This place is okay. We came here often before but today's visit was just ugh. Mom on a budget here and trying to get my child out for the day we decided to come here. This place used to be good in my opinion. They need improve by having all their equipment working and restore what was broken. My child enjoyed the "zip line" area but it's no longer there I would assume you replace was is gone. The tv's barely work in the trampoline area you have to jump extremely hard to get it to "start" the game. The large white slide did not even have the projection light on, assuming that's broken. Some of the "blasters" to put the ball in and it shoots out did not even work. The tv In the toddler area was frozen and didn't even work either I'm like geez I know kids mess up things but if you're gonna charge me as much as almost $20 for my 5 year old and myself at least keep up with the place and maintain the working conditions to enjoy all of it. read more

The children had a great time! The places has been remodeled incredibly cool. We hosted the biggest party package they have on a Sunday.Note they do not give you a room until your last 40/ of 90. My guest waited what seemed forever without a room. No drinks or food. It was crowded seating for them all around and separated. It just felt really inconvenient for them and wouldn't book again for that reason. Within those 40 min we decorated, ate, cake, and presents. As the parent it was not fun at all. I hadn't planned on writing a review, but the situation bothered me so much. I literally have not stopped thinking about my experience at this location since last Sunday. I'm sorry for the book of a review I'm about to unleash. My daughter wanted to go with friends to Catch Air, I was VERY nervous because I am currently fostering a 3 year old child with extensive trauma. She is incredibly terrified of basically everything, we are still learning her triggers. I was not going to take the kids to be honest, but my daughter was so upset and after speaking with the caseworker regarding E (not using her name for privacy reasons) it was decided it might be a good thing to experience a "normal" fun kid place. I saw online that they had a separate area for younger children, but was skeptical because these places rarely enforce the policy when older kids get into these spaces that are specifically designed for the littles. I called beforehand and specifically requested to speak with the manager to confirm the space is for younger children and that older children are not allowed. I was assured by Sherry that it is for children FOUR and younger and that the policy is enforced for safety reasons. So, with trepidation we all loaded up and headed out. I immediately had anxiety because it seemed WAY over crowded when comparing guests to employees. I understand having to wait on such a busy day, but I was concerned and confused that I didn't see more staff. We finally get up to the register and I asked to immediately speak with the manager Sherry that I had the prior conversation with. She came over and it was like she knew me! I simply gave my name and she said "oh yes, I absolutely remember and let me reassure you that safety of these children is my first priority" she told me to let her or any staff member know if we had a problem. The kids were so excited, even little E at this point after seeing how fun it all looked. E and I stayed in tiny town. She got to play blissfully for about MAYBE 15/20 minutes before I started seeing MULTIPLE giant children that were obviously not 4 or younger. this very large boy was swinging from the ball swing thingy and was knocking children over in a VERY intentional way! I was appalled, I tried to ask him to be gentle and he did not stop, I went over to what seemed to be his mother and she told me to "get over it, they're kids" I've worked with children for over a decade, I know kids are kids, but this wasn't safe, he was HURTING others and laughing when they fell! Several parents and I agreed that this was NOT acceptable. So, I grabbed E and I went to find help, it took several tries to find someone. Finally, I demanded to speak to Sherry. I was angry at this point and I wasn't very kind when she came over, (I'm sorry) I told her exactly what was going on and that I would be leaving AND wanting a refund because it was not as safe as I thought. She was so calm, and empathetic during my rant. She said she would look into the situation. I followed her back to tiny town and let E go play.Sherry and another employee were looking for the child I described and even asked other big kids that had wandered in to "please go play in the other areas." Then I hear E cry out, I turn and there's the giant boy back on the swing and E is on the ground crying hysterically while the other child laughed. I grab E and console her as I hear Sherry ask the boy "hey buddy, how old are you?" He yells immediately "I'm 5!" Then She says "Ok, can you please go play in the big kid area?" And then he took off! I thought it was over at this point. The boy's mom then comes rushing over to the manager and yells at her in front of everyone about how her son is Autistic and FINE to be in this area because he's 5. Sherry remained calm during this women's tantrum and gently states that she understands but this specific area is for younger children 4 and UNDER for safety reasons and that unfortunately, because of that he should play in the exciting areas designated for his age. I felt so bad because even though other adults agreed with me, I was the one that demanded the manager get involved. The way that mom spoke to her was absolutely appalling. Seriously lady, you have some BAD karma coming your way. I genuinely wonder WHO would have been responsible if your child had seriously injured another. I hope Catch Air recognizes how difficult it must be to enforce their own policies and remain graceful when you have strangers screaming at you for just trying to keep children safe. I won't go back on such a busy day BUT we will be back, I am solely basing my review on the professionalism and kindness of the Manager. Sherry, thank you so much for going above and beyond to not only keep my kids safe but everyone else as well, for being so kind. Despite that rude mom trying to steal your sunshine you were such a graceful joy. read more

