Finally a well maintained, relatively clean and hygienic indoor play area! My daughters ages 6 and 3 love coming here to explore and play. Perfect for them to burn energy. They have a number of engaging, interactive play spaces including trampolines, slides of different sizes + themes, and more. They don't make you buy special socks or up-charge you for anything. Once you purchase admission, you have it for the whole day with in and out privileges. I recommend coming early in the morning close to opening time for fewer crowds. They have a dedicated area for young kids under age 4, which is perfect for my little one. I do wish this area was more closely monitored as I have seen much older kids enter which defeats the purpose of it being a safe space for the younger ones. Some annoying rules around not being able to bring in outside food or drinks (including Starbucks coffee for parents). But overall love this spot! read more

As a parent we have been to many play centers, While I see why people may be upset about the no outside food or drink and limited seating I'm sure it really aides in how clean this place was. The snack bar was mostly treats but so reasonably priced they don't take advantage You constantly see staff cleaning and attending to guests, walking through the play structures. Came here with my toddler and it was a blast! Long line to check in, but didn't take too long. Filled out form online in that time. Super busy and tons of birthday parties back to back. We had fun running all over the place. Took off a star due to lots of smashed balls, and some broken items up in the bigger crawl space. Catch Air is a large indoor play venue for toddlers through about age 10. There is a separate play space that is safe and suitable for those under age 3, but many other areas offer more adventuresome play. There's good use of technology throughout, with some large touch-sensitive play surfaces. Catch Air is located in a strip shopping center near the intersection of Anderson Mill Rd. and 183. I recently attended a birthday party there. Food for the party was kept within the designated room, and an employee of Catch Air helped with coordinating and serving. There are small and large party rooms. A PA system was useful in calling the children back for party activities. There are carts available to bring in party supplies and remove gifts and other items. A waiver must be signed before you enter the play area from the lobby. The waiver is accessible via QR code link and, once signed, is good for a year. Your hand is stamped with UV ink on the way in. If you plan to be in the play areas, shoes must be removed. Socks are strongly suggested. We stayed until the 8 pm closure time (on a Friday evening). I'd recommend not waiting to that point, as the exit area can get pretty crowded and confusing to small children. read more

Super fun! Lots to do and super big compared to other indoor play places in the area. I love how large their toddler section was. Even on the busy Saturday we went, there was still lots of unused play equipment for my toddler to play with. Staff seemed very attentive. The seating area was on the smaller side for how big the place was, but I wouldn't trade parts of the play area for more seating. Lots of climbing, spinning, sliding all around. It's decorated with spaceship figures around . Parent's can accompany the kids anywhere for supervision . Their prices for weekend for 2yo was $14.99 and adults $5.99 + taxes (which seemed to be a bit high) especially for the adults. The place is always clean, but some of the activities in the littles play area like the spinner wall was broken and needs to be replaced! Their concession counter is small and sells beverages, ice creams and chips. Ample of parking in the complex and is located right next to the Moonie's burger. When he went to go pull the toilet paper out from the plastic container that it was in, a syringe needle came out. This is completely unacceptable! He reported it to a manager and nothing else was said. This is a family establishment. It's downright disgusting that this happened. For as much money as I spent on a birthday party today, this did not meet my expectations. I emailed them immediately and they came back with a sincere response but no resolution. This was on December 15th and I'm still waiting for a reply of what's going to be done about this. Unfortunately, they are not part of the Better Business Bureau so I cannot report them. Fun place to bring your kids. I live an around away and I would still recommend it. We took our twins for the first time this week on a weekday. Great price, around $30 total for us. The membership is a great price but we live too far to really benefit from it. Love the rocket theme. It was a weekday so it was packed, but not overwhelmingly packed. The check in process took a while because parents didn't sign the waiver beforehand and held up the lines instead of standing to the side for those who did already sign the waiver. If you haven't been here before, go to their website to do so. Once inside, there was an area for kids under 3 with plenty of things to keep my kids entertained. I wish they enforced the rules to keep it under 3 for that area though because there were older grown children (probably 10-15 years old) swinging off of things and knocking other toddlers down, making it really unsafe. We also explored the playground area for kids over 3 and it was a lot of fun. Definitely need adult supervision if you're a toddler parent but tons of slides, swings and interactive things throughout the tunnels. There was only one bday party happening but you could tell that most kids were there for the party when they were called away for pizza and cake. There