Local spot that also repairs consoles and hosts gaming tournaments, the owner and PC expert , Chris, wasn't there when I dropped it off which is fine. He got back to me by Monday and kept me updated as to when he started, issues he potentially found, and when he resolved them with pictures for status updates. He worked a lot on my system and even cleaned up my poker cable management all for a fair price. He really know his stuff well and I would definitely bring back items here for any issues.

When I reiterated that I simply wanted my property back, he had the gall to say I was being "catty." My husband picked up the headset and received a refund. Delays happen. Poor communication happens. But a customer should never be made to feel like a problem for asking about a repair that has been sitting in their shop for months. Based on this experience, I would definitely not return.
