I'm sure they would have replaced them but I wanted to watch the movie and not have to get replacement chips. The queso is an improvement over whatever they had after the for rid of the amazing hatch chili queso but, of course, no match for the OG queso.Part of the reason I didn't get new chips. It was still going to be a meh queso. Anyway, chairs are comfy and the standard ones. Restrooms here are cleaner than the S Lamar location. Ample parking. No other complaints. Just still disappointed they took the OG queso away. If it ain't broke, why break it?

During the movie, my mom's blood sugar dropped and we needed to order a Coca Cola quickly. We tried using the QR system but had issues with it. We then flagged down a server, but the Coke still never arrived. In a situation like that, relying almost entirely on a QR code isn't just frustrating, it can become a real problem. I also arrived early because I wanted to order food before the movie started. I assumed my order had been placed, but it hadn't, and no one came by to check. I ended up waiting much longer before I realized nothing had been submitted. The old paper order cards made it much clearer that your order had been received. Other theaters, like movie house and eatery , use QR ordering but still have servers available to take orders if needed. That hybrid approach makes much more sense. The QR system at Alamo is distracting, takes you out of the movie, and feels like it's replacing customer service instead of improving it. I also noticed the menu seems much more limited than it used to be, with several favorite items no longer available. On top of that, I ordered a frozen margarita and it was delivered without a straw. Drinking a frozen margarita without a straw isn't exactly practical. I've always enjoyed coming to Alamo Drafthouse because of the service and the overall experience, but this new ordering system takes away from what made it special. I sincerely hope you'll reconsider relying so heavily on QR ordering and bring back the option to order directly from servers.

There's axe throwing , bumper cars, a go-kart course surrounded by dinosaurs, plenty of pinball machines, laser tag, VR arenas featuring 3D simulator attractions, and a 3D XD Dark Ride Adventure Theater that seats eight people. The pinball machines are typically $1 or more per game, while the classic arcade games are just 50 cents each! I was especially in awe of the incredible pinball machines, including The X-Files, John Wick, Aerosmith, South Park, and more. A big thank-you to Allie for being so sweet and taking a video of us on the bumper cars! There is so much to do at Pinballz and so little time. I definitely need to come back for another visit!

My family was going there weekly which is quite expensive but was great when they were having fun…read more My 4 years old has not wanted to go for a bit since he was yelled at twice in one visit for bringing his sippy cup in which really made him uncomfortable. We were in the process of leaving the second time. Every time we would go, multiple games wouldn't work but it's part of the pinballz experience and we just wrote it off as no big deal but the losses do pile up. I was there today and it was busy and more than half of the games didn't work. When they did work; they had glitches. I found an employee which is tough and they saw what I was saying and apologized and said to go to the counter and they can credit me back. The woman at the counter wasn't as nice and told me she wouldn't be crediting me back for games that didn't work and said it with a huge attitude. The way people treat people there is wild. I've literally spent thousands of dollars and when telling them I was having issues with 5 games and would like to be credited back for the games that didn't work; they seemed to take satisfaction in telling me no. I won't be back and no one there cares. Broken games and counter people with superiority complexes aren't a great match but they will still make their money. The last thing this place is is fun.

She was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I needed for our event. Her professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to help made the planning process seamless, and I truly appreciated how easy she was to work with. What really sets Freedom Fun apart, however, is the quality of their people. While setting up for our event, I suffered a very serious accident that resulted in a significant injury and severe bleeding. In those frightening moments, Isaac, DJ, and Adam immediately sprang into action. They did not hesitate for a second. Remaining remarkably calm under pressure, they took control of the situation, did everything they could to stop the bleeding, and stayed focused until emergency responders arrived. Their quick thinking, composure, and genuine concern for my well-being made all the difference during one of the scariest moments of my life. What impressed me most was not only how capable they were, but how compassionate and caring they were throughout the entire ordeal. They stayed with me, reassured me, and handled an incredibly stressful situation with maturity and professionalism far beyond their years. Freedom Fun should be extremely proud to have employees like Isaac, DJ, and Adam representing their company. Their actions demonstrated outstanding character, teamwork, selflessness, and a level of care that I will never forget. The large popcorn was $5 as well :) It was my son who looked this place up and I was a little hesitant at first as I didn't want to go somewhere where it's not maintained and not clean. The seats and the theater was actually clean! Nice reclining seats, it took a while before I was able to figure out how the buttons work but I felt like I was laying down while watching the . Will come here more often now I know they have a day for deals once a week!