a lot to do here for a variety of kids ages. There is a section for less than 4years old which is nice and then a free for all section for others. My kids only lasted about 1.25 hours here before they got tired /hungry but they were able to explore the entire playscape in that time. Came for a birthday party for the first time on a Saturday, and the place was PACKED. Overall, the playspace is great, with tons of routes to take and interactive displays, different styles of play, etc. There is also a large section designated for four and under only (though there were several teens and older kids messing around in there that we saw, despite announcements being made to keep older kids out). My kid loved it. That said, the parties seemed to be running behind, and weren't the best-organized. The room was nice, clean, and pretty soundproof to the chaos in the main area, but while the guy in charge was super nice, it seemed like there was a lot of awkward downtime. It was also FREEZING in the main play area. The thermostat was set to 67-70 degrees, and if we hadn't gone into the slightly warmer party room I would have had to leave early because I didn't have another layer to put on. Also, I saw reviews in advance saying how easy it was to see your kid...this was sooooo not the case when it was busy. My girl disappeared from sight many times in the structure, and once we were separated for at least five min, both trying frantically find each other. When it's crowded, we typically stay in the toddler section, but on a quiet evenings, he loves to explore the big kid sections. Luckily, Catch Air is very parent friendly, so you can join in the fun and keep a close eye out. Pricing wise, for one time use, they are similar to the other competitors in the area. Where they stand out is in the monthly memberships. You really can't beat them in that area. For the foreseable future, we will be coming back every single week. read more

What a fun place to get your kid's energy out and also relax in an indoor, AC bounty place! We are making our way thru this hot house summer and it's only July, enter our visit to Catch Air. We previously only ever went to Indigo Play as our 2 year old enjoyed himself plenty on the playscape and thought to try out this relatively new space. Entry for 1 child includes 1 adult, so if you bring your spouse, you have to fork over an additional $4-6 for included entry. On the plus, we signed up our 2 year old for a membership which allowed him anytime access (weekdays and weekends) for $38/month, a juice box a visit and socks on sign up! Win! I typically take my son solo a majority of the week, and struggle with finding fun things to do outside of the house these days so this is a great space to get fun on the speed slides, interactive screens and run to your hearts content. I also enjoy that this place is easy on my back and doesn't make me feel like I am a giant in a doll house! The space theme decor is so fun, with great music and the staff is friendly, and always cleaning! That is something I have noticed every single visit I've since been to, this is my 6th visit in 6days ;) Funnest thing for my 2 almost 3 year old, the ball pit and the bazooka guns that are a fun course for littles to get some target practice. The toddler area is also very well cared for and going during the evenings during the weekday has been great for crowd management, expect weekends to be a PACKED crowd! Whew! Not for me. Kids like it, but it felt like claustrophobic chaos to me as soon as I walked in. It's standing room only on popular days with little to no sitting room for adults-- so parents are planted throughout the middle of the floor with kids running all around and in between. The barstool-type chairs lined beside and along the wall of shoes made for an awkward and funky experience, and with it being so dark inside of the play structures, it was hard to keep an eye on my 3 and 5 yr olds. Although everything is new and now clean unlike before I'm giving this a three starts because unless you or anyone else in the building is attending or hosting a Birthday party all the features of this place aren't active . Yes a big assumption but I'm guessing these air cannon things use a lot of electricity and throughout the day they deactivate them to save on bills meaning even though you pay the same as you do when they work you won't get to use them if you show up at the wrong time . My son was told they just don't work when literally two days prior they where just fine . It's not the first time so I'm not just mistaken and they are broken like they will claim . Kinda of a bummer for the kids who look forward to this part of the experience. Second of all when I came with my two year old and my six year old the prices are $12.99 and $15.99 and one adult free per child yet after tax I was paying $35.69. Any way after I payed the girl at the counter crumbled up my receipt real fast and I though to myself that's too expensive and asked for the receipt she said "oh I should have asked " . Anyway I took my kids in to take their shoes off and play because they where eager and then looked at my receipt and saw she charged me $3.99 which is the price for an extra adult , so I went to the counter and told her "you see that's why I ask for receipts "and she said oh it's cause the girl that was next to her usually doesn't work the register even though she's clearly been at the register ringing up several people in front of me and probably all morning . I'm not saying they do this to everyone but I'd always ask for a receipt and check the purchase prices before you walk off assuming you where charged fairly accidents happen you know ... This place used to be good in my opinion. They need improve