not enforced. Adults wear footwear just about everywhere and don't follow the "please remove" prior to stepping on mats. Adults are not allowed to follow their kid onto the jungle gym (mostly due to height issues). Kids are drawn to the arcade games anyways and you might end up spending more than you anticipated to keep your cool. Sorry, not sorry...probably not coming back. But I can see how kids can still have fun together and celebrate parties. read more

Used to be cheap and reasonable, but clearly under new owners within the last few months that only care about making money. Upped the prices of EVERYTHING. Only two bounce houses now. Everything wreaks of PISS or vomit. Not even 1 water fountain in the place for kids dying of thirst. And there's bribing ads on the wall saying if you leave a good review you get a free drink.. edit to add- 2 days later both my kids sick with fever. So they don't even clean the facility. Never will come back and am telling everyone I know to stay away. This is insane. read more

I came here for a party with the kiddos. It's super crowded on the weekends. It's very overwhelming and loud. And it gives me dirty/icky vibes. It doesn't feel clean. Also, it's hard to watch your little ones if you're trying to follow after them because it's hard for grown-ups to fit in anything - not that adults should, but it would be hard if you're running after a toddler or something. read more

I came to this kid-friendly place yesterday as Thing Two wanted to stop in as she hadn't been to this establishment in several years. I accommodated her request as I didn't want to hear her mouth :) While I believe this place is suited for kiddos under 5 years of age, my 9 year old insisted that she would have a good time here (because what do I know, I'm just a mom). When we came in, it was pretty empty as it was a school day and was fairly early in the day (around 3PM) and many school aged children are still in class during this time. We went to counter and initially purchased 20 coins for $5.00. However, we discovered these coins ran out quickly and we ended up purchasing more. The coins are used for consumers to play games with (much like Chuck E Cheese). When consumers play the games, they then receive tickets to get prizes with (again like the place where the big rat lives). Overall Thing Two enjoyed here, there wasn't too many people here during the time we went so she was allowed to have free rein of the place which I am sure was why she enjoyed being here on this particular day. Would I come again, not really! I'm 42 not 9, but if there's some type of party being thrown here for little ones, I'm sure I'd show. read more

A fun play area for kids. The bouncy houses are suitable for kids 5 or older IMO. They are a bit enclosed and dark inside so it can get a little claustrophobic especially if it gets crowded. A few arcade games available to play as well. Nobody makes sure if you remove shoes before hopping onto the bouncy houses so that's a bit of a concern. Make sure you are standing nearby and observing wherever your kids are and don't leave them alone especially in the bouncy house. read more