We were in town visiting friends and wanted to find an indoor play place for the kids to play since it was 104F outside. Our search led us to Catch. Play area - Our kids had a blast and did not want to leave. We went around noon and it was busy, but after a hour, most folks left, so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. All areas were open. Security - They stamp the entire family with a unique stamp and there is 1 entrance to go in and 1 exit to go out. You cannot go in or out without being buzzed. This is definitely a huge positive! Food - The facility does not have food, but they have plenty of variety for snacks (chips, popcorn, candy and ice cream) and drinks. No biggie, kids were happy with their ice cream and popcorn. Staff - The staff was fantastic and very helpful. Overall, great experience and the A/C worked well. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family. read more

Came here again during Xmas break. Just watched the employees detail clean all of the party rooms for the past hour and they still are not done. Employees are always friendly and cleaning. Bathrooms were clean and this place has impressed be every time we have been here. Kids have a blast and there is plenty of places to get food within walking distance. read more

It's a cute play area for kids and a lot cleaner than most for sure. My 9 and 5 year old had a lot of fun together as there was a lot of different places you can explore. They utilize space and the projection well. It wasn't too expensive and the A/C works extremely well here. They only sell snacks and drinks here but you can bring in your own water bottle. I brought in my soda and they didn't complain about it. I didn't venture inside the playscape so I'm not sure what to expect in there but I heard the air gun working in the ball pit area. There's not much to say but my kids want to go back so it's a good thing right? There is one thing, if you have a bad back the stools will be uncomfortable for you. There is hardly any comfortable chairs and the only other seating besides the stool and metal picnic benches are cushioned bench like against the wall near the bathroom which is away from the playscape area. My husband was uncomfortable to be here for longer periods. My children says 4 stars, so 4 stars it is! read more

We chose Catch Air for my daughters 6th Birthday! She loved it! We all had a great time. I want to give a special shout out to our helper CHRIS! He was awesome!!! So helpful. Had great tips and suggestions. Very attentive. Your staff was great. The only negative thing I will say is the pizza was terrible. It was cold and super overcooked. Finally a place that is clean, study, and doesn't smell like feet! I took my almost 2 year old and he had a blast, it's a little pricey than other places in the area but to me it's worth it with the amount of activities there is to do, toddler friendly and even my husband and I had a good time. My recommendation is get there when it opens if you have a little one, less people so you can explore the whole place before if gets too busy. Fill out the waiver prior to getting there online, it saves time in line. It's a great place to escape this Texas summer heat. We'll definitely be returning! read more

Our family recently hosted a birthday party at Catch Air. While the facility is a great set up for kids to have a fun time, I would not recommend their current management team to work with on birthday parties. For the price charged to book their party room, we did not receive the professional services or response when their teams made a mistake. Our party was from a 3:30-5:30pm block. We handled all of the room set up which is not a big deal but supposedly you do have a party coordinator assigned to set up for you. I would say if you have very minimal set up like plates and food, then the assistance is sufficient. But if you have balloons and other decor, you will likely handle that yourselves. The staff informed us when we had about 10 min left in the room so our family cleaned everything up and tore down all of our decorations to load our vehicles. During that process, another staff came to us with the final bill outstanding and asked us to pay it on the way out. No where in this time block or communications did they inform us that they had possession of all the gifts that our guests had brought for our child. We left the facility and got home and I asked my spouse and family who cleaned up the room as to where the gifts were so we could start opening it. They said nothing was in the room so we didn't come home with any gifts. We do not live close to Catch Air Austin so I contacted them in the morning when they open and left an urgent voicemail as we had guests now that were concerned as to where the gifts they brought were being held. We had to message all of our guests (approx 40) to let them know that if they brought a gift, we are working on figuring out where it is at the facility. We never received a phone call or courtesy reach out from the time we left the party (5:30pm) and they close at 7pm. Nor did we hear anything from them the next day so we drove there at noon to find out what is happening. This is where the unprofessionalism really stood out. 3 of their managers were up front and none of them cared to hear about our feedback and instead tried to justify it by saying that they were really busy and had many birthday parties that day. As I am providing feedback, one of the managers cut me off to ask "are you here to get the gifts" to which I responded yes, and he said "they are bringing them now. Do you have any other questions?" It was extremely rude and dismissive. You could clearly feel that they did not care at all. I wasn't raising my voice or using foul language of any sort. I was hoping they would want to improve their process so other families won't go through the same experience but they clearly didn't care to hear it. I hope this review helps others that may be considering to have their birthday party there. read more

I was extremely disappointed by this facility. To be kicked out for having outside food and drinks is astonishing. I understand the rules and have no problem following them, however when there are 30-40 other adults with outside drinks, snacks and other food it seems that I was singled out of a large crowd. Literally right in front of me a man had a big gulp from across the street as well as other things. When I brought up that concern, they didn't want to hear me out at all and were pretty hostile and told me to go outside and sit. I was kicked out at 1:30 pm by two men running the counter with no refund or apology or anything. I have never seen such and unprofessional way of handling an issue that could have been so simple. Treat all customers with fairness. It doesn't make sense to me that I was singled out and now my family is forced to leave without a refund.