by having all their equipment working and restore what was broken. My child enjoyed the "zip line" area but it's no longer there I would assume you replace was is gone. The tv's barely work in the trampoline area you have to jump extremely hard to get it to "start" the game. The large white slide did not even have the projection light on, assuming that's broken. The children had a great time! The places has been remodeled incredibly cool. We hosted the biggest party package they have on a Sunday.Note they do not give you a room until your last 40/ of 90. My guest waited what seemed forever without a room. No drinks or food. It was crowded seating for them all around and separated. It just felt really inconvenient for them and wouldn't book again for that reason. Within those 40 min we decorated, ate, cake, and presents. As the parent it was not fun at all. I hadn't planned on writing a review, but the situation bothered me so much. I literally have not stopped thinking about my experience at this location since last Sunday. I'm sorry for the book of a review I'm about to unleash. My daughter wanted to go with friends to Catch Air, I was VERY nervous because I am currently fostering a 3 year old child with extensive trauma. She is incredibly terrified of basically everything, we are still learning her triggers. I was not going to take the kids to be honest, but my daughter was so upset and after speaking with the caseworker regarding E (not using her name for privacy reasons) it was decided it might be a good thing to experience a "normal" fun kid place. I saw online that they had a separate area for younger children, but was skeptical because these places rarely enforce the policy when older kids get into these spaces that are specifically designed for the littles. I called beforehand and specifically requested to speak with the manager to confirm the space is for younger children and that older children are not allowed. I was assured by Sherry that it is for children FOUR and younger and that the policy is enforced for safety reasons. So, with trepidation we all loaded up and headed out. I immediately had anxiety because it seemed WAY over crowded when comparing guests to employees. I understand having to wait on such a busy day, but I was concerned and confused that I didn't see more staff. We finally get up to the register and I asked to immediately speak with the manager Sherry that I had the prior conversation with. She came over and it was like she knew me! I simply gave my name and she said "oh yes, I absolutely remember and let me reassure you that safety of these children is my first priority" she told me to let her or any staff member know if we had a problem. The kids were so excited, even little E at this point after seeing how fun it all looked. E and I stayed in tiny town. She got to play blissfully for about MAYBE 15/20 minutes before I started seeing MULTIPLE giant children that were obviously not 4 or younger. this very large boy was swinging from the ball swing thingy and was knocking children over in a VERY intentional way! I was appalled, I tried to ask him to be gentle and he did not stop, I went over to what seemed to be his mother and she told me to "get over it, they're kids" I've worked with children for over a decade, I know kids are kids, but this wasn't safe, he was HURTING others and laughing when they fell! Several parents and I agreed that this was NOT acceptable. So, I grabbed E and I went to find help, it took several tries to find someone. Finally, I demanded to speak to Sherry. I was angry at this point and I wasn't very kind when she came over, (I'm sorry) I told her exactly what was going on and that I would be leaving AND wanting a refund because it was not as safe as I thought. She was so calm, and empathetic during my rant. She said she would look into the situation. I followed her back to tiny town and let E go play.Sherry and another employee were looking for the child I described and even asked other big kids that had wandered in to "please go play in the other areas." Then I hear E cry out, I turn and there's the giant boy back on the swing and E is on the ground crying hysterically while the other child laughed. I grab E and console her as I hear Sherry ask the boy "hey buddy, how old are you?" He yells immediately "I'm 5!" Then She says "Ok, can you please go play in the big kid area?" And then he took off! I thought it was over at this point. The boy's mom then comes rushing over to the manager and yells at her in front of everyone about how her son is Autistic and FINE to be in this area because he's 5. Sherry remained calm during this women's tantrum and gently states that she understands but this specific area is for younger children 4 and UNDER for safety reasons and that unfortunately, because of that he should play in the exciting areas designated for his age. I felt so bad because even though other adults agreed with me, I was the one that demanded the manager get involved. The way that mom spoke to her was absolutely appalling. Seriously lady, you have some BAD karma coming your way. I genuinely wonder WHO would have been responsible if your child had seriously injured another. I hope Catch Air recognizes how difficult it must be to enforce their own policies and remain graceful when you have strangers screaming at you for just trying to keep children safe. I won't go back on such a busy day BUT we will be back, I am solely basing my review on the professionalism and kindness of the Manager. Sherry, thank you so much for going above and beyond to not only keep my kids safe but everyone else as well, for being so kind. Despite that rude mom trying to steal your sunshine you were such a graceful joy. read more