There are also "token operated" little kiddie rides but you have to purchase tokens separately to ride them. (Nothing here for older kids, age limit is 11). PRICE: Stay all day for $10/kid; adults accompanying the kids are free. Kids 2 and under $8. Special lower pricing on Tuesdays and Thursdays. EATS: There is a limited snack bar with very reasonable prices as well. Come and go as you please if any adults want to shop the mall. WI-FI: Free WiFi with the password posted on a couple of posts, or you can ask the attendant. The place is very clean and well maintained. Went here with the family today, (Tuesday afternoon). It is located inside the Mall on the lower level, to the far end of the mall parking lot. I say this because it was not so obvious how to find it. Upon entering and paying, each family member gets a color-coded bracelet, as a safety measure to make sure no one leaves with someone else's child. So, this place is and feels very safe. Spotted some cameras throughout. One of the things I noticed immediately is that unlike Urban Air Adventure Park, where the lighting is very dim, making it difficult to see your little ones from far or from inside the maze-like play area, IW has very good and bright lighting throughout the whole facility. You get assigned to a table with about 4 chairs. That's your table for the duration of your visit. Parents typically sit by their table while the kids run and play freely. I noticed that tables and chairs are completely wiped clean after each use. I liked that there are plenty of little cubbies where kids can place their sneakers; because they are not allowed to play anywhere with your sneakers on. You can also buy socks here, if you forgot to wear or didn't wear because you had sandals on. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and professional. You can approach them with questions or concerns and not feel like you shouldn't have. Although there were some arcade/games that were out of service, most of them worked just fine, and if you play well, you win tickets which you can use to claim a prize, similar to a Chucky Cheese or a David & Busters. But the prizes seemed to be dwindling, or not so attractive to win. But keep in mind, the inflatables are the main attractions. The inflatables are so much fun for the kids to play in. My kids had a blast!! I asked my two eldest how they liked it in comparison to Urban Air Adventure Park; my 7 yr old prefers Urban Air, but my 4 yr old prefers Inflatable Wonderland. But still, my 7 yr old had a blast! If we go here again, I'm sure she won't be disappointed. This is definitely a fun and safe place for kids under 11. You can have a private party here for a good price, and really have a great time(the kids). There's nothing to do here for adults, with the exception of the Air Hockey, the basketball throwing, and probably a few others that you can play along with your kids. This place is not sophisticated, but definitely enjoyable, and allows for creativity and exploration, which this generation could really benefit from. I also like how kids make friends here. This play place was clean, staff were so friendly, and it felt calm. We had been to another local indoor playground the same morning and left after 30 minutes because it was too crowded, floors were very dirty, the bathroom was gross, and crying kids everywhere! I dropped my daughter off for a party at I.W. for her best friend's brother. My wife and I know both of her friend's parents. I had an appointment and asked if I could leave for the appointment. She said of course and would text when they were wrapping up. I start to leave but the guy at the front who I'll refer to as authoritarian ego (a.e.) simply said, "You can't leave!" I ignore him and try to get out but the gate door is locked on inside by electronic lock, requiring buzzer from employee to open. I mentioned my daughter was with her best friend's party (as he was aware) and her best friend's parents are fully capable of watching her. He again tells me I can't leave in a cold tone. When asked why, he tells me it's their policy no parents can leave unless with kid and when asked how we would know of this policy, he only asked if I wanted to speak to manager. Don't want to cause ruckus at daughter's event knowing I'm going to miss appointment so I return to party. The mother asks if I left something and I explain the guy (a.e.) at the desk won't let me leave without my daughter so I have to stay. Puzzled by this, she tells me her husband left to get something and to ask him when he returns how he got out. When he returned, I mentioned the "policy" and how he was able to get out. He looked surprised and said he just walked out with no questions or issue. I asked if he could come with me find out why we were treated differently by same person. As we walk up, a.e. has his supervisor standing next to him anticipating my questioning. As my friend and I walk up, I greet the manager and explain the situation and asked why OK for him but not me. Silence from both since caught red handed. I look at a.e. for an explanation but he goes into "our policy does not allow for a parent to leave the premises without their child!" like a kind of mantra or recording on playback. I asked his manager if what he said was the policy and if so, why was my friend allowed to leave. She says yes but if a parent is comfortable leaving the child with a trusted adult, they could leave. I look at a.e. in the eye and inform him that contradicts what he told me which was no exception and again asked why friend was not stopped by him since he didn't have his kid either. Silence. No apology or explanation. A.e. simply regurgitates policy mantra again letting me know he's taking 5th. I then pushed the door again, hard, and no budging or movement from a.e. to press the buzzer. No correction by manager nor request for him to buzz me out despite the fact I met her requirements to leave. A.e. just stands there, repeating his incorrect policy mantra but I still can't leave. By now, I realize they are simply playing a power game. I ask in front of my friend (as future witness) if they are refusing to let me leave and/or if they would call the cops if I jump gate that is locked. Again, blank stares. My friend starts laughing at them, saying they don't know anything. He then reaches around me to push the gate which amazingly opens for him but never for me. You can't any of this was over child welfare cause a.e. and co. released my daughter to my friends without my wife or I being present. Go figure! His manager stood by her man and let him have his power trip showing her involvement or subordination to him. Either way, shows she's unfit. I hope a.e. learns to deflate that ego before it catches up to him. Regarding potential discrimination, my friend is a different race than I am. However, our races are probably reversed from what a reader and historical norms might assume. Both a.e. and manager were both of the same race as each other but were a different race than myself and my friend. They likely assumed a lawsuit from someone of my race would be less likely to succeed. For my friend, that was not the case as they let him out repeatedly without saying, "You can't leave!". Who knows since discrimination is carried out regardless of race as each does it based on assumptions and the need to feel unified in hate or superiority. If they don't care about customer service on the most basic level, can you expect them to provide a safe place for your kid. read more

My 4 year old granddaughter and I LOVE this place. She even had a birthday party here one year and wants to do it again this year. You can not bring outside food or drinks. Be prepared to buy from the low priced snack bar. Only regular concession stand items are available like chips, hotdogs, candy, pizza, soda. They do not charge for adults, only child and it's super cheap. There is no time limit on how long you can stay. My granddaughter and I have closed the place down several times. You can get your hand stamped for same day reentry so you can eat at food court or just shop. This is an indoor kids playground so don't expect it to be immaculate, just have fun, let kids play and socialize! The family that owns it works it! They are great folks with a great local business and deserve your patronage! read more

It's one of the fewer inflatable places my kids can enjoy together as I have a younger daughter and the other places are a bit more aggressive for her. It cost about $10 for each child as I paid $20ish every time I go there. You get a wristband and that allows you to return there for the remainder of the day. The woman that helps us is very friendly and attentive to who enters and leaves the play place. I think it is our job as parents to watch our own kids especially since other kids can be a bit more aggressive around your own. So far my kids enjoy it but it is a bit small with no ball pit, but it's open and clean so this is my go to place for now. 4 stars. read more

Not safe for kids! The employees dont enforce their safety policies. A kid was hurting other kids, when I explained what happened to an employee she didn't talk to the kid or her parent. They just said "I'll keep an eye on her," then went on about her business without even watching the playground. The employees dont care about safety obviously, so they must expect the parents to correct other people's kids or find their parents. I wont be coming back, and I want other parents to know this place doesn't really value safety. read more

I took my son to inflatable Wonderland for a birthday party. It looks another place like Pump it up, but the inflatables are smaller than Pump it up. I think because they are located in lakeline mall, the roof is not high enough for them to bring a huge inflatable. The location is perfect. So many parents and kids came to lakeline mall for shopping. They can just stop by for a play. It's $10 per kid during weekend. read more

Totally impressed. We go to these places quite a bit for our kids' birthday parties, and this place might very well get our business next time! (see pix) Many well inflated, cared for jumpy jumps! I liked that they had more than just one inflatable with a slide. They actually had quite a few climbers and slides, now that I think about it. Little kids are definitely welcomed here! There is a very nice area for small kids to play, crawl, or just stay out of the harms way of the bigger kids. They have one huge inflatable for 3 and under, and one for 5 and under--- and I actively saw staff enforcing kids that looked too big, to stay off. I was impressed. LOTS of sitting area for the adults. So for $10 all you can play on the weekend, it was great!
