This is my brother the day before we went to Texas typhoon
Vinny M.

I would've given it a 2.5 but now it's a 5 mostly because of Diego he's cool and angry Alex he's also cool cause he said his brother works there the chicken isn't good also the restroom doors don't lock two people came in and saw me pooping but I didn't really care also give Diego a promotion and employee of the month he's a nice dude sadly I had to witness a kid undress himself while me and good cousin JP were getting free doctor pepper but it's alright I give it a massive 5 stars

We've been quite a few times over the years during the great grades days. It is conveniently close to stone hill which means you do not have to spend an arm and a leg inside the park to eat. I do find the food to be overpriced but that's normal for water parks. The park is kept clean. The covered seating areas are first come, first serve. I wish the first aid setup was closer to the center of the park but the staff was extremely helpful and kind to my baby girl when she fell in the park. Pflugerville police were onsite which made me feel comfortable allowing my kids to roam by themselves. Plenty of parking and staff.

I attended a company party here today. The park was great on such a hot day. I totally recommend the lazy river, floating around on innertubes. The water slides were just as fun. There are lines for the 5 the wait is not long. There's no wait for the lazy river. The park brings out the kid in adults. There's plenty of parking. There's a bar, areas to buy food. Paid lockers. A changing room. A lot of children, juveniles, and adults. My admission was free. I didn't check to see how much regular prices were. I recommend the park for kids of all ages.

Nothing works, where's the water?

Typhoon Texas is about to get shut down by Kalahari if they don't get their act together. We have been loving Typhoon Texas for years, it's always been a great location for our young and growing family to get together and make memories, no matter the kids age range. We specifically tend to stick to the splash pad areas because our kids are younger, however today's visit was sub-par and disappointing... As season passes holders, we came to the Waterpark for some splash pad fun, but nothing was on or in working order! See attached images... -All the splash pad water features not working -The water guns not working -The water feature not working What is the point of coming to cool down from the Texas heat if the water isn't even on here? Yall, you're in the water-business, get your splash pad in working order! This is sad and controllable on your part. You should be glad Kalahari season passes are so expensive otherwise you would have lost our business... #StillPricingItOutThough #SplashLife

Invited for a birthday party. Parking was easy. Inside the lobby was designated for check in for…read moreparty or just check in. We were given wrist bands and I had to ask where to go. We had a dedicated area with two picnic tables. Lots of kids there that day. Lots of chloramines in the air. My biggest complaint. Chloramines are chlorine that has bonded with organic matter and chloramine gas is released. It does not indicate cleanliness. That cannot be judged by smell but smell does indicate no free chlorine is available to sanitize. The odor was intense. It burned your eyes. It stayed on your clothes and hair afterward. The entire drive back home to DFW I was smelling chloramine and I never got wet. Anyway. Everyone seemed to be having a good time. Birthday boy loved it. His friends loved it. We didn't get in the water. We were being checked on frequently by staff. The water wasn't deep anywhere that I saw. You could see the kids easily. Slides and lots of typical splash pad things. It was a nice little place. The only complaint was the strong smell. We didn't buy food there so I can't speak to that. Overall it was a nice indoor splash park so despite the intense smell, I'm giving 3 stars.

Not what it used to be. At all. A couple weeks back came…read moreacross something online. Pretty sure it was on Google maps one of the AI suggested tips said that after 4 PM it was half price. Not a big deal. We got there and they wouldn't honor it. Ok, they've definitely done it before for us because I remember. Both of the employee stories didn't match up, okay - no big deal. Our kids wanted to play - we still paid. First irritating thing. Next? The lifeguards are selective (and not really paying attention to your kids so BE AWARE, THERE ARE TONS OF PLACES THEY CAN STILL DROWN HERE!!!!!! ) with who they want to yell at, also they don't really know what they're yelling at for because telling my child's father that he couldn't go down the small slide, even though it did not say no adults on that particular slide and our son is small/was scared to go without his Dad waiting first at the bottom. I guess because he was on the heavyset side of things she was trying to suggest he was too heavy when in fact, he was not, and there were bigger people going down it. So yeah the teenager "life guards" will body shame you. Watch out. Lastly.... The place has BLACK MOLD absolutely everywhere... as well as green mold/algae growing on steps, TONS of anti slip treads ripped off causing kids to slip (not to mention all the broken pieces of equipment), get hurt....even though they're in a rush to push customers out right at 6 o'clock sharp, if not before if they get the chance. Because they half ssa squeegee the floors so make sure you don't leave your shoes on the floor otherwise they'll end up in a puddle of water where they push all of it around from trying to hurry up and leave instead of doing their job properly and waiting for everyone to leave before they start cleaning/closing. It's a shame that the owners have let this place go downhill so much considering how much they still charge and the water was definitely not 82°! We saw one little boy with his lips blue and shivering. Save your money go elsewhere, this place is not what it's cracked out to be. Oh, and then charging like $20-$25 for an eight dollar pizza from Domino's is pretty diabolical too.

The workers varied from really nice and helpful to grumpy and appearing to hate their jobs. The place in general is a money pit, but I think you know that going into it. We happened to get in on a BOGO special. Otherwise the price seems crazy high. The roller coaster was one activity that seemed to be running very inefficient. It took forever for them to load the carts. They did jump workers around to different activities so everything isn't always open and the times posted didn't actually match up to when they were open.

That's when we found out that for $30 you could get one hour of free play on non ticketed games. We bought one card and were able to play the Walking Dead rail shooter, the entire campaign of the Halo rail shooter, and some Cruisin' to wrap up the night. It was a Friday night, so they were pretty busy but it's such a huge arcade that it really never is a problem. The staff were all super nice and made me feel welcomed. There is a pretty great selection of games at Tom Foolery. I do wish they had an NBA Jam style arcade machine or more "mature" games like Halo and Walking Dead, but beggars can't be choosers. If you've ever wanted to just be a guy and run through full arcade game campaigns, the Tom's Power Hour deal is absolutely worth it. I will be back one day to beat the Jurassic Park campaign. Went here with family while visiting Belton for a few days. I haven't been to water park in ages!…read moreSo it was a nice way to cool off in the Texas heat for the afternoon. It's a basic waterpark. - 2 big slides. One of which being a tube slide. - an area for little kids and toddlers. - lazy river. - swing thing. - cabanas and reserved tables. - snack stand - general store - bathrooms. There really isn't an area where you go and get tubes from a pile. You just kinda have to scope out the lazy river and find a tube that's abandoned. The big slides are CRAZY fast! I am telling you to watch out for the tube slide that's multicolored! The speed I was going was nuts, combined with the fact it had me going backwards unintentionally was kinda scary. I got a bruise trying to position myself so I could drop out into the pool without seriously flipping over or injuring myself. The bruise is still visible 2 days later. I didn't wanna ride that slide anymore. Didn't trust it. All in all, it's a nice little park where you can beat the heat. If you don't mind crowds or tons of people in a lazy river. It's not horrible but it's not awe inspiring either lol.

Put someone at the bottom, it's common sense.

First, shoutout to captain John and captain Jack for the rides to and from the "island." Super kind guys. Now, WA was a great time! In hindsight we were super glad we got there early to try out the 4 free standing things in the water. As far as the obstacle course, it was a BLAST. However, my husband and I are out of shape and hardly made it the 45 minutes. We were slipping and sliding all around, but everyone was! We were sore the next day, but that's because we aren't super young folks anymore. They do have a food truck and bar. The food was pretty good, can't go wrong with a grilled cheese.
