Cool place for the kids to play and cool off- but seemed to have an issue with bees flying around everywhere.

Still fun! We came out on Saturday afternoon and was able to reserve a spot the night before. I'm…read moreglad they had a play slot open in the afternoon which is perfect for us. Clean, fun and since they have a reservation system it didn't feel uncomfortable or crazy crowded for the kiddos to run around. The tortoise is too cute. Fun thing to do with the littles that is indoor.

My daughter and her friends had an amazing time exploring the space and playing. They offer a variety of birthday party packages. I opted for the mid-tier package and rented out the whole space. The package I selected included goody bags, cupcakes, and decor which was nice; I appreciated having them handle that and they made good selections. While the space and ease of the preparations were wonderful, I felt a couple of things could've been better: 1. I had a lot of email back and forth with the party planner. She was responsive & answered my questions, but didn't provide much proactive information. It would've been nice to have a touch base phone call to go over final details and logistics the week before the party. 2. For the price I would've appreciated if they included atleast one add-on such as slime or crafts. 3. It is a very tight window - 1.5 hours with only 30 mins in the private room. I wish we could've had a total of 2 hours in the space so it wouldn't have felt as rushed.

We like to come here on the 4th of July so it won't be as busy. This year with all the rain in the…read morearea, it was busier than past years. They added a trampoline in the back. It requires a wristband and special socks they sell so keep that in mind if you plan on using it. Video games are loaded by time or by play points. We like to opt for the time however now that they have the trampoline you may want to keep that in mind if you have a game card that uses time so you can pause the time on them or get a game card later once the kids are exhausted from the trampoline. The staff was busy keeping the tables clean as I didn't see tables with food left out. Chuck E Cheese came out to dance with the kids and it was fun. We had a good time playing games and staying indoors when the weather was not great.

My daughters enjoyed the games and rides; I like that they have activities for all age groups available. We went at opening time on a Saturday morning and didn't encounter too many crowds. Food is overpriced and pretty average tasting. Be prepared for a long wait once you order, especially if there are birthday parties taking place at the same time. The trampoline is a cool addition but frustrating that it requires a hefty extra fee of $12 per child. Overall positive experience. We will be back!
